Dr. Tesla didn't come with you?" Asked Rita. "We've prepared for the worst the second we received your message. Now, give me a reason why I should trust you this time." "No one would lie when their life is in danger. Just look around, there's no ambush. And I have no strength to fight you under the serum's effect. All I want is to make a sincere deal—You help me get the antidote, I tell you Mr Ewing and Miss Kaslana's whereabouts."

To prove her words, Rita projected a video of her, Kiana, and Patrick fighting side by side recorded by her battle suit. "In this city, we're on the same team." Said Rita. "Hmph." Said Mei. Test subjects appeared from behind, then Mei proceeded to slash at them with her sword then unidentified mechas appeared and Mei destroyed the next.

"I have done what you asked for. Now it's your turn." Said Mei. "Deep under the administrative building of this park, the World Serpent has built a lab for Honkai research. Miss Kaslana and Mr Ewing should be held captivity there. I will give you the map and route..." Before Rita could finish her words, the cold blade was put back against her neck again. "...What's this about?" "I need one more thing, Rita. I want the eye. Grey Serpent's eye." "...As you wish." "With this, that child can finally be free." "I'm afraid the longer you stay here, the more Miss Kaslana and Mr Ewing suffers in that laboratory. Well then.... Goodbye. I hope next time we meet, there won't be a sword against my neck." That elevator should take me to the underground lab." Mei got into the elevator and pushed the button to go to the underground lab. "Kiana-chan. Patrick-kun. I'm coming for you. Please be safe till I get there." Then the elevator doors closed.

In the underground lab in the biomedical park. She had the same illusory dream in the countless nights, drowning in a bottomless abysm. It was dark, and freezing cold. She tried desperately to swim upwards, and to breathe. But it was so dark, and the path seemed endless... Maybe it would be much easier to just give up. She was exhausted. She wanted to stop, and never wake up again. However, a voice started to call the girl's name over and over, as if the thick ice started to crack. The name sounded unfamiliar to her, as if she had never had it. But every syllable pounded her heart. "Kiana! Kiana Kaslana! Wake up!" It was Fu Hua calling her.

She knew this name. It was the name she wished to retrieve. She gradually regained consciousness, and recalled that she had been under some cruel torture and experiments. She realized that she was still on a mission. She must force herself to wake up.

Patrick's point of view: Earlier the same time: I was in the same place in my mind after being captured by Otto Apocalypse 4 months ago. "Great. Just great. Never thought I would get captured and locked up in a glass tube again." I said. "And Raven managed to beat us." Said Drago. "Even with the Dragon Divine Keys... there are still enemies out there that are stronger than me and have more strategy and are more planned than us."

"Patrick! Patrick Ewing! Drago!" From blinding light with phoenix feathers, Fu Hua appeared. "Fu Hua?" I asked. "You have to wake up. There is still a chance to escape." Said Fu Hua. "But how? Raven and Jackal took away the Dragon Divine keys." I said. "Use your Herrscher powers like you did at Schicksal HQ when you broke out with Kiana and reach out for your weapons, they will come to you like they always have been doing." "She's right. We can escape like how we did at Schicksal HQ. Open your eyes and wake up." Said Drago.

I lifted my arm and formed a fist then a determined look appeared on my face. "You're both right. We can break out of this place. I still have a mission to protect Kiana and I can't let anyone capture her." Everything glowed as I began to regain consciousness with Kiana.

Present: "*Coughs*" Kiana and I both woke up at the same time in. "Impressive, Herrscher of the Void and Herrscher of the Dragon. You both only passed out for 0.3 seconds this time. Incredible. Your bodies seem to be able to fully recover, no matter what I've done to them. Can you still talk?" Said Jackel. "I'm sick and tired of being captured and experimented on. I refuse to be treated like this after what that evil man did to me and to Kiana." I said. "And we've had enough of getting experimented on after Schicksal tortured me and Sirin at Siberia." Said Drago taking control then back to me.

"How many... people... could survive... after your experiment...?" Asked Kiana. "That's right... How many... people... are you going to murder... in your experiment...?" I asked next. "Is that important to you? I didn't expect the lives of mankind mean anything to Herrscher of the Void." Said Jackal. "You're wrong Jackal. Kiana was not in control when the Eruption happened 4 months ago. Sirin was in control over Kiana. The Herrscher of the Void from the 2nd Honkai War was not Kiana. That was Sirin." I said before Drago took control. "My host is right. In This body we are two different beings sharing the same body. And so are Kiana and Sirin..." Jackal interrupted Drago before he could say more.

