Shadow's POV

the time was 3:25 in the morning,the sun was not up yet and the halls of Shicksal HQ were barren,which was reasonable since most of the staff and the girls were still asleep at this time,there was still 5 minutes until all the maids under my command would wake up then another 9 minutes before they leave their room,since they still have to prepare themselves for the day,a total of 14 minutes,that I would use to the fullest for my own preparations

I had already taken a quick shower,a total of 3 minutes and right now,I was trying to pick out something to wear,I didn't want to wear my usual clothes for this special time,so I was trying to find something good to wear,that wasn't too grand ,it took 2 minutes but I decided to wear a blue short sleeved jacket with a white shirt,black pants and black sneakers,that had dark blue lining going across the sides,I had a blue and white wristband on my right arm and then a pair of headphones around my neck

with my current outfit,I might have been mistaken for going for a jog but,that wasn't the case,I pressed a button on the side of the headphones and it turned invisible,I could still feel them around my neck as I looked at myself in a mirror and fixed my hair,then grabbed an earpiece on the table and stuffed it into my pocket

6 minutes left after all my preparation and by now my maids were most likely getting dressed or fixing their hair,I left my room and bolted through the hallways ,making sure,that I avoided detection from the camera's,I made my way through the empty halls as the patrolling and guarding Aesir mech in the area,paid no attention to Me,making no recordings or scans,then I made it to the main lobby of the HQ as I came to a full stop,waiting at the door for Me was my partner or-,.........Date for the day,it was Chocola,she was wearing a red dress,that reach down,past her stomach with white sleeves,she wore a white under skirt and had a black ribbon under her chest,her hair was still tied into twintails but she now had 2 red ribbons,tied to the side of her hair

she turned to Me once she realized I had arrived with 3 minutes to spare,her amber eyes reflected a bit of light from the room,making them shine a bit more than usual as she looked at Me with pure joy and happiness

Chocola:Master,you made it

Shadow:sorry for the delay,I was still a bit sleepy so had to wake myself up,we have 2 and half minutes left before the maids are in full action,let's continue talking,once we're in the city

Chocola simply nodded at Me as we both exited the lobby and went outside,I felt the cool breeze of the wind as simple breezes blew by us,since Hq was on a bunch of floating islands,high in the sky,it was common to have such cold breezes,especially in the morning but I was never bothered by such things as Me and Chocola made our way to the hangars,I had prepared an aircraft for quick travel yesterday during one of my breaks,so it was fully fueled and ready to go

we both sped towards the aircraft and made it in record time as we had a minute left,Chocola was fully aware of why we had to leave in such as rush since she herself was like one of my many Maids,she knew if the others got wind of our little escape,it would be impossible to continue the date

we both got into the aircraft as I got into pilot's seat,we were sitting in GTRX-7A,the fastest Air Superiority fighter,Shicksal has to offer,it was so expensive and powerful,that it was only deployable from Schicksal HQ,not even the Hyperion had these types of aircraft but it was reasonable as to why said flying Battleship didn't have it

Chocola got into the extra gunner seat but touched nothing,being under my strict order of not touching anything as she strapped herself in with the seatbelt,I fired up the thruster to full power and we took off with immense speed,thankfully the hangar was a little bit away from the main building,so no one would be able to hear the roar of the engine when we leave,there was also the fact that I added a sound muffler near the engine,so any sonic booms would be cancelled out

we were now in the air as I flew the jet through the sky,Chocola was admiring the view from the window as she leaned and watched the clouds in the sky,she looked down and gazed at the ocean below,even I had to admit I enjoyed the view,it's not everyday,that you get to see such an amazing sight,so I slowed down the jet too let Chocola admire the view more

Chocola:so pretty

Shadow:it's not everyday you get to see a view like it,so admire it as much as want,we have an entire day to ourselves

Chocola:you really didn't have to do this for Me,Master

Shadow:it's fine Chocola,it's the least I could do to make it up to you,besides you've been very good lately,that' pretty good reason to get a reward

Chocola:but what have I done

Shadow:well let's see,though Maple does most of the housework,I am very much aware,that your the one making it very easy to clean the house,getting up early to clean most parts of the house,so there's little to do in the morning,I'd say that's pretty rewardable

Chocola:eehh,how did you know

Shadow:your not the only one,that likes getting up at midnight to do things

Chocola:eeehhh,so you knew

Shadow:hehe,of course I did,it's not easy to hide things from Me

Chocola:*pouts*yet you hide a lot of things from us

Shadow;hehehe,that's for your own safety but anyway,do you have any idea for today,we are doing the things you want to do after all 

Chocola:mmm,I didn't have enough time to plan too much but I have a few ideas

Shadow:good then and don't be afraid to go big with today,I'm prepared to make this day great for the both of us,so don't be shy with asking but-,...first things first-,......breakfast

I turned back and faced forward,then kicked the jet into high gear as i activated the Ion boosters on the jet,bringing us to an outstanding speed of Mach 18,we soared through the skies as Chocola sat back down on her seat while I let the thrusters do their work

it didn't take long for us to reach the outskirts of the city as I stopped and hovered over the beach of New Washington DC,I raised the elevation of the jet,just so that there would no suspicions,since the thrusters would be blowing away the sands on the beach,drawing attention to the jet,once I raised the elevation,I told Chocola that we were getting off as we both unstrapped our seatbelts,the hatch on the jet opened and we both jumped out as we landed on the soft sand of the beach,the jet automatically entered stealth mode,after the pilot got out as it vanished into thin air,I scanned the area to see if anyone saw us and thankfully the beach was clear of people,meaning we were in the clear

Me and Chocola walked off the beach and entered the city as we now roamed the streets,businessmen and women,teenagers,workers and people in general were walking along the sidewalks and crossing streets to get to their jobs as they all continued with their everyday lives

there were a few people who would greet Me when we walked passed them,not to surprise though since I was fully aware of the reputation I built as the owner of the best cafe in New Washington DC ,most of the people that greeted Me,I recognized as some regulars and occasional goers of my store,some asked about why I closed it down to which I had to answer vaguely but honestly,I was just glad none of them were curious or drawn towards Chocola,who would just silently listen to the side,thankfully no one was able to find her little secret as she folded down her ears,something that Takao does a lot,and she hid her tail under her skirt 

after awhile,we made it to a open fast food restaurant as Chocola looked at Me with a curious look on her face

Shadow:what?

Chocola:nothing,I'm just used to seeing you do much grander things

Shadow:that's fair,I don't tend to go to fast food after I got prestigious titles like now,even when I technically retired I still didn't go to maintain an image but I sometimes secretly went to get a quick bite,when i was hungry

Chocola:hmm

we walked in and saw quite a few people inside,they were all enjoying their breakfast meals as they sat at their own individual table,Chocola was looking around with wonder as she scanned the room for all of it's interesting points,I couldn't really blame her,since it was her first time in a fast food joint,Cinnamon,Azuki and Coconut were the only one of the 6 to ever really go to fast food places,since they were the ones that were usually leaving the house

we walked up to the counter and thankfully,since it was morning,there was absolutely no line,we were immediately greeted by a female cashier with blonde hair and lime green eyes,she was wearing a white shirt with red apron,along with a black skirt and a red headband 

she had a cheery smile on her face as she greeted Me with her eyes closed but when she opened them,her expression turned to a bit of surprise as she looked at Me while I gave her a slightly smug smirk

Cashier;good morning Sir,what can I-,.....Shadow?!,it's been a while since you were last here

Shadow:it has been,how school been treating you Emily 

Emily:fairly decent,not much changed but enough chit-chat,who's your lady friend

Chocola looked over to the 2 of us,after the mention of her presence as she looked at Me and waited for my answer,I gave another smug smirked as I gave my answer to Emily

Shadow:she's my date for the day

Chocola:heh?

