Maclain's POV
"Wait, how the hell did you get those pictures?" I growled at Toby.

"Another photographer was there and selled these to me. This is a huge story that could help bring you to fame." he said and I crossed my arms.

"Keyword, could and two I told you I don't want my stripper life in your story." I said but he ignored me.

"Maclain, either your dream will happen or it'll die which depends on the sacrifices you make and how hard you try." he said and I sighed softly turning back to the lyrics I was writing for a new song.

I put my earbuds on and turned on a song so maybe I could think about my own lyrics. Get ideas you know.

All of what happened two days ago flooded my mind. I guess it helped Toby since he wanted to know my point of view and every detail I knew. Well....he wasn't gonna get every fucking detail.

Calvin's POV
I yawned as I woke up. The sun shined in through the curtains. I grumbled sitting up. Alone, again in this huge house.

Your parents tell you to worry about your education, to get a job and succeed. Don't worry about girls or guys.

I pushed the covers off me and stretched.

They tell you if you have the money yeah you might be alone but you won't be broke and struggle as much. They don't realize that maybe....your broke in another way.

I walked in the bathroom feeling cold on my feet.

You have no friends to laugh with. Your rich and live in the biggest place but you only see your own face. No smiles or laughs.

I brushed my teeth not looking at the mirror.

But they say it's worth it. Is their a middle? Where you can have what you need and not be...alone?

I spit in the sink then washed my mouth out and looked up slowly. I grimaced at my reflection.

I smirked at the mirror then glanced away from it quickly before heading out the bathroom and looked for my suit to wear.

"I-I didn't do it, I swear!" I yelled dropping the knife.

I hummed as I pulled my pants up then zipped them up.

"It's a kid." one of the officer's said lowing the gun.

"Kid or not he killed!" the other one said pointing the gun at me.

"I didn't do it.." I whimpered glancing at my big brother on the floor.

I put on a button up and then put the rest of my suit on.

"Liam Smith is innocent."

I glared at the officers. 2 years of this.

I fixed my tie humming and glanced at my phone.

My phone binged and I glanced at it sighing. I picked it up.

Hey Mr. RichAss are you busy?

I smirked and rolled my eyes before replying.

It's mighty early Maclain, this is the first time you text me. I sent and got a reply instantly.

Its nine in the morning, and I want to see Zachary.

I grumbled at his message and turned off my phone. What does him seeing that guy have anything with him texting me? I heard my phone bing again. I ignored it and slipped it into my pocket before heading out my room down the stairs. It binged again as I made myself coffee. My eye twitched in annoyance when my phone started binging repeatedly. I groaned loudly pulling my phone out.

I stared down at the last message. A smile tugged at my lips. He tries to act so tough. Is hook my head and replied.

I went outside and headed to my car. Well, one of them. The one I always drive. I got into my car and put my seatbelt in then my phone binged. I checked it.

Maclain's POV
I huffed glaring down at my phone.

"I'm gonna come bacl tomorrow." Toby said and I turned to look at him nodding.

He opened the door then his eyes widen and so did mine.

"Who's this?" Calvin asked glaring and Toby gulped.

"Leave the boy alone." I said walking over with my arms crossed.

"Yeah, leave me alone." Tpby said trying to glare then slipped past Calvin running.

I shook my head and Calvin was staring at me. I stared back and slanted my eyes.

"Do you have a staring problem?" I ask and he rolled his eyes.

"Are we going to see this guy or not? I have other things to do." he said crossing his arms and I glared.

"If Zachary dies that could be bad for the place I work at. I already can't work there for the mean time since the police are investigating." I said.

"Not my problem." he said shrugging.

"Yeah it is, you knew about the whole thing and could of warned me way earlier I'm sure." I said and stood up tall.

"My concern was your safety and I wasn't sure about it as early as you think. And I think you wanting to check on Zachary has nothing to fo with this situation." he said and I looked down.

"Look, I just want to know if he's okay. Why do you care if I do or don't have feelings for him anyway?" I asked glaring up at him and he smirked.

"Are you that blind?" he asked.

"Apparently." I said putting my hands on my hips.

Don't let him in Maclain. You already let him kiss you. Don't let him-

"That's nice." I said.

Perfect, don't show him any emotion. Fuck my heart is beating fast though can he hear it? Swallow it down.

"That's...nice, is all you can say?" he asked raising a eyebrow.

"I like you too, better? But we're not gonna start dating. One, I barely know you and two, I don't trust you." I said slanting my eyes and he smirked.

"Whatever Maclain, let's go to the hospital." he said turning his back towards me and I followed him out the door.

XD it has been a while my honey bees. You see when I'm done with this book and Hot N' Cold which is the second book to Coffee Stains I'm gonna try to take a break. By try I mean I'll probably fail and come out with another book I'll have to finish haha. But thank you for all your support.
