Last time, to save Mei Raiden from the grasp of Cocolia, Kiana and the others infiltrated the ME Corp Headquarters. Along with some help from Celestial Being's cold princess, IceAge aka Eula. The only thing standing between them and Mei Raiden was Bronya, who was under Cocolia's control.

During the battle, Bronya destroyed the biochip implanted in her brain, freeing herself from Cocolia's control and revealing her entire true name, abandoning her Zaychick legacy and embracing her true destiny. But after the biochip was destroyed, she fell into a coma. Eula uses this to fuel her revenge on settling her score against Cocolia.

But even St. Freya's best doctors couldn't help wake Bronya up. To save Bronya, Theresa headed into St. Freya's underground church, where the most advanced Schicksal biotech is kept, along with its dark secrets of the past.

Theresa is inside the archive, talking to an AI search engine to do her command.

Theresa: Search for data on "biochip brain implant".

SYSTEM: 713 search results were found in the Schicksal Core Database. 712 entries are classified as top secret due to their implications with the "Sirin Project", and cannot be accessed.

Theresa: Ugh, must be Grandpa's doing. Well, what about the only non-classified entry?

SYSTEM: The entry was logged on February 7th, 2000, at the Babylon Labs, Siberia.

This date left her heart in bitterness and grief, her failures started there and even now she's still in shackles and cannot break out of it.

Theresa: February 7th, 2000... Damn it... that cursed day! Database, show me everything about it.

SYSTEM: Yes, Principal Theresa.

She started to disappear and teleported into the virtual world of Siberia in the year 2000 AD. But she didn't know, somebody sneaks into the archive and it was Kiana in her White Comet suit.

Kiana: Huh? The screen is starting to disappear. I must get in now!

So she only did what her curious mind would do; Enter the virtual world where it all started to connect, how her parents and her aunt are attached to her origins, along with some hidden facts about how Celestial Being got involved in the 2nd Eruption, robbed by the driven insane overseer.

SYSTEM: Virtual space construction complete. 

3:00 PM 

February 7th, 2000

Location: Babylon Labs, Siberia.

Kiana: Where... am I? Hello? Anyone?

She landed on a nearby cliff, just quite close to the Babylon Labs where she could see from where she was. She saw herself in the snowy regions of Siberia, Russia. Where the 2nd Honkai Eruption began and ended.

Kiana: Dammit. There's no signal here. What is this place? I was right behind Theresa, but she's gone as well! All I can see is that tower. I guess I'll head over and check it out.

She continues walking through the thick snow of the mountains, hiking down towards a bridge. She can see the bridge looking old or even burnt due to how it was caused by scrapped vehicles on it. But then she remembers her past with Siegfried, her father living in the same tundra regions but different country.

Kiana: Never seen this much snow before. We used to live in a snowy village when Dad was around. I miss the snowfights with Dad. His snowball managed to smash through a massive 7-foot stone block!

Her memories flashed of what looked to be her father raising the sword of Shamash over her with its flames crackling over its hot orange blades, despite his left arm being missing.

Kiana: Hey wait, was he trying to murder me with that? What was he thinking?!

She also remembered her father leaving her behind, with its last message to her.

Kiana: Then that stupid old man just vanished 4 years ago... I tried looking for him in Europe and Asia. Nothing. I wonder what he's up to now. Kinda miss him.

She was saddened to miss her father for so long. Without realizing he's watching over her all the time. Nevertheless, she continued walking through the snowy plains. She can even feel strange due to how she is all alone here in the virtual world.

Kiana: Can't remember how long I've been trudging through this snow. This place looks so desolate. Ugh... Never expected to feel lonely myself. Why do I feel this loneliness? I've been doing well on my own since the old man disappeared.

She's hugging herself from the cold she was feeling from her body.

Kiana: I just want to get back to dinners with Mei and video gaming with Bronya. Even Theresa's crazy hell-on-Earth training was better than this... and Aunt Himeko getting into my bed naked...

(glass break)

Kiana: Wait, wasn't that line supposed to be censored? Grr. Whatever. I just miss everyone.

(A/n: Dang it, not again!!)