Emily:oh dear,should I call the police then

Shadow:calm down there missy,it's a joke,she's one of my adopted daughters,were on a little trip through the city as an apology from Me

Emily:oh?!,I didn't know you had adopted daughters 

Shadow:been under my care for 3 years now

Chocola:mmm,Papa's really nice

Emily:is he now,that's good to hear,anyways,what would you 2 like for today

Shadow:I'll have my usual breakfast,what do you want Chocola

Chocola;hmmm,I want the pancakes 

Shadow:pancakes it is

Emily:alright then,just a minute

Emily left her stand and went to the kitchen in the back as I saw her grab a tray,a plate of pancakes,a plate of rice with bacon and eggs along with a cup of coffee,she placed everything on the tray and walked back to us as I pulled out my wallet and brought out an excess amount of money,I placed down the payment as Emily placed down the tray

I told her to keep the change as I took the tray from her and walked away with Chocola,we went to open table and sat down as I passed chocola her pancakes and took my plate of bacon and eggs,I then gave Chocola a packet of syrup as I opened my cup of coffee and took a sip,feeling the semi sweet and semi bitter liquid enter my mouth gave Me energy for the day as Chocola happily poured the syrup on her pancakes,we then both began to eat as my little Neko maid savoured the flavor her pancakes with a very cute expression,that  would melt any man's heart with cuteness,she had an expression of pure bliss as she ate her pancakes,I couldn't help but smile as I ate my bacon,her pure energetic nature was rubbing off on Me and it wasn't all that bad

Shadow:so,since we're here now and we don't have to worry about the others,why don't you tell Me what you have in mind for the day

Chocola;well,I thought about it and the first thing I want to do is go see an aquarium

Shadow;an aquarium?

Chocola:yah,I want to see all the fishes inside,I've always wanted to go,we can go-,...right-,...Papa

Shadow:hehe,alright,the aquarium it is,what else do you want to do

Chocola:there's an arcade in the mall,that Cinnamon showed Me and Vanilla once,I want to go there an win prizes

Shadow:working for your own prize,I like it,what else is there

Chocola:I want some of your sushi

Shadow:my sushi?,hmmm,I guess we can do that,we can stop by the house during lunch and have sushi with some riceballs for lunch,anything else

Chocola:last 2 thing,there's a carnival at the pier near the south of the city and I want to see a movie at the cinema

Shadow:that's a pretty decent list,you really thought this through didn't you

Chocola:hehe,I want the best out of my time with Master

Shadow:heh,you all do,so I'm going to make this day as good as I can for my little Neko

I smiled at her as Chocola reciprocated the the small gesture with a wide smile as she took another bite out of her pancakes,I let out a small chuckle as I we resumed eating our breakfast

(7:00 AM)

we finished our breakfast as i finished the last of my coffee before standing up from our seat,Chocola followed suit as she stood up as well,we left the the fast food joint took back to the streets,our first stop was the aquarium,which was almost on the other side of the city from us,it would take at least 30 minutes of walking to get there but thankfully we didn't have to walk

Chocola wanted to go as she excitedly wanted to run off in a sprint but I stopped her as I held onto her arm with a firm grip,when she realized she couldn't go anywhere,she turned and looked at Me with a confused look on her face,I didn't bother to look back at her as she would see her answer to my motionless body in second as I watched the turn to our right

a moment later a blue Lamborghini Huracan turned the corner and drove up to us as it stopped right in front of us

AN:imagine the color to be Ina darker shade of blue instead of teal or cyan :)

the doors to the car opened,revealing the insides of the car but there was no driver,I smiled as I looked at Chocola who had a surprised and awe struck look on her face,I let out a small giggle as I motioned her to get in,she did so as she entered the car and moved to the passenger seat while followed her in and sat down on the driver's seat

I closed the door and revved the engine as I stepped on the gas,launching the car into a fast acceleration,we sped through the large city as i maneuvered the vehicle through the traffic,using every shortcut I knew to save time,Chocola watched outside of the window as she saw the fast passing scenery of Soukai city 

Chocola:hey Master is this your car?

Shadow;yah it's one of my "few" cars

Chocola:mmhhmm,"few"

Shadow:my vehicles and assets are dispersed across the globe,that way no matter where I am,I'm prepared 

Chocola;you own a lot of thing,don't you Master

Shadow:yah,I got a few things from my heritage but most of the things I own is from Me working

Chocola:wow,you must have had to work a lot to get of all of it,right?

Shadow:yah,some of it was given as a gift or as a form of thanks or apology but most of it is hard work,like the mansion,I bought it with the money I saved up,before I retired,the clothes I bought you all was bought with the same money

Chocola;how much did you spend on all of us

Shadow:if we're going back from day 1 then it's somewhere past the million mark

Chocola:That Much!!!

Shadow:well taking care of 6 kids until they've grown up takes a lot of money and I made sure to get the best of the best stuff for you 6,it was money well spent

Chocola:mmm,sure but spending so much on us-,....I mean you could have used all of that to help other people and-

Shadow:hehehehe,Chocola it was my choice to bring you 6 back with me,it was my choice to raise you all and it was my choice to see you all grow,there was not a single moment of regret in all of that time,you 6 re  one of the best decisions of my life and I regret nothing about it

Chocola:Master-

Shadow:never let anything tell you otherwise,if anything does I'll be there to get rid of it for you

I glanced at Chocola as she looked at Me with a slightly surprised face,she was thinking about my words as she simply looked into nothingness,after a while,she sat back into her chair as she leaned her head closer to Me and laid it on the side of my arm,she didn't look at Me and instead gazed out of the window as she continued to stare into nothingness,I did see a small smile grow on her face but she was clearly still thinking about my words

Shadow(mind):I definitely messed up the mood,that was a poor choice of words from Me,I guess I just have to hope that the aquarium takes her mind off of it

(7:15 AM)

we made it to the aquarium as I pull into the parking lot,I park my car in an open space near the entrance as I power down the engine,I looked over to Chocola who was still staring into nothing,she could have been mistaken to have fallen asleep but her eyes were clearly open,I shook her gently and called her name,snapping her out of her little staring contest with the abyss,she looked around trying to see where we are before looking towards Me as she look confused 

Shadow:hey,we're here,are

you ok

Chocola:huh,uuhhh-,uhhh,ah,y-yah,j-just spaced out

Shadow:you spaced out for quite a while,you've been staring out the window for the entire ride

