Everything is on fire, structures destroyed and all is in devastation. Footsteps can be heard as from the stairs the critically wounded Kallen holding her right shoulder with her right arm has been lost and destroyed completely.

She can see from her right half opened eye the image of Yae Sakura holding a katana.

Kallen: Please... Don't...

Yae was not flinching as she raised her sword with a cold face still present as Kallen had no other options but scream.

Kallen: Sakura!! Wake up!!!

Theresa: KYAAAAA!!!!!!

Theresa suddenly woke up screaming from the nightmare she saw. Her breathing is rapid but she slowly calms down as she just muttered.

Theresa: Alright, Theresa, It's just a dream... How did I get here?

She looked to her left and saw a teapot and a cup filled with water as she tried to get out of her bed.

Theresa: I'm so cold. I need some hot water... All I remember was seeing Y/n facing the Pseudo Herrscher which became a beast...

But as soon as she was about to take her first step, her heart beats out and she stops and drops to the ground faints.

The 3-tomoe mark on her back is suddenly glowing not even knowing that this seal is a seal of a fallen god of the Taisho Era of this world.

*opening 1 season 1 plays*

The word of Theresa being unconscious lying on the floor was heard by the trio and Y/n. They went into the infirmary to see her physical state. She's attached on an IV with a heartbeat monitor device beside the bed and wearing a patient's clothing.

Kiana: What! Principal Theresa passed out?!

Kiana's panic and shouting was making Y/n cover his ears with his small ear muffs and Bronya tells about Kiana's noise.

Bronya: Subject Kiana's voice level is adversely affecting patient comfort. Please consider muffling her, Mei.

Mei: Kiana, Bronya's right. Try to quiet down a little. We know we're all worried about the principal. Y/n is also here to help us with her physical condition. Bronya, Y/n can you tell us what happened exactly?

Bronya then picks out her tablet and explains as Y/n runs some scans on her with his own version; Using his Innovade and Innovator powers, secretly .

Bronya: Principal Theresa was found in a state of coma this morning. Preliminary diagnosis by the Bronya conclude that the principal is unlikely to wake up anytime soon. Suspected cause is the stigma on her back.

Mei was clearly confused as she asked.

Mei: Stigma?

Y/n: Well, since it didn't show up on your exams I'll explain it to you. The stigma; or rather stigmata in plural, serves as a mark of your ability to mutate and adapt against Honkai radiation or presence.

Bronya: Da, not only that, the stigmata serve as archives for recording vast amounts of genetic data.

With Kiana in a panicked tuna state, holds the sides of her head and shouts.

Kiana: *panics* Oh my god! I've never heard this before!

Bronya: The Bronya detected abnormal spikes of data flow volume from the stigma on Theresa's back. Such volumes can interfere with the host's physiological and psychological functions.

Y/n: So in order to prevent that, the big chicks and dude at Schicksal use artificial stigmata which are modified by them to fit the host's physiological performance. But the stigma on Theresa is obviously not hers.

Bronya: The Bronya suspects that Theresa's mind is being assimilated. If no action is taken, Theresa will be engulfed by the native data present within the stigma.

Kiana: ASSIMILATED! PRINCIPAL THERESA WILL GET ASSIMILATED!!!!

After a bonk moment between Y/n and Kiana, the poor tuna's head was face planted to the floor with a big smoking bump on the back of her head and groans. Mei was just dumbfounded and Bronya was just Bronya expression as usual when they looked at them.

Y/n: You don't even know that word at all, tuna!

Kiana: 'You're right...'

Mei: 'Yabai...'

Bronya: 'Deserved...'

Mei then returns to the topic and asks Bronya.

Mei: Bronya, is there anything we can do to wake the principal?

Bronya thinks hard and has an idea.

Bronya: The Bronya has an idea, please wait.

Bronya then goes to her cabinet, rummaging through all of the things she stored in it such as a PSP, Nintendo3ds, PS3 console, etc. She stopped and found what she was looking for.

She returned to Mei and showed it to her.

Bronya: Tada.

She showed the same VR head unit that was used during their journey from Kallen's past.

Y/n: The same VR headset you used before?

Mei: o_o A VR... headset?

Bronya: Wearing this device will allow us to link up with the stigma's native dataspace. Entering the dataspace will allow us to investigate what exactly went wrong.