She then continues on going towards the tower of Babylon Labs. She can already feel herself getting confused by this. Felt like she was supposed to be getting closer but the world was not letting her do so.

Kiana: That tower is still so far away. Am I lost or something? I hope I won't be trapped here forever. It's so lonely down here. Reminds me of the day when the old man went missing. No one replied. No one waited for me. Now I'm in the snow, all by myself.

She didn't know this, but somebody was waiting for her, waiting over the edge of his trailblazing. He's just watching the world he traveled making new changes by his ancestor. But this is all being covered by the driven vengeance person inside of her.

Kiana: I shouldn't say that! It's all different now. Everyone's waiting for me. Mei, Himeko, Theresa, and even the mighty Bronya! I'll see them again soon!

But then her communications picked up something. But it was not who she was expecting.

Kiana: Eh? The device picked something up.

Theresa: Failed to intercept the target. I'm injured fighting her. Currently immobile. Target is heading to Babylon Labs. All Valkyries, make your way to the target location ASAP!

Kiana: That's Theresa's voice!

VEDA Vault (Ptolemaios II)

While this was happening, Y/n was inside a vault built on this Ptolemaios, making system checks and runs of his suit and other projects. But then he stopped midway when a call was made its way to him.

Y/n: Hello?

Jona: Phoenix here, just giving you a report, Fu Hua just goes into Bronya's room and cures her condition.

Y/n's eyes widened in surprise, he never thought the true phoenix would do something this kind to what she supposed to be enemies of her allies. He was even thinking of curing her condition, but he needed to make sure she's okay by ordering Jona to sneak into her room.

Y/n: Phoenix, go into her room and check on her. Oh, and make sure you have authorization from the medics to not arouse suspicion.

Phoenix: Ok.

Y/n: Stay in touch.

He ended the call as he felt his heart growing cold and filled with fear.

Y/n: I got a bad feeling about this...

Kiana: She shouldn't be that far away! I gotta go and see her!

As she gets to where she was found based on her tracker, she was limping and recuperating from her injuries. In reality, it didn't happen that way a bit.

Theresa: Darn it, I underestimated her power. Never thought that the 2nd Herrscher would grow so strong so fast. I must complete my somatic regen now. *gets up* I must... destroy the 2nd Herrscher before Grandpa dispatches Cecilia.

Kiana: Aunt Theresa, who did this to you?

Theresa turns around with her spear ready from her Oath of Judah, pointing it at Kiana.

Theresa: Huh? Who are you?

Kiana: You were hurt in the head too? We've only been apart for minutes... I'm your niece, Kiana.

Theresa: Kiana... Kiana Kaslana? Humph! Darn you, 2nd Herrscher, for using an illusion to confuse me! Am I really that gullible? Kiana is only one year old! Die, illusion!

Kiana pulled out her gun and used her fighting style to block and parry all of her attacks while giving counterattacks towards her. Theresa suddenly finds her combat style familiar and stops to ask her.

Theresa: Wait! Were you using the gun kata skills of House Kaslana?

Kiana: Yeah.

Theresa: Who taught you that?

Kiana: My Dad, of course.

Theresa: Your Dad?

Kiana: Siegfried! Siegfried Kaslana!

Theresa doubts this and starts thinking to herself about how is this happening.

Theresa: That's odd. She said she was Kiana, but Kiana just celebrated her 1st birthday.

Kiana: 1st birthday? 'Oh right. The system time read February 7, 2000, when I came in. Maybe she's Theresa from the year 2000. No wonder she didn't recognize me.'

But a dumb idea came into Theresa's mind despite having a body of 12 years old and a mind of 40 years old.

Theresa: I know what I have to do. You must be Siegfried's ill-begotten bastard daughter!

Kiana: Huh?!

Infirmary

Jona visited Bronya's room, she was sleeping quietly with her heart rate and pulse stable, and an IV bag was attached to her wrist. He checks around and decides to hack into their system secretly with a tap of his watch device, making every camera place a loop record of Bronya sleeping and on the bed. Jona knows they're not stupid in figuring out this was a loop, he made this video with no date, time, or any indications that this is a loop recording.

Jona: Now, let's see what she had done to you...

Jona uses his newfound powers from ELS to dive into her mindscape. He gets through multiple memories of her past, her origins, and all of it till the present.