Chocola:s-sorry Master

Shadow:it's fine,come one now,where here

we both got of the car and walked towards the entrance as Chocola decided to hold my hand as we walked,it took Me a bit by surprise but I just let her have it as I clasped her hand in mine while we walked towards the entrance of the aquarium,when we got to the entrance,we headed inside too see the many people inside,they were all looking at the many tanks of fish and marine life in the building as people navigated around the place

a man with the aquarium staff uniform approached us and handed Me a map before leaving as he went to the other newcomers and handed them maps as well,I opened the map and showed it to Chocola,we both quickly scanned and memorized the map as we familiarized ourself with the lay out of the building,after a few short moments,we had memorized the lay out of the building

I stuffed the map into my jacket as me and Chocola entered the west wing of the building,containing the larger kinds of marine animals,there was an obvious gleeful expression on Chocola's face as she looked at all the massive marine animals swim in their glass containers,there were sharks,eels,whales,heck there was even an orca tank in the room,Soukai City aquarium had it all for the diehard marine life lovers

Chocola dashed off and went from window to window as she sped across the room,looking at all the fish tanks with no one noticing her,I let out a small chuckle as I walked after her while looking at the tanks and fish myself,there was so many people inside,that it would be easy to lose track of the people your with and since Chocola ran off to look at all the fish tanks,i had to find her through all of these people,thankfully,despite her small stature,I was still able to easily find her through sensing her Honkai Energy

she was in front of the orca tank with her face pressing across the glass,she was staring into the tank as the orca inside swam by her,then another orca passed behind it was a very small baby orca,it was following its mother as it swam alongside her around the tank,they even made a few noises as everyone nearby heard the jaw claps and whistles 

Chocola moved away from the glass as I laid my hand on her shoulder,she turned her head and looked at Me as I watched the orca circle around their tank

Shadow:enjoying yourself so far?

Chocola:mmm,all of the fishes here re all so cool looking

Shadow:I'm glad,I haven't' been to the aquarium before,so this all new to Me but I'm glad your having fun here

Chocola gave a little chuckle as I picked her up and sat her on my shoulder,she was a bit surprised but didn't complain as she hanged on to my head to not fall off as I held onto her legs to support her

Chocola:uuhh-,M-Master?

Shadow:this way,you can see better and so you can't run off without warning

Chocola:mmmm,I'm not a kid anymore you know

Shadow;your the youngest out of the 6 and technically our only 9 years old,so you're still technically a kid,besides your my kid

I walked away from the orca tank as Chocola searched her head for a rebuttal only to find nothing good to use,I brought us out of the west wing and through a door,that brought us into the north west aqua tunnel,that would bring us into the north wing

the aqua tunnel was a tunnel made of glass,on the other side of the glass was a large mixed tanks filled with dozens of species of fish and marine life,it was fully decorated with sand and sea floor flora so that creature that lived on the seafloor could also survive in side,there were so many fish,portraying the cycle of life of a marine animal,that Me and Chocola couldn't take our eyes off of it,we even saw a small shark eat a portion of a school of fish   

we entered the next room and it was the aquariums north wing,it contained most of the medium scaled animals such as dolphins,jellyfish and slightly smaller fishes,there were less people inside the north wing in comparison to the west wing,making it slightly easier to keep track of people as I put down chocola from my shoulders,we walked up to one of the tanks filled with dolphins as we saw a family of 7 dolphins swim by,when they past us,they broke through the surface of the water in their tank and hopped into the space of air above before gracefully landing back down into the water and swimming around again

I took a glance at Chocola and saw absolute awe on her face as she looked at the dolphins in the tank,she had stars in her eyes as she watched them all swim around in their tank,I moved to the next tank and watched as a bunch of jellyfish swam up to the surface before slowly floating back down in the water,there were a lot of different colored jellyfish that it looked like a light show,that Soukai city would normally host 

I then moved to the next tank,that was filled with schools upon schools of fishes,there were hundred maybe even surpassing thousands of fishes in multiple schools as they all swam around in their tanks like a miniature horde,I was a bit glad I was with Chocola and not Azuki since Azuki was prone to getting hungry when she see's fishes and I could have sworn Isaw 4 giant schools of tuna in the same tank

I look to Chocola and saw that she was drooling a bit as she looked at all the fish swim inside the tank,it was very clear that her cat like tendencies were coming out a little as she was probably fantasizing about having a queen sized meal with every fish inside the tank

I put my hand into my jackets pocket and used a slight bit of my power to summon a handkerchief as I pulled out the piece of cloth and wiped the drool off of Chocola's,she slight taken back from the sudden action as she looked at Me after i finished wiping her face,I gave her a cheeky smile while I put the handkerchief back into my pocket,she pouted in response as we walked away from the fish tank

Shadow:so what do you think of the aquarium so far

Chocola:it's great!!,there's so many fishes here,it's like a paradise

Shadow:glad to hear that,you and Vanilla haven't been out of the house much if I'm right

Chocola:mmhhmm,Maple and Cinnamon are the one,usually leaving to do things and Coconut just sometimes leaves to buy snacks

Shadow:well it's good that we're out in the city then,maybe I should take Vanilla next but enough of that,want to head to the arcade now

Chocola:mmm,let's go

Chocola happily skipped away at a fast space as I ran after her,we left the aquarium and walked back to the car and got in as I put the pedal to the metal and took off like a jet,speeding out of the parking lot and back onto the streets as I drove both os us to the mall so Chocola could try some games

it's been 5 hours since the Captain went missing again,along with one of the household Catgirls,Chocola,everyone's been frantically searching for him,scanning every radio frequency,searching every city security camera,even secretly taking control of a government satellite for orbital view but to no luck,Me,Thundia and Bronya in her Herrscher form have been trying to find his or Chocola's energy Honkai energy but to no avail,Seele and Veliona have been trying to pinpoint his Quantum Energy only to find the same results

Azur lane got divided into 2 sides,one being the panic and freak out side,where the girls help no one and just panick or have hyperventilation from the thought of their commander or our Captain leaving them without a word,and the help and be productive side,that's actually been helping and trying to find the Captain in the city

the Gryffin and Kryuger girls decided to take a more discreet but more hands on approach as some them decided to take to the city and look for him personally in teams,some of them stayed to relay any new information to the "ground" team incase anyone found anything,we Valkyries had the same idea but decided to stick with,searching from long distance

unfortunately,in the past 5 hours,no one has found anything remotely close to the Captain,all we know is that he took a GTRX-7A and he left the base somewhere around 6:40 in the morning,apart from that,there was no leads as there he had gone 

the Azur Lane maid that looks like cat said,there was no note or any instructions left by the Captain and there were no traces of a break in,so it couldn't have kidnapping either,his usual clothes like his jacket and scarf were in his room,so he was wearing different clothes,making it even harder to find him,then my bubbling idiot of a previous host decided to break the serious silence in the room 

Kiana:uuuuggghhh,this is so dumb!!!,why did the Captain leave,where did he go,nothing he did since today makes sense

Sirin:if we knew the answers to any of those questions,then we wouldn't be searching for him 