"I don't care if you are not the same persons nor do I care about who is which inside those bodies. I'd be happy to share the data with you, but I can't guarantee if you could still hear me when it comes out... Next test, reaction between Herrscher Cores and biological tissue." The girl started screaming in pain. I tried not to scream. "We... refuse... to... be... your... test... subjects...!" Somewhere far, laughter came out from Jackal, who had been enjoying our agony through the screen.

"The Honkai resistance of your cells is amazing. After the Honkai energy solution was injected, the stigmata began to glow. How beautiful. My faith in the future that the Master promised just gained stronger." Said Jackal. Kiana and I spoke. "Speaking of stigmata... You stole Schicksal's vaccines and had to fight their Valkyries..." Hnngh! Aargh!!!!!!!" Jackal electrocuted me with another test. "SHUT UP! SHUT UP! NEVER COMPARE MY MASTER OR THIS ORGANIZATION TO SCHICKSAL OR TO ANTI-ENTROPY OR TO OTTO APOCALYPSE OR TO COCOLIA!" Jackal screamed louder at me.

"You know it's true. Otto Apocalypse turned Drago and Sirin into Herrschers while Cocolia framed Mei's father just so she could experiment on Mei, implant the Gem of Conquest in Mei, and turn her into a Herrscher as part of her plans. But Cocolia failed. Then she attempted to create a Herrscher of Death in Singapore but also failed. Then she created the Herrscher of Wind and killed her to get the Gem of Desire. Otto Apocalypse implanted the 2nd Herrscher's Core inside of Kiana then had the Gem of Serenity implanted inside her when we were held captive in Schicksal HQ. He's killed for far less in his Honkai experiments. And so are you and your master... Aarghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!" Jackal silenced me once again. "I said never compare us to Schicksal or to Anti-Entropy! How to adapt the vaccine, how much Honkai energy is needed to shower this city with to activate the stigmata... The secrets behind are only apprehensible to a genius like me."

"Where are you going to release the Honkai energy... In the center of the city? Or on the edge...?" Asked Kiana. "You've asked too many questions. You spoiled my mood for more tests. I'm gonna jump to dissection." Said Jackal. "With this much time we've wasted, I was expecting more answers." Said Kiana. "But now you won't give as any more data." I said. All of a sudden, the girl and I imprisoned in the capsules smiled, as if we had been watching a stupid yet funny show. "Nah, I guess that's the best I can get." "And it's time for our escape." The subjects who have been shivering helplessly like an injured fawn suddenly switched to the roles of the hunter.

"How come... You've already..." Jackal was in disbelief. "Well, you know, scream and fake tears, regular girl tricks." Said Kiana. "And I've seen more movies and TV shows on how to act like you're getting hurt in experiments and how the test subjects wake up and break out of glass capsules like these." I said. "It actually didn't hurt that much." We raised our fists. One, two... three!

Thick toughened glass shattered like thin ice before our wrath. "Listen, your stupid stigma project is about to break into pieces like this glass!" "And you will never kill anyone in your experiments again!" "You wait and— " The screens shattered as the girl and I punched. Jackal's threat broke off. "Just you wait, you stupid dog head!" "That's right! Just you wait, you lousy Egyptian dog lady!"

Kiana and I ripped off the perfusion tubes inserted in our bodies, strode out of the capsules, and took a deep breath. Then I reached out with y hands then then a wall got torn open and the Dragon Divine Keys came back to me. Alarms went off. A Giant monster emerged in the way, its hideous purple shell reeking malignity. The girl and I gave faint sneers, and leaped into the air, holding our guns. "Kiana, Patrick, you... Are you both alright?" Asked Fu Hua. "Funny thing is... it doesn't hurt at all." Said Kiana. "Yeah, we kind of made it up that we were getting hurt." I said. "..." Fu Hua sighed. We now had to destroy the monster called Tonatiuh. We opened fire with our guns and landed hits. But then it teleported behind us then we triggered evasion and time slowed down. "It's definitely a Quantum type. Just like the void shadows from the Sea of Quanta. But thanks to some experience I know to use QTE DMG." I switched to the duel wielding Dragon Swords and Quantum energy appeared around them then I rushed in and slashed at Tonatiuh. "Neko-Charm!" Kiana followed up with her ultimate, Neko-Charm and whacked at Tonatiuh with Honkai energy cat paws.

We had it cornered but then Tonatiuh entered into a burst mode and was now faster than before. "Quantum Slash!" I switched to the Great Dragon Sword and slashed it with Quantum energy delivering a huge blow. "Time to end this." I said as I got side by side with Kiana, then I switched to one of the Dragon Guns I the form of a Spartin Laser from "Halo" then Kiana created a giant gun. We now unleashed our ultimates. "Gungnir Execution!" "Dragon Laser!" With our combined lasers, we finally destroyed Tonatiuh.