Y/n: Kiana tried this VR before and it went, uhm...*ahem* well.

Mei was curious about what happened but nods nonetheless. 

Mei: Understood. I'll give it a try.

Suddenly Kiana woke up when she heard about his experience and pleaded at Mei by hugging her.

Kiana: I wanna go with Mei and Y/n!!

She was gently pushed away from Mei by Bronya with her fingers to her forehead.

Kiana: Hngh! Hngh!

Bronya: Nyet! Nyet! Subject Kiana's user logs indicate disruptive behavior! Subject Kiana shall stay here with the Bronya and take care of Theresa and Mei during dataspace operations.

Y/n then suddenly talks to them as he gets near to Bronya.

Y/n: Bronya, I'll go with her.

The three girls looked at him surprised and asked.

Bronya: Subject Y/n, why?

Y/n: I might need to go with her just in case there's some distortion in Theresa's stigma's memories. Or in this case, like back during your exams before and Kiana's visit in the VR world.

Kiana and Bronya looked at him and Mei was curious. The two nodded and understood him.

Kiana: Got it!

Bronya: The Bronya understands.

Y/n: *smiles* Thanks. Oh and just in case, take these.

Y/n suddenly hands out to Kiana and Bronya some kind of paper with some markings and strange drawings.

Kiana: What's this?

Y/n: In case, Theresa wakes up and suddenly gets crazy while we do our mission; put these on her forehead and the stigma on her back. 

Bronya: If the Bronya may ask, how would he enter into the world?

Y/n then pulls out his backpack and picks his arm gauntlet and a strange headset out of the bag before putting the bag back down to the floor.

Y/n: Through these.

Kiana: What's that?

Y/n: Oh, come on, Kiana. You know you've been watching too much anime on your phone before exams so you should know and familiar on what this is.

Y/n then shows his VR headset and she is flabbergasted from what it is.

Kiana: A nervegear?! But that thing could hurt your brain!

Y/n: Nah, it's a Nervegear but it has a different system inside it. I just replaced this with a defense mechanism if anything tries to remove the headset.

Bronya: What kind?

Y/n: You'll see. Just plug me into your monitoring systems and you might be able to observe us.

Bronya obeys his suggestion and Kiana is still shocked that he has a nervegear. All the while, Y/n continues to speak to them.

Y/n: Also, speaking of assimilation. I might have a plan on how to prevent the assimilation of Honkai's impurities in her body and the stigmata.

Kiana: How?

Y/n: Ehe, you'll see. *smiles*

Kiana: *pouts* EHE TE NANDAYO!!!!

As Y/n wears his nervegear and Mei wears her headset Bronya briefs them about the mission.

Bronya: Our priority is to locate Theresa's consciousness within the stigma.

Y/n: And also to find any distortions affecting her and the stigma. Roger that.

Bronya: *taps* All systems go.

Kiana: Alright, you know what to say right?

Mei: Hehe, we know.

Mei and Y/n look up to the ceiling as they close their eyes and say the magic words.

Mei & Y/n: Link start!

As they entered the virtual world, the tunnel to dive into space was suddenly shaking.

Y/n: Bronya, what's happening?!

Bronya: The data tunnel is malfunctioning; and it's changing. You need to move- *static*

Mei: Bronya?

Y/n: Mei, look out!

Y/n pushed Mei out as she was surprised and saw that he was sucked into one of the black portals that was in the way.

Mei: Y/n!

The two were separated as their outfits changed by the glowing light covering them. 

Mei now arrives into the data space with success. When she arrived, she saw inferno. Structures destroyed and some are on fire.

Mei: So this is the Stigmata's dataspace. This place looks devastated. So the principal's stigma is storing all this? 'What the hell happened here?'

Bronya then advises her as she appears through the hologram.

Bronya: Mei! We haven't found any trace of Theresa in the current dataspace sector! We must head to the next sector where professor Y/n was suddenly sucked in. Please follow Bronya's waypoints to get there.

But suddenly she heard a weak voice.

Kallen: Turn... around...

Mei: Wait, Bronya, stand by for now! I got something here.

Mei ends the call and she turns around to see the weakened Kallen Kaslana on the ground.

Mei: Kiana? No, wait, this lady looks like her. So who is she?

She then gets near her as Kallen plucks her necklace with a crucifix on it, out of her neck.