Bronya:Idiotka has a point,there is no reason for the Captain to leave 

Mei:so why did he

Thundia:like Sirin had said,if we knew,we wouldn't be looking for him

Yae:but he still decided to leave without telling

Kallen:that is the big problem with the Captain,he doesn't tell us enough

Rita:that may be true but perhaps there is a reason why he does not tell us much

Durandal:you side with him too much Rita,don't you ever wonder what he keeps from us

Rita:it not the place of a maid to question her Master,though I do wonder as well,it is my choice not to look into it,even if I do wish to do so,I do not believe I can 

Rozaliya:UUUUGGGGHHHH,why won't Captain just come back already,I'm tired of looking at a screen

Liliya:Rozaliya is being an Idiotka,it is hard to find the Captain because he is the Captain

Himeko:true,when he doesn't want to be found,he really cannot be found

Seele:I can't get a fix on the Captain Quantum Energy 

Theresa:maybe there's a better way of doing this

Sirin:*sigh*if I as the Captain,where would I have gone on a bright sunny day when I went on leave from work with a small Cat girl

Thundia:funny thats sounds like an optimal day for a date

Rita:agreed,perhaps I should consider asking the Captain out to one in the near future

after a 30 minute drive we finally made it to the mall as I pull into the parking and park the car into a open space,Chocola excitedly got out of the car as I followed suit and got out  after her as she skipped over to Me 

Shadow:damn,didn't expect traffic to be this bad in the morning

Chocola:it wasn't that bad,Master

Shadow:*sigh*if you say so,come on let's head inside and-,....get you some prizes!!!

I unsuspectingly picked up Chocola and sat her on my shoulder again as I dashed towards the entrance of the Mall,no one even noticed Me passed them due to my speed as I appeared as nothing more than a blur to them all,I passed security and dashed through the mall,I ran up to the 3rd floor and turned the corner as I was now in front of the arcade

I looked up to look at Chocola as I was about say something but stopped myself as I saw her with swirls for eyes,she was a bit tipsy as she leaned from one side to another,I completely forgot that she wasn't used to such speeds yet despite having enhanced speed of her own,I lifted her and off my shoulder as I put her down in front of Me

I looked her in the "eyes" asI tried to keep her steady,she was a bit too dizzy to realize what was happening to her so I quickly moved us to the side as to not inconvenience other mall goers as  I tried to stabilize Chocola

Shadow:Chocola,Chocola,Chocola,can you hear Me,how do you feel

Chocola;hehehe,everything's spinning-,hehe why is Master on the ceiling and why is Master so far away

Shadow:oh god,Chocola steady yourself,come on,I know you can do it

Chocola raised her hands up to her face as she lightly slapped herself,trying to get herself to straighten out,her eyes had return to normal after a few seconds as she rapidly shook her head to get the last of the dizziness out of her system,she then looked at Me as she readjusted her vision as she squinted her eyes and rubbed them before finally looking at me straight

Shadow:are you ok now,how do you feel

Chocola:I'm ok now,only a little bit dizzy but better than before

Shadow:good then,I forgot that you weren't used to high speeds like that,so I'm sorry

Chocola:i-it's fine,I just wasn't ready,i'm ready to go in now

Shadow:alright then,let's go

I stood up as I took Chocola's hand and brought her into the arcade,it was a large room filled with different kinds of games,ranging from the classic 1v1 fights,children's fishing games,shooters,hyper casual games and of course,the dreaded claw machines,that everyone hated

Chocola looked around in joy as she saw the many games being played by a lot of people inside ,the arcade was definitely packed to say the least so it would maybe a little difficult to play all of the games but i already had my eyes set on one game,that I could grind for tickets

we walked up to the token seller as a man inside turned to us with a cheery smile on his face,inviting us into the arcade to enjoy the eventful and fun games,he offered the tokens for a reasonable price but also showed us the special tooken exchange offers and the arcade credit card,that would significantly last longer than tokens,I obviously bought 2 cards and loaded a hundred dollars worth of tokens\ credits into both as the man handled the cards then gave them to Me,which I gave Chocola one of the cards

after getting our cards,I gace Chocola some instruction while being in the arcade just to make sure she was safe,obviously I prohibited her from talking to strangers,I told to be weary of her surroundings,call for Me if she gets into trouble since we can't risk her secret and of course have fun while playing games,I told her which I game I would be at,then we split up into our own directions

Chocola split off and went over to the shooters on the right side of the arcade while I went straight to "Crossy Road",a simple game where you have to get your character across the road and make it as far as you can,a game that I usually crushed and grinded for tickets when I went to arcades in the past,I became renowned in New Yorks malls arcade for having an unbeatable score of 89 thousand,it took me 2hrs of rapid pressing but I became known for it and I now I was going to see how far I could get

I slid my card on the machine and picked up the game pistol as I took aim,I activated one of the shooter games that was considered one of the harder ones in the arcade,according to some of the staff and some of the other people inside,so I wanted to give it a try,I had 15 shots per magazines and had to manually reload and cock the gun to fire again which was the biggest problem in the game,but I didn't see the difficulty in it 

the game had zombies and monsters s basic enemies and human soldiers as elites,mini bosses and bosses,every player had 3 lives and another person could step up to the same game on the side and play as player 2 and help with the game,it was said no one had beaten the game yet and the farthest that someone had made it was 60% through

I easily cleared the first 3 stages without a problem but stage 4 started to get pretty hard as the number of enemies practically doubled,thankfully I was trained with handguns as I accurately shot every enemy then quickly reloaded with a 3 second reload time,which people thought was impossible

I made very fast progress through the game as a small crowd started to form behind Me,it was a bit embarrassing to see so many people staring at Me but I didn't pay any attention to them as I focused on the game,enemies were getting more health and they tripled the number of enemies they were sending and the elites were appearing more than usual now,but I was still able to keep up without too much of a problem 

I started to hear whispering and talking to my sides and behind Me as people started to talk about my performance,they couldn't believe someone like Me was clearing the game with such speed since most of the people that played this particular game were pro arcade shooters and not amateurs,there were some that were considering to sabotage my attempt to beat the game but was immediately put in their place as most of the people watching did not agree to the idea

apparently it was something about a sacred honor code in arcades,that doesn't let people sabotage runs in super hard games or when the person playing had done extremely well of above average,i was glad that it was a thing in places like this and I more glad that there were people who uphold and follow it

I made it to 60% mark and as now on a boss stage,people said that it was a very hard boss cuz it could sometimes shoot through the cover that the player had I kept that in mind and started the fight as the first thing that happened was the boss fired a rocket at Me,my character dodged though and went to cover,that was when I got control and I unloaded a quick magazine into the boss,doing a mediocre amount of damage,I went back into cover and reloaded but somehow took damage despite being behind cover,I popped out of my cover and unloaded another magazine into the boss asI moved to a different cover,I then reloaded and but got hit again 