He saw flashes of memories meeting some toys of HOMU throughout with Fu Hua watching over. He knows this girl is not meant to be messed with considering she's from the Previous Era because Y/n taught them.

He tells them how Setsuna accidentally got stuck in the Previous Era until the apocalypse happened. He won't take long knowing she might've left her essence in Bronya's mind.

Jona: I've heard from Y/n that she was beyond repair to the medics and surgeons in St. Freya because of what she did to her memory chip and her power to fight. As a result, her mech cannot be summoned anymore because it was damaged permanently beyond repair.

Then on the first memory he stumbled, he saw Mei and Fu Hua beside Bronya's bed. He noticed Kiana's missing but he put it aside for later as he continued to observe.

Mei: You have got to be kidding me. Where did Kiana go?

Fu Hua: It's going to be ok, Bronya's condition is finally stable. Go ahead and take a break for now, Mei. I'll wait for the principal to come back.

Mei: But...

Fu Hua: Don't worry, I'll take care of everything here.

Mei: *sigh* Okay, fine then.

Mei leaves as he watches it and observes Fu Hua who is looking directly at Bronya.

Fu Hua: I can't believe her injuries are this serious, it might take a while for the principal to come back with a solution.

Fu Hua: I don't have any other choices here. But it's at least worth a try.

He saw Fu Hua using her phoenix stigmata to dive into Bronya's memory. There he saw Bronya, confined and imprisoned in a cage.

Jona: Judging from the jail look, it would seem this is Bronya's deep isolated mind. Wonder if I'll ever be able to reach it like Y/n or Fu Hua does.

Fu Hua: Wake up. Bronya, you have to wake up right now!

Bronya: Huh...? Who are you? Is this a prison?

Fu Hua: Yes it is.

He then saw Fu Hua's clothing change and she only left Bronya with one reminder.

Fu Hua: Remember, you must escape from this place!

He was then pulled into flashes of different struggles she had to go through, and ended up to another memory. But he was really dumbfounded when he saw what was in front of him when he arrived.

Jona: A HOMU? What's it doing here?

HOMU: The Golem... it has been awakened. But why would it attack its master-homu?

Jona: *0_0* That's how he talks?!

Fu Hua: It sure seems that girl is the warrior... or the archer foretold. The reason why it went on a rampage, I'd say is because the Golems slept for too long. After the awakening, its power becomes uncontrollable.

HOMU: Darn, will it always be like this-homu?

Fu Hua: It will stop once its power has been exhausted.

Bronya: HOMU, please be careful, I can't control it.

HOMU: Don't worry, I'll make it calm down soon-homu.

From his perspective, he can hear the sound of ELS inside the machine meaning it's trying to assimilate it and do its job.

Jona: It's trying to communicate with Bronya but has difficulty using her Project Bunny as a medium since it was put into her body years ago when she was an orphan.

He was then pulled into another memory and this time, Bronya's facing her mirror self, the Silver Wolf assassin that she was once. She was strangling another HOMU but with a pink color.

Bronya(Mirror): Admit defeat? You're joking right?! Stay back, one more step and she's out, permanently!

HOMU: Is that HOMEI?

Bronya: Ah, so this cute one is HOMEI, such a delicate neck, I'm sure it'd snap instantly- GAAH!!!

But all of a sudden her arm was bitten which made her let go of HOMEI, and suddenly Bronya gets behind her and aims her cannon behind her back.

Bronya: Die, you Witch!

She fires it and suddenly, the mirror becomes ice and slowly cracks as it says its dying words to herself.

Bronya(Alone): Is this... The world where cold can't be felt anymore? Hmph, you pathetic warrior. You must now bear this loneliness that was meant for you all along...

When she shatters, its shards become sliver liquid and are transferred into her body. Bronya suddenly felt something she would never thought was possible. A tear suddenly flowed down her right cheek as she looked at where her lone self was once standing.

Bronya: What's going on? Why do I feel... cold?

Jona: So this is when she's starting to feel emotions after a very long harsh journey from orphan to a Valkyrie.

The surroundings began to change to another memory. He then notices her mech's arms are different and where the cannon would be has changed and it was holding a sniper rifle. A GN Bazooka, pointing at another one of her mirror self.