Kallen: O warrior, I know not your name, but please... grant me one last favor...

Mei: Ma'am, are you alright?! What happened to this place?!

Kallen: Please, I'm done for. *coughs* But if you were to encounter a priestess with cherry colored hair. Please... you must... give this... to her... That's all... I ask... of you...

Kallen's eyes were turned towards behind Mei. A cloaked person as the person who looked at her with a mysterious expression, written on his face.

Kallen: Please... Look after her... 

Kallen's eyes were slowly closing as she shed her final tear and died in the process.

Mei: A crucifix pendant?

Mei looked at it with mysterious and curious eyes as she turned behind her to see a boy who had a thick bandana on his forehead with black hair and black eyes.

Mei: Who are-?

Suddenly the whole place shakes as Bronya immediately warns the two.

Bronya: Mei, this dataspace sector is collapsing! The Bronya will force you to transfer you to the next sector!

Bronya ends her call and Mei still looks at Kallen who was in Strike form and has a serious expression. She starts to talk as the place shakes.

???: We've got no time and she's right! We've got no time to explain! Let's just do it at the next sector!

Mei still wants answers but she puts it aside for now as their safety is their concern first.

Other sector: Forest

Meanwhile, somewhere in the stigma's other dataspace Theresa's body is laid down in the ground. She then slowly opens her eyes and wakes up to find herself in a strange forest.

Theresa: Wh- Where am I? Why am I in this forest?

She gets up and cleans herself as she just sweeps her clothing with all dirt and dust covering her clothing. A white and red kimono with bell and floral designs and accents.

Theresa: Why am I wearing this? Am I dreaming?

A scream suddenly heard in the distance.

???: ARGH!!! HELP!!!

She then runs to the direction of where it came from. She saw a man with a spear on his hand and was being chased by a Honkai mutated bear.

???: Please, somebody, help-!!!

He tripped from a rock making the bear use its tendrils on its back and grabbed the man and devoured his head, completely. In which Theresa saw it and was too late. She found herself suddenly confronting the same bear with its mouth covered in blood dripping remains of the victim.

Theresa: Honkai Beasts? This bear-type beast seems to be an ancient variant. *picks up the spear* Hehe! I may be small and cute, but I'll surprise you with my fighting skills!

Theresa suddenly jumps about to attack it with just a weak spear.

Theresa: Witness the true powers of an S-Rank Valkyrie!

She swings it towards the body to break its bones and she fails, miserably. The spear's handle broke easily.

Theresa: !!

She was grabbed suddenly by the bear's tendrils and she was being strangled right off the bat.

Theresa: I can't... breathe...

But then Sakura leaves fly over them and a slash cuts the bear's tendrils off and screams in pain before that scream was cut off again by another slashes but towards its head and arms. The grip on Theresa was off as she was falling.

But before Theresa's about to hit the ground hard, she was caught by a familiar figure, Yae Sakura. They looked each other in the eyes with Yae's eyes reminiscing of a forgotten past and Theresa's eyes of shock and familiarity.

But their reunion broke off as more and more wild Honkai Beasts appeared.

Yae: Please, stay behind me!

When she finally finished the rest she breathed calmly. Her senses come up immediately as two Honkai Beasts who are camouflaged and much faster than her suddenly come out from the trees and about to pounce on them.

Theresa looks in horror and Yae just clicks her tongue.

Yae: S***!

But suddenly a pink beam that killed the two beasts approaching Theresa. Theresa and Yae look shocked from it. But Yae snaps her focus back to the current situation as she easily slices the Honkai beasts coming to her. They were killed instantly and she put her sword back in the scabbard.

Yae: Are you alright?

Theresa: Umm, I'm fine... I just need... a little rest...

Theresa faints and Yae catches her and starts to carry her body, bridal style. She then looks at where the line of fire originated and thoughts.

Yae: Who fired that pink line...?

Yae only questioned that and her thoughts only shows no answer to her surroundings and began to leave the premises.

From the sidelines is a person with Gundam eyes watching them from its zoomed in cameras and completely hidden to the ground.

He then comes out as he was holding a long rifle on his left hand with the support of right hand on the right side of the barrel. The gun was now returned into its folded state.

The Gundam battle suit was none other than the Exia and its lone Gundam Meister himself wielding the custom made Long Rifle that is based from it's 3rd repairs.