I was really confused as to why i was getting hit but I think I know how to avoid it now,I got out of my cover and emptied another magazine  then went behind the previous cover I was at,I then preemptively moved to a different cover then reloaded,this time I wasn't hit so I got out of my cover and fired again and repeatedly did the same process until the boss was dead

after clearing the stage my lives were restored for the next stage which was good but behind Me people were applauding and cheering me for setting a new record,it was a bit embarrassing to be the center of attention as everyone cheered me on for the next stage,so I started the next level and progressed with the game with people backing me up

after pressing the same button for so long,I finally lost as a super fast car hit my little dinosaur character,I sighed as I cracked my knuckles  and spun my elbow trying to get some feeling into it since it felt numb,I look at the time and see that it was already 11 in the morning,I had been pressing the same button for almost 3 hours,I look behind me and see a crowd just staring at me in awe,I look back at the game and look at my score as I see the score display say,123,546,it was obvious I cleared my previous high score ,so i looked down and saw all my tickets from the machine but was disappointed as i only saw maybe 1k out of the 123k I was supposed to get 

the crowd dispersed when they saw that i was done with the game as some passed Me to play the game themselves,I was going to the ticket claim and exchange to get my remaining tickets until I heard a yell from the other side of the arcade screaming my name,it caught everyone's attention as everyone looked at the source of the sound,I immediately recognized the voice to be Chocola as I dashed to her in the blink of an eye

when I got to her,I saw that she as surrounded by 3 guys that looked like thugs,after scanning and examining the 3 guys in front of Chocola I recognized them to be the 3 thugs that came into my cafe,a week go,they were wearing about the same clothes as they did during the first time I met them but they now had a few bandages on them

they cornered Chocola as they held onto a bat and some metal pipes like during the incident at the cafe,I looked at Chocola as she held a literal armful of tickets around her arms,there was so much it was like an overflowing bucket,she was backed into a corner and it didn't look like anyone wanted to step up to the 3

Thug1:come on little girl,we just want to have some fun

Shadow(mind):this son of a bitch,even had the thought of doing it with my daughter?,I wish there were no laws right now so i could rip off his arms and legs 

Chocola:get away from Me!

Thug2:no need to be scared,we're nice people we're just going to show you a god time

Thug3:yah!,stop resisting no one's here to help you anyway

Chocola;when Papa get's here,he's going to wipe the floor with you 

Thug1:your Papa huh?,hah! your a funny little girl,when I see him I'll beat his skull in and I'll be your new Papa

since I didn't want to hear anymore of this,I walked out of the crwod of people that gathered to see the commotion as they all looked at me step forwards,i walked up to the thugs and pushed away the 2 lower lackeys of the group as I looked at the main thug,I placed my hand on his shoulder as he turned around

Thug1:hey!,who the fuck is-

the man in front of Me shrunk in fear as he looked at me,dead in the eyes,I gave him a small smirk as I looked back at him and his lackeys 

Thug1:i-i-it's you!!!,y-your her

Shadow:remember Me punk,I'm the guy that mopped my cafe's floor with your face,I told you to get out of my sight but I find you here,trying to kidnap and do bad thing to MY daughter

Thug1:l-l-l-look man,we weren't trying anything I swear man,we weren't,just let us go and you won't see us again,I swear

Shadow;really now?,tell that to my fist you son of a bitch

without warning I connected a quick and strong right hook to Thug1's face,dropping him onto the floor unconscious,I look back to Thug 2 and Thug3 as they were now shaking in fear,I slowly approached them as they slowly backed away from Me,only to find that they were surrrounded by angry arcade gamers,that were not going to let them leave so easily

Shadow:what's wrong you 2,afraid?

Thug2;f-fuck you,I ain't scared of no one!!

Shadow:prove it then,C h i c k e n

Thug 2 growled and charged at Me with his pipe as he swung with an overhead attack,I caught the pipe and pulled it out of his hand as I then throw onto the floor before connecting a quick jab to Thug2's face,making him stumble,I then followed up with a kick to the knee,making thug 2 kneel before I kicked him in the face with my knee,dropping him unconscious on the floor

I then turned to Thug3 who was shaking in his boots as he held his bat like a sword,he might have looked more intimidating if he wasn't shaking like a blender while it was on,after a few moments he finally gave in and simply took himself out as he hit himself in the face with his own bat,knocking him out cold on the floor

with the 3 thugs asleep with their faces buried into the floor,I turned to Chocola as she held onto the large bundle of tickets she won from her game,she just looked at Me with a few tears in her eyes as she shook a bit,if it weren't for the fact that she had a secret to keep,she would have undoubtedly handed their asses to them 

but she does have a secret to keep she wasn't allowed to fight in a super crowded places,especially if she were t fight with her sword,it would no doubt bring in a lot of attention to her,which we try to avoid a lot 

I went up to her and kneeled down as she dropped all her tickets on the floor aand lunged at me,pushing herself into an embrace,i reciprocated and hugged back as i wrapped my arms around her body while patting her head with my hand,trying to comfort her

Chocola:*sobs**sobs**sobs*P-Pa-Papa*sobs*

Shadow:shh,shh,it's ok,they won't bother you anymore,those men won't lay a finger on you,I won't let them

Chocola:*sobs* Papa,please don't leave alone

Shadow:I'm right her Chocola,everything's fine

Shadow(mind):why is she worried of Me leaving?,is she seeing things?

I pulled away from the hug and looked at Chocola in the eyes as tears rolled down her eyes,I took a  glance at the crowd around us as everyone was holding their phones out,most likely recording the entire things that just happened,I wiped the tears off Chocola's face and lifted her up into my arms as I grabbed her tickets that laid on the ground

I looked over and saw that 3 men were taking the thugs away as mall security arrived to take them away,I walked away from the scene as the crowd instantly dispersed,letting me pass with Chocola in my arms and her tickets in my hand,everyone just looked as I walked away while I made my way to the ticket exchange 

once I got there I was immediately greeted by the clerk,I was given an apology for what had happened as they promised to get some security for the arcade to ensure goers safety in the future and to give Me and Chocola an extra 1k tickets as payment for the trouble,not that we needed anymore tickets

I gave the clerk the tickets that Chocola won as the clerk gawked at the amount,I had already taken a good look at the amount it was roughly  4-5k tickets but the actual amount,according to the clerk was 6,894,how Chocola won so much from a shooting game,I may not know

the clerk loaded the tickets into the card then asked for my tickets,I gave him the 1k I already had and told him about the other +123k tickets that I haven't claimed from the machine yet since a machine could only hold up to 3k tickets,the clerk checked the game I played and saw the highscore from his computer and agreed to give Me my full prize,so he loaded all of my ticket into my card

after getting our tickets loaded,I smiled and told Chocola to pick anything she wanted from the prize selection,since we had so many tickets,we could pretty much get any prize we wanted with a few exceptions with Chocola since some of the item costed up to 10-15k tickets to buy,

she looked around the selection as the clerk happily gave a few good suggestions to her,I looked around as well for my own prize as I spot a large Homu plush,the size of an actual person,a blue leather covered diary with a butterfly insignia on it,a floppy fish toy and a 5 piece airsoft gun set,that had a AUG,an ACR,a Dragunov,a Spaz and a Five-Seven

after a while Chocola decided to get a white cat plush the size of a basketball while I got the Homu plush,the Diary,the fish toy and the gun set,the clerk bagged it all into one big bag, and handed it to us,we couldn't make the Homu plush fit so I just told the clerk to keep quiet as I used a small bit of my power to teleport the plush back to the house,the clerk was genuinely surprised at what he saw but remained quiet about it as I thanked him for his service before leaving the arcade