Bronya(Denial): How, HOW?! My shield...!

Bronya: A shield is a symbol of indifference and denial. But this indifference comes from eagerness and denial comes from fear. Wouldn't you agree?

Bronya(Denial): No... I...!

Bronya: It's ok, I accept you, I allow you to become a part of me once more.

Bronya(Denial): I don't need anyone to accept me!

Bronya: You pitiful creature... Goodbye.

She then fires it and it turns into shards of metal red colors and then absorbs into her body.

Fu Hua: She was doing well, considering what she's been going through. But I can't help this feeling of being watched...

He hears her thoughts and wonders if he is the one being talked about or is the ELS. Regardless, he then goes to the final memory of Bronya Zaychik.

She's facing the final reflection of herself, it represents the curse she was holding on to before she became an emotionless human. Something that the previous mother would do to her.

Bronya(Revenge): I curse you, I curse your entire life to become a weapon of war, to sink in the horror of war for eternity!

Bronya: I... No, we accept your curse and also, I will deny that, for the rest of my life. Because there's more than just the horrors of war I'm fighting for.

Bronya(Revenge): And what was that...?!

Bronya: To honor my parents' legacy, redeem myself for what I've done, and protect my friends against tyranny.

Bronya(Revenge): Hehehe.... HAHAHAHAHA! Those Celestial Beings made you turn into this, huh? Very well, then, but be warned... Don't trust the Bishop Overseer.

She then turns into liquid of ELS as Bronya absorbs it and her Project Bunny has become something better than normal. Her Project Bunny becomes something that Jona never thought he would see personally besides rumors, a full Gundam Battlesuit. Since he knows the Gundams of Celestial Being, he recognizes what Gundam Bronya has become.

Jona: Virtue... Her mood changed into something more promising too. Despite her tone here being emotionless, she's starting to develop her emotions now.

Fu Hua: So? Are you able to remember your name now?

Bronya: *nods* Not only do I remember who I am, but I've also found out your true identity.*smirks* Class Monitor, or rather, Jingwei, entering other people's dreams is not something you should ever be proud of.

Fu Hua: It's fine, you won't remember any of this once you wake up anyway. The only thing that matters is the choices you have made.

Bronya: "The choices I have made..." We'll see. Because I've made my choice... But have you, Fu Hua?

As the healing process is over and the time for Fu Hua's powers to be expired. She then pulls out from her memory and looks at Bronya who has now a silver tattoo around her eyes as she just says to herself the results.

Fu Hua: This will do for now... But to become a Gundam of Celestial Being...

But she was interrupted by a call and soon straightened herself out who was the caller.

Fu Hua: Oh? At this time. *answers* What are your orders, Bishop?

Then the memory ends and calms down as he looks at Bronya and thinks about what happened.

Jona: 'Her recovery is now up in speed, but also received his power. She'll make a great marksman for the team. But Fu Hua... She's starting to make their moves.'

(Virtual)Siberia

Theresa and Kiana are now running towards where they should be next. But Kiana's interactions have impacted the virtual simulation, so she decided to ask Theresa a favor.

Kiana: Oh yeah, Theresa, I've got another favor to ask. Don't let Siegfried know that I'm his... *ahem* daughter.

Theresa: Oh? Why?

Kiana: Hmm... we're at a crucial moment of the mission... it might get him in trouble with Mum... I mean, Cecilia. *sigh* I'll just handle family affairs after this mission. Please!

Theresa: *sigh* That's very considerate. You're my niece.

When they arrived, they saw the exhausted Siegfried sitting beside a communications hub.

Siegfried: Hey! Theresa, you're finally here. I heard you ran into the 2nd Herrscher, and I was worried for a bit!

Theresa: Well, that's very sweet of you, pervert.

He then saw Kiana beside her and asked her out for... a drink.

Siegfried: Alright, alright. So, who is this beautiful young lady by your side, if I may ask? Young lady, if you'd allow me, I would love to buy you a drink.

Theresa: Siegfried, stop wasting our time. Now tell me, what the heck is going on?

Siegfried: Well, there's bad news, and then there's very bad news.