Y/n: Thank goodness I made my rifle adjustable on its particle output. 'But also made my Exia convertible into its different Repair Type arsenals, except for the Repair 1.'

Y/n's Exia arsenal is based on Repair 3; equipped with two GN Beam Sabers, two GN Vulcan Guns, the revamped Exia main weapon; the GN Sword Kai and finally the GN Long Rifle.

But the only downside is that his power source is a Large GN Condenser: Drive Type.

He thought those but they were shoved away when the voice inside his head talked to him.

???: You need to be careful on using those particles on that weapon, otherwise we're toast before we even complete the task.

Y/n: I understand... Kurama.

Y/n shifts his consciousness into his own mindscape and sees the giant orange fox known as Kurama with a confident smile on his face and red slitted eyes full of expectations on Y/n.

How did they meet? Let's rewind it back to when Y/n got sucked into a distorted obstacle portal that he pushed Mei away from.

Flashback

He saw nothing and was trying to wake up but he couldn't as the gravity was too strong and it felt like it wanted him to stay down. Until a voice faded it all away.

???: Hey, wake up!

He then gasped as he looked around and he was surrounded with nothing but a wet dull gold floor and one big fox in here with him.

???: About time...

Y/n: AAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!! *points at Kurama* Who are you?! Are you that Herrscher's brother?! How did you get in here?!

???: Technically speaking, I should be better than her although she's gone mad that she wanted anything after that!! I'm no different from her but I wanted to do it in a different way!! Do you understand me?!

His shout makes his hair slick backwards and has his pants almost blown off from his blunt criticism about himself. Y/n understands it and stutters.

Y/n: O-Okay... So who are you then?

Kurama: My name is Kurama, or as the Schicksal recorded it "The 2nd Nine-Tailed Demon Fox".

Y/n: Yeah. Now I know why you're so mad at it. I even snuck into their archives and I just... Corruption these days...

Kurama looks at him incredulously at his bold move and compliments.

Kurama: *smirk* I never thought someone would have the guts to do such a bold move. I bet that the man recorded that is angrier than I am already because of his snooping around. HAHAHAHA!!!!!

Y/n just sweatdropped at this and Kurama continues.

Kurama: Anyway, boy. You got a name?

Y/n: Umm, Y/n. Y/n Seiei.

Kurama: Y/n Seiei, huh? Tell me, you're not happen to be Setsuna's brother?

Y/n: Oh, it's.. A long story.

Kurama: Tell me, in a short way.

Kurama still cannot believe it; a clone of his 2nd mentor figure. Y/n tells him of his situation. When Y/n told him about it, he tries to piece it together in a way and understands it, kind of. But somehow he reminds him of his old vessel and smiles.

Kurama: I'll help you out. Your other friend's power, I can sense it not far.

Y/n: Wait, you mean Raiden Mei?

Kurama: A woman, huh? Congrats, you found yourself a good girlfriend!

Y/n: Eh?! She's not my girlfriend, there's no way! No!

Kurama: HAHAHAHA!!! Just joking with you, but anyways, I'll help you out but your plans and moves will be decided on your own, understand? I'll only help out where I can.

Y/n: Yep.

Flashback end

Y/n moves on to follow them secretly as he journeyed to where there's nearby village. A village full of vile corruption and barbaric doings.

Meanwhile somewhere in the same sector, Mei and the boy asked each other questions.

Mei: Who are you, first of all?

Sasuke: Sasuke. Sasuke Uchiha.

Mei: Uchiha? 'Where have I heard that...?'

She somehow felt familiar with that but she can't remember where. Sasuke asks her this time.

Sasuke: And you, what's your name?

Mei: Raiden Mei.

Sasuke: A shogun name, huh? Why are you here?

Mei: I want to help out someone but me and my teacher got separated. And also, I felt like my powers somehow work differently here.

Sasuke: That's because you're in a different environment. Someone has changed the rules of the world. I think it can be either good or bad, but it's balanced. So I'll teach you a little bit as you walk on the path you want to follow to find your friends.

Mei looks at her hand and remembers the powerlessness she has back on Chiba and Nagazora and clenches her right hand and looks at him.

Mei: I'm ready to whatever you throw at me, Mr. Sasuke!

Sasuke smiles but deep down he's sad.

Sasuke: 'She kind of reminds me of myself... I need to teach her and watch her carefully...'