Chocola was still in my arms with her own arms wrapped around my neck as her head laid on my shoulder while my free arm carried the bag of prizes,there was silence between us as I walked us both through the mall,heading back to the parking lot so we can head back to the house for lunch,since I was making sushi for the both of us ,then Chocola struck up a conversation

Chocola:hey Master

Shadow:what is it,Chocola

Chocola:uhm,thank you for saving me

Shadow;you don't need to thank me,it's what any "parent" would do,isn't it,your safety is my priority after all

Chocola:but you still saved me from the bad guys,I was really scared,I thought I as going to be-

Shadow;you don't need to worry about that Chocola,don't think about it,it'll only hurt you more,I won't let anything like that happen to you,as long as long as your with me,your safe,nothing will get to you

Chocola:is there anything Chocola can do to pay back,Master

Shadow:Chocola,haha,we're here because I wanted to apologize to you,it's kinda counter active if you want to make it up to me

Chocola;but I want to pay you back,you've  given me and the others so much but we haven't done much for you,I want to pay you back

Shadow:*sigh*ok,if you want to pay me back,then I want you enjoy this day to the fullest,seeing you smile is enough payment for me already

Shadow:good girl,now let's head home to get some lunch,I'm making sushi for both of us

the Royal navy,Eagle Union,Sakura Empire and Iron Blood sat in the lounge room,searching for the Commander we all sat around as a large holoscreen,just a bit smaller than a cinema screen floated in front of everyone,playing a video,that was recently uploaded to the internet 

Ms.Akagi shattered the tea cup she was holding as the green tea inside spilled all over the floor,slightly staining the carpet that absorbed most of the light beverage,whether it was out of pure anger,suprise,jealousy or all of the above,she was very displeased with what she was seeing

the screen showed a recording of a fight that had occured in the New Washington DC Mall,only a little bit over 30 minutes ago,in the fight,3 thugs were dropped onto the floor unconscious by a single man with nothing but his fist,he had blue hair ,blue eyes,wore a sleeveless blue jacket with black pants with black shoes,that had dark blue lining going across the side,it was the Commander after the video showed the 3 thugs get knocked out,Commander turned his gaze,behind to look at small girl with black hair and amber eyes,crying in the corner 

though it was hard to tell due to the lack of cat ears and tail,we all agreed that it was most definitely Ms.Chocola,she was holding on to an abundance of tickets,that surely would have taken hours to get as she stood in the corner,sulking to herself 

the Commander approached her and kneeled down to her height as he faced the crying girl,Chocola threw herself at him,pushing herself into an embrace with the Commander as he accepted it and immediately hugged back

at the same moment,another tea cup was shattered with the green tea spilling on the carpet,this time it was Ms.Taihou,who crushed the cup in her hand as shards of marble fell onto the floor while she looked at the screen as if she was about to go absolutely crazy

Akagi:fufufu~,it looks like i will have to punish the Commander when he gets back 

Taihou:That bitch,how dare she get close with my Commander,when I see her I'm going to slice her thr-

we all turned and saw that the remaining 5 Cat Girls were now among us as they walked over to the couches and sat beside some of the girls from Iron Blood.Ms.Vanilla pulled her sword back,way from Ms.Taihou's neck as it disappeared into thin air while ms.vanilla sat with the rest of her family

Maple:we were but New Washington DC is a very big city,it could take us days or weeks to find him if we went by ground with no info or knowledge of his whereabouts

I stood in front of the stove as I flipped over another piece of sushi that I was frying,it took a good 30 minutes to drive back to the house cause of traffic but when we arrived,we were able to sigh in relief,I saw a lot of disguised T-Dolls on the streets while driving back home,making the trip a bit more tenseful since I trained those T-Dolls to inspect thing to the smallest of details,whether it be a dent aa scratch on a surface,plate number or even simply the color of something,they would be able to figure out the owner of anything and since a few of them had already seen the very car I was driving with Chocola,it was a tiny bit stressful for me

as for Chocola,she headed up to her room for a quick nap while she waited for Me to finish making the sushi we were having for lunch,she seemed a bit down though,when she left to go back to her room as she hanged her head low when she walked away,I was a little it worried about her since she seemed to keep thinking about something and I didn't know what it was

apart from that,the date or outing wasn't going to good either,I ruined the mood during the first car ride  but made it up at the aquarium and she almost got kidnapped by 3 thugs which i did not let happen

overall,the bad and the god had been at a stable 50/50 for the entire thing which is not good,I really wanted to give Chocola a good day,today but all of these things happening it's not looking to good,I could only hope things start to look up,when we head to the carnival at pier and go to see the movie at the cinema as I removed the last piece of sushi from the frying pan and place it onto the plate with the rest

I turned of the stove and brought 3 full plates of sushi to the table,I then quickly grabbed 3 fresh oranges from the fridge and squeeze the juice out into a pitchel and add ice for a nice cold glass of orange juice,I place he pitchel on the table and left the kitchen as I walked up the stair from the main lobby and entered the second floor

I went to Chocola and Vanilla's room and lightly knocked on the door before entering as I gently pushed the door open,inside was a large collision of white,blue and pink,the mark it as Chocola and Vanilla's shared room,it was a fully furnished room,that looked like mine just with a different color scheme,on the bed,Chocola was curled up under her blanket as she embraced a pillow,the same size as her

she had a soft and sweet smile on her face as she napped on her bed in peace,it was almost tempting to not wake her up,unfortunately we had places to go and lunch to eat,so I entered the room and silently walked over to her bed as I sat myself on the side of the bed without a noise,I gently shook Chocola as she lowly groaned in annoyance before it turned into one of happiness

her eyes slowly opened revealing her amber eyes as she rubbed her eyes with her hand,trying to readjust her vision in the room,when she could properly see,she looked at Me with a soft smile as I smiled back 

Shadow:rise and shine,my little Neko

Shadow:sorry,did I disturb your sleep

Chocola:no it's ok,I was having a good dream though

Shadow:what was it about

Chocola:everyone was in a grassy field having fun on a bright sunny day,you were there,I was there,Vanilla,Maple,Coconut,Azuki and Cinnamon,they were there too and we were all having a good time

Shadow:heh,now that does sound like a good dream,but lunch is ready downstairs,I made sushi like you wanted

Chocola yawned before tossing the blanket off of her as I stood up from the bed,she followed suit and followed Me out of the room as we walked downstairs and to the kitchen,she was still wearing the same clothes as before but she was missing one of the ribbons on her head and she was now wearing a pink and black bracelet on her right wrist

we walked into the kitchen and the smell of the freshly cooked sushi and orange juice immediately hit our noses,Chocola was quick to get to her chair as she stared at the plates of sushi with stars in her eyes,I went to the table and handed a her one of the plates of sushi and a pair of chopsticks as I poured her a glass of orange juice before sitting down next to her and grabbing my own plate of sushi with a pair of chopsticks in hand

we both ate in enjoyment as Chocola savored every bite of sushi she had next to Me,I just smiled at her as I ate my plate of sushi,even I had to admit to myself,that I did good with cooking as I tasted every bit of flavor in the seafood I held in the pair of chopsticks in my hand

this was a delicacy that every Shipgirl,T-Doll,Valkyrie and Catgirl at the Schicksal base wanted,I didn't often cook for them,despite my capability to do so,out of all of them there,apart from the other 5 Catgirls there,only the Iris Libre of Azur Lane had ever tasted my cooking,they described it to the others as a gift from the divine lord himself,this peeked the interest and curiousity of the others whch led to them wanting Me to cook for them at least once,which did not happen 