Theresa: *sigh* Of course there will be but go on.

Siegfried: The bad news is that a Valkyrie squad is out there searching for the 2nd Herrscher, but there's been nothing from them yet. The very bad news is that thanks to the lack of progress, Overseer Otto has dispatched Cecilia.

Theresa: What?! But Cecilia is in no condition to fight right now!

Siegfried: She'll be here in 30 minutes. We must find and eliminate the 2nd Herrscher before that.

But then their communication hub booted up and made contact with an operator in HQ.

Siegfried: Haha, it looks like the gods haven't abandoned us just yet.

Operator: Reporting in. We have heard from Valkyries in Zone 0-23 and Zone O-17. They found traces of the 2nd Herrscher in both areas.

Theresa: Darn it, at least one of them is a distraction for sure.

Siegfried: We don't have any other choice. I'll go to Zone O-23, and you head to Zone 0-17. Whoever finds the 2nd Herrscher gets to take her down.

Theresa: Kiana, you stay. It's safer here.

Siegfried's brow raised when he heard her name.

Siegfried: Ah? Kiana?

Kiana: Yes, Kiana. Sorry, I just happen to have the same name as your daughter. But I will not stand idle. I want to fight as well!

Theresa: But...!

Kiana: You just saw me fight. You know I won't slow you down.

Siegfried: *sigh* I'm okay with this. I can tell from her eyes that she's a great warrior. Theresa, just bring her along.

Theresa pauses for a moment but divides to let it on.

Theresa: Fine.

But before they can move out, Kiana says something to Siegfried.

Kiana: Oh yeah, there's something else.

Kiana gets close and suddenly slaps him on the face, much to his shock.

Siegfried: Ouch!

Kiana: Humph, once I knock down the 2nd Herrscher, there's more for you where that came from! Just wait for it, old- I mean, Siegfried, Siegfried Kaslana!

Kiana: *mumbling* So we've gotta take down the 2nd Herrscher real quick, or else...

Theresa: Kiana, what're you mumbling about?

Kiana: I'm worried about Cecilia. She's unwell... but they might force her to fight...

Theresa: Still worried about Cecilia? Don't worry. Siegfried and I will do our best. He's a sorry excuse for a human being, but he's pretty in love with Cecilia.

Theresa: Kiana, do you know why he wants you to team up with me?

Kiana: Why?

Theresa: He's going to use the Judgment of Shamash once the 2nd Herrscher appears.

She has heard and seen a teaser of the Divine Key before due to her hard training months ago. So she was shocked, to say the least.

Kiana: The Judgment of Shamash?!

Theresa: The Judgment will devour everything in a sea of fire, including the users themselves. He doesn't want you to see that.

Kiana: Stupid old man...

Then they get a call from Siegfried telling them he received the location of Sirin, 2nd Herrscher.

Siegfried: Theresa, the Comms Officer just told me that the 2nd Herrscher is heading our way! Hah. I think luck is on our side!

Theresa: Siegfried, don't do anything stupid! We're about 10 minutes away from you.

Siegfried: 10 minutes? By the way, Theresa... how long did it take for the 2nd Herrscher to defeat you?

Theresa pauses knowing she was easily beaten back then and she tells the subtle truth.

Theresa: ...4 minutes and 50 seconds.

Siegfried: That sounds like bad news to me. I can see her now. I guess I'll have to be 2 times better than you to keep her here for 10 minutes.

Theresa: If you can avoid fighting her head-on-

Siegfried: Forget it. I like to go face-to-face. I'll see if I can take down the 2nd Herrscher here.

Theresa: Hey! I knew you were planning to take her down with the Judgment of Shamash! Stop, Siegfried!

Siegfried: Of course. Take care, Theresa. Try to take care of Cecilia and Kiana for me. *ends call*

Theresa: Wait! Stop, Siegfried! *tsk* Siegfried! Don't do anything crazy! Kiana, we must hurry up!

Kiana: Theresa, why are you so worked up about the Judgment of Shamash?

Theresa explains to her while they're running towards where Siegfried is last located.

Theresa: The Judgment of Shamash is the heirloom of House Kaslana and one of the most destructive sacred relics of Schicksal. The Honkai seals of the pistols can be unlocked to create a fiery greatsword that incinerates any foe.