Chocola:yummy,it's so good

Shadow:I'm glad you like it,don't eat too fast though,you'll choke on your food

Chocola:it's so good though,I could eat this everyday

Shadow:you can have some once and a while,it's not healthy to only have sushi

Chocola didn't finish her sentence as she stopped mid way and started to lightly hit her chest,like I had thought,she choked on her food from eating too fast,I handeedher,herglass of orange juice as she chugs it down to half way before stopping to cough and intake lost air

Shadow:this is why i told you not to eat too fast,we're inno rush you know,the carnival at the pier doesn't open up until 4:00 in the afternoon and we'll have plenty of time to go see a movie

she resumed eating her Sushi at a slower but still pretty fast pace as she took in 3 pieces of sushi before chewing,I only sighed and gave a low chuckle as I resume eating with her

after over half a day of searching,we still haven't found the General and my group got hungry,we T-Dolls had been scouring the City in search for him but have found trace,we've been using some tips and tricks,that the General had taught us but even with that help,we didn't find a single lead towards him

the girls back at the base,said there was a video online,that he was in,he apparently got into a fight with 3 thugs at the arcade and mopped the floor with them,the group that was  in the area went it check it out but when they arrived,General was already gone,they looked and asked around but no one knew,where they had went,all they were told was,that he single handedly won the fight and left

right now I was with M4A1,M16A1,Springfield,M1911 and M249 SAW,we were currently waiting in line at McDonalds to get some lunch we've been walking around for hours,SAW and M1911 were saving us all seats at a table near a window while Me,M4A1,M16A1 and Springfield would get our orders

there was quite a lot of people inside aand  knowing the large popularity of the 3 biggest military and reasearch organizations,we would have been crowded with people,asking for autographs and people asking questions and asking for pictures,thankfully we were all wearing disguises as I wore a hat to hide my animal ears,everyone had changed out of their usual combat attire and wore more casual clothes to lessen the chances of people noticing us,everyone except SAW that is,since she was already wearing casual so she alreadylooked like a normal person

Springfield:I don't understand,how you all can stand the absurd heat in these thick jackets

M4A1:we're used to it,besides ourjackets have a little AC inside keeping us cool

Emily was handed a tray filled with the food we ordered as she placed it on the counter in front of us,Springfield paid for the food as M4A1 took the tray before we all left to go back to M1911 and SAW,who were probably bored out of their mind,we went to our table where we saw SAW on her phone and M1911 taking a nap,when SAW noticed us coming,she shook M1911,waking her up from her nap as she sat up straight and yawnedwhilewe sat down and placed the tray on the table

SAW:finally,you guys shure took your sweet time,anything interesting happen

G41:yup,we got a lead on the next place Gener-I mean brother is going

M1911:really,thats good,where is he going

Springfield:the carnival at the pier,we should alert the nearest squad

SAW:nearest squad would Five-Seven's group,being with Desert Eagle,Vector,G36c,TMP and P90

M4A1:good,tell them to wait for the Commander near the entrance and intercept

M1911;already did,their on their way there,now

Springfield:now we just ply the waiting game

we all took our food from the tray as we all happily munched on our lunch for the day

Back with Shadow and Chocola

I turned the corner as Chocola sat in her seat,excited for the time at the pier,I was about to drive into the pier parking area,when I saw a group of girls talking to each other,dressed in casual wear,I quickly took notice of one of the girls,who had awhite hair,tied in a long ponytail behind her as she discussed something with her friends,there was at least 6 of them there,maybe more as I look for an alternative

so instead of going into the parking lot,I took a turn and drove away from the pier as I park the car into a different parking lot,only a block away from the pier,Chocola looked at me with a little confusion as she stared atme,wondering why ididn't park at the pier

Chocola:Master,is there a reason why you didn't park at the pier?

Shadow:we may have been found out

Chocola:huh?

Shadow:I saw Five-Seven and I think Desert Eagle with a few others at the entrance ,they might have figured out,that we were coming here

Chocola:but how

Shadow:I'm not sure but we're not getting in through the front without being seen

Chocola:so we're not going?,we don't have to

Shadow:no,weare going,I promise you that,the girls aren't fully familiar with New Washington DC and theres another entrance through the fishing docks on the side,we can go in from there

I stepped out of the car as Chocola followed suit,she grabbed onto my hand as I led her to the sideof the pier,where fisherman would often dock their boats,it was a large catwalk of wood,that hovered over the beach,it was connected to the pier from the side using a long wooden stair case that led up to the pier itself,

I led Chocola on the catwalk and up the stairs without much problem as we got into the pier and found ourselves at the heart of the entire carnival,teher were stands,game booths,souvenir shacks and even small scale children rides,lights were hanging above the entire pier,lighting everything up as the sun in the background began to set 

people ran round the pier in pairs,trios and groups as carnival was filled with joyous laughter and uplift feeling,people were eating fod,playing games and having fun,some of the kids were even on the rides ,I glance over at Chocola to see her eyes filled with stars as she eyes every bit of the carnival,I chuckled a little a I led into the pier before leeting go of her hand as she wandered the carnival with excitement

I watched Chocola move from stand to stand as i stood in the shadow of the crowd,out of sight of the T-Dolls that were searching for me,there was a girl with light blonde hair and yellow eyes,she was wearing a white and black dress with a black skirt,that reached half way down her thighs

AN;just imagine that the skirt is longer in the pic

then there was another girl with light blonde hair and yellow eyes,she was wearing a white tube dress with white sleeves and a dark green skirt with a black wrist band on her right arm

AN:just change her clothes to the one in the descrption above

next was a more mature looking girl,she had white hair with bangs covering her right eyes with red irises,she was wearing a dark green vest with a dark green blouse along with a black shirt underneath

AN:kinda reminds of Me of Trento of Sardegna Empire 

lastly,there were 2 girls,one had dark blonde hair with orange colored eyes,she wore a black shirt with dark blue jeans along with a black jacket,the other had long blonde hair and green eyes and wore a small black long coat that had green lining and highlights

just change the clothes of the pic above and don't question my choice to use the pic below,it was the only pic I had of her and I couldn't be bothered to get a different one 

this was Desert Eagle,Vector,G36c,p90 and TMP and of course there was Five-Seven,who was leading the group in search for Me,I watched them split up into the crowd as I stuck to the more crowded groups of people to hide myself while I watched Chocola enjoy the carnival

it also didn't help,that I had switched back to my usual clothes,so Iit was now much harder to hide from the girls,but I did have the advantage of being in crowded areas,so I could vanish into a group of people without a trace

I followed Chocola around the pier as i kept my eye on her to make sure nothing bad happened to her while I also kept an eye out for the T-Dolls,that were looking for Me ,I had been sticking close to crowd,that were near Chocola as I stood next to her pretty much the entire time,she's been buying some toys and food she liked using some of the money I gave in the car as she moved from stall to stall at high speed while i tailed herat the same speed

I found myself enjoying my time at the carnival as I followed Chocla around,seeing her happy face enjoy every bit of fun the carnival had to offer,she played games and won more prizes,she bought food and a toy for Vanilla and the others and she enjoyed a few minutes of fun on the merry go round

I let out a light chuckle as I watched her have the time of her life while I bought a candy apple from one of the stalls,I made my way to the merry go round just in time to see her get off the ride,I smiled at her aas she made her way to Me with record speed

Shadow:hey,looks like your hving the time of your life here

Chocola:everything here is so fun,they have so much to do here and theres a lot of yummy food too

Shadow:haha,glad your really enjoying yourself,here-

I hand Chocola the candy apple in my hand as she grabbed it with joy

Chocola:a candy apple,I thought they didn't have any here

Shadow:I found a stall that did,for a good price too 

Chocola;thanks so much,Papa

she took a big bite out of the apple as I could tell she felt the super sweet taste of the candy as her face lit up with absolute bliss,sweet things were one of Chocola's weaknesses and candy apples were at the top of that category,only second to my special homemade ice cream and cakes 

when she finished her candy,she took off again as she went from stall to stall again while I went back into the crowds to vanish from my pursuers sight,where ever they are in the carnival,I looked around and saw Chocola at a shooting range game,that had a bunch of prizes but what caught my eye was Desert Eagle,who was seemingly being hit on by a bunch of guys,that looked like they were in college 

I made my way to them while continuing to remain in the shadows as I got close enough to hear their little exchange of words

Man1:hey come on baby doll,why don't you want to come,it'll be fun

Desert Eagle:do not call me that,I don't even know you

Man2:come on,the party's going to be awesome,it's not like you have anything better to do anyway

Desert Eagle:like I said,I refuse to go with any of you and I'm looking for someone right now so please leave

Man3:we're not going anywhere lady,not unless you come with us

Man1;come on,we can show you a great time,we'll have lots of fun

Desert Eagle:get lost,I'm not interested

Man2:let's not make a scene here girl,we're doing this the nice way you know

Man1:you do not want to see what happens when we have to do this the bad

Desert Eagle:you wouldn't dare,not with all these people around

Man3:like they would notice a missing girl among the dozens of people here,just come with us already

Desert Eagle:I told you no and that's final

before things could get out of hand,I decided to step in and help Desert Eagle out of the trouble she got in

Man2:come on already,just go with us it's not like-

Shadow:there you are "cous"-

the smll group of 4 turned to me after hearing my voice as i looked at them with a happy smile,Desert Eagle was clearly surprised to see Me as i walked towards the group

Shadow:we've been looking all over for you,everyone's gathered at the shooting range,we've been worried sick

Desert Eagle:huh?

Man1:who the fuck are you-

Shadow:thank you for keeping my cousin company for the time being,we got separated in the crowd and have been looking for her,for uite a while now,you have my thanks

Desert Eagle:y-yah sorry about that

Man3:tch

Shadow:we'll be going now and thank you again

I took Desert Eagle's hand and pulled her away from the 3 men as we vanished out of their sights

Desert Eagle:General,I finally fou-

Shadow:keep quiet for now,we're not that far from them yet

after a few moments of walking away,I stopped and looked at Desert Eagle as she lookede like she was really thankful for saving her from her problem,I then looked over and pointed to my side as Desert Eagle followed my finger and looked over as well,only to see nothing but the crowd of people in the carnival,when she looked back to Me,I was already gone as I vanished back into the shadows of the crowds of people

(7:00 PM)

after about 5 hours at the carnival,i decided it was time to head back as I picked up Chocola from the shooting range and bought her popcorn before heading back to the jet,that was still hovering over the beach,that was a few minutes ago though as we were already on approach with Schicksal HQ

in the distance,I saw multiple transport ships land on the base as T-Dolls exited the ships from the inside,I flew to the hangars and landed the jet and killed the engines as I opened the hatch of the jet,I looked at Chocola and found her fast asleep in her chair with her popcorn in her arms,the toys and prizes she won and bought were in large plastic on the side of her chair as she quitely slept in place

I lightly chuckled once more I took the popcorn and bag of toys and prizes and teleported them to Chocola and Vannila's room in Schicksal HQ,i then useda little bit more of my power to teleport the bag of prizes that I bought at the arcade into the lounge room,along with the giant homu plush,that was previously at the manor

then I picked up Chocola up from her seat as I carried her like a child out of the jet before closing the hatch of the aircraft,I walked us both back into the main building and suprisingly,no on saw us come in,I went straaight up the stair to put Chocola to bed,so she could get a good nights rest but when I reached the 30th floor,1 floor away from where Chocola needs to be,I heard her mumble as isaw her groggily wake up

Chocola:M-Master

Shadow:your awake?,did I make too much noise

Chocola:n-no,no,mmm,iknow ourdateis over but-,....can I make one last request

Shadow:*sighs**smiles*what is it going to be

Chocola:mmm,can I sleep with you tonight,just this once 

Shadow:................................................*sighs*just this once

Chocola gave a small tired smile before falling back asleep in my arms as I walked us both up to the 43rd floor,when i got up to said floor,I was immediately met with Rita,who was just exiting Otto's office with a calm smile,when she saw Me her expression changed to that of calm to surprise as I gave her a calm smile before walking up to her

Rita:Master,your back

Shadow:*whispers*shhh,keep your down,she's asleep and sorry for being out long

Rita:*whispers*as long as your back,that's all that matter,you could have told us,you know

Shadow:*whispers*:if I told you,you would have never let me leave 

Rita:*sigh*

Shadow:*whispers*can you tell everyone I'm back,I'm going to put her to bed

Rita:*whispers*but her room is on the 31st floor,Master,*gasp* your not going to-

Shadow:*whispers*it's her last request for the day and no,I don't plan on doing anything to her

Rita:but Master,this is inappropriat-

Shadow:Rita do you trust Me

Rita:........................................................*whispers*with every fabric of my being

Shadow:*whispers;then please just go and tell everyone

Rita:*whispers*as you wish

Rita walked away as I went and entered to my room,i didn't bother to turn on the lights as I walked over to the bed,I laid Chocola down and tucked her in as I went to the other side of the bed and got in on the other side,I silently slipped under the blanket as I laid my head on my pillow,immediately I felt and soft embrace from Chocola as she turned to Me and mumbled in her sleep

Chocola:mmmthank you for today,Master

I gave a silent chuckle as I gave Chocola a good nights kiss on the forehead before I let myself be taken way into the land os slumber for the night

Author:OH MY GOD MY ARMS FEEL NONE-EXISTENT,I'm so tired of typing,I got over 2-3k words done in one afternoon just to get this chapter out for you all and I hope you all really enjoyed,the mall part of the chapter was supposed to be longer since I was planning to have Shadow and Chocola meet a karen but i got tired and didn't end up adding it,so maybe a different time