Kiana: Wow. Never knew the old to be packed with so much firepower...

But her head suddenly jolted as she remembered the fragments of her past, her father limpingly walked towards her stabbing the sword on the ground, and embraced her before he left.

Kiana: 'A fiery greatsword... wait, I think I've seen it before, right before Dad disappeared!'

Theresa: What's wrong, Kiana?

Kiana: ...I can't remember. I just had a headache.

Theresa: The power of the fiery greatsword would incinerate the sword itself as well. Before Siegfried, three Kaslanas gave up their lives by using the Judgment of Shamash.

Kiana: What?! No way! I can't let the stupid old man die here!

While the story of the sword is true, the true secrets of the sword's true form were never reached by any other Kaslanas. Other than the forefather itself, it's another day to tell the secrets of Schicksal.

Meanwhile, Siegfried faces off against the 2nd Herrscher, having to resort to using the great sword Judgement of Shamash. He has a cut on his forehead as blood flows down from it and he was coughing blood from the blows he received from the arrogant Herrscher.

Siegfried: Haah... Haah... How is Theresa still not here yet? It must be because of her short, little legs, huh?

Sirin: Haha, human, you were able to fight with me for this long. You seem to be even stronger than that maiden.

Siegfried: Hmph, thanks for the compliment. But from the moment the fight began, I knew that even with Theresa's help, we wouldn't be able to defeat you.

Sirin: Humble you are, human. If you want to beg for mercy, I'll consider pathetically letting you go.

Siegfried: I appreciate the thought, pretty lady. But, I've already made my choice.

The sword starts to increase its temperature as he slowly stands up.

Siegfried: To protect the ones I love, I am willing to sacrifice everything, even my life!

The fire starts to melt the snow he's standing on and the trees are covered in snow as the heat rises and Sirin is feeling its killing power. He raises his sword over his head and aims it at her.

Sirin: Why?! Why does your sword have so much power?!

Siegfried: Figure it out yourself, in hell! Unleash! Judgment of Shamash!

When the girls got there, they were too late as it only left a big flaming crater.

Kiana: That flaming crater... what made it?

Theresa: The Judgment of Shamash did. Dammit! He did it!

Kiana: You told me that Dad would die if he used the Judgment of Shamash!

Operator: Be careful, Master Theresa! We're picking up powerful Honkai energy readings around you.

Kiana: Wait! There's an Honkai beast in the crater! That beast survived the fire!

Theresa: Is that one of the 2nd Herrscher's lackeys? Grr. It's not going to stop us!

As the operator says a beast that was regenerating rapidly suddenly saw them and ran away to escape.

Kiana: That beast got away!

Theresa: No time for that. We must stop the 2nd Herrscher from getting to the Tower. We can't let Siegfried die in vain. That guy may be a disgusting, womanizing, evil scumbag, but he doesn't deserve to die here. Dammit!

As they tailed the Honkai beast, they found themselves at the front of the Babylon Labs.

Theresa: Those are the Babylon Labs. No sign of the 2nd Herrscher. Could she be in the Tower already?

Kiana: Theresa! Watch out! It's that Honkai beast again!

The beast suddenly turned its face on them as it roared, a sign of fighting them both.

Theresa: *wields her Oath of Judah* Dammit! This guy just won't die. It's trying to buy the 2nd Herrscher sometime. Let's take it out together, Kiana!

As they start fighting it, they only manage to dent its armor but not exposing its weakness which is covered by multilayered armor. But as it started to roar, a big lance just stabbed its body from above, killing it in the process.

Kiana: That's... impressive. Only one hit and the Honkai beast went down! What did that?

Theresa: That's Abyss Flower, the Divine Key that can dematerialize anything. That means...!

As she said it, Cecilia Schariac arrived, dropping down and picking up her lance as she greeted them happily.

Cecilia: Good work, Theresa. Oh, and sorry for stealing your prey.

Theresa: Heh, that's the Cecilia I remember. The strongest Schicksal Valkyrie ever.

Cecilia: *giggles* Drop it, Theresa... you know I can't handle compliments.

She then saw Kiana beside her and greeted her future daughter.
