Anika's heart was screaming at her to stop from hurting her love... but she knew that she had to do it so that her love does not shatter with pain. Shivaay's painful gaze made her breaths go shallow... but she took a long breath and degraded his love. She hurt him in the worst way possible thereby inflicting pain on herself. She said all those words that wrenched him and proved that his long forgotten beliefs were right. And the nail in the coffin was her blame of Om being illegitimate. Omru and Jhanvi fisted their hands in pain and fury and helplessness. They were rendered helpless because of a swear... and that bound them.

Shivaay was breaking with Anika's words and that rose his infamous anger. He was becoming SSO again. And as his string of patience broke, he roared in pain and anger. His bloodshot eyes told his wrath and also the pain of betrayal. He signed the divorce papers and threw them on her face and dragged her out.

Anika locked her gaze on his face carving it in her heart. She had destroyed everything to save him from destruction. Shivaay blinded by his anger was oblivious to the truth in her eyes that was the opposite of the lies uttered by her mouth.

The trio who knew the truth looked at Pinky who was smirking and felt disgust course through their veins. Omru rushed in unable to see the pain of two people they loved and admired. Jhanvi was raged and abruptly left the place after glaring at Pinky. Shakti and Tej left with a lot of questions... while the former was confused over Anika's change, the latter was confused over Anika's unconditional love. Pinky was the only happy soul as Dadi was still denying Anika's behaviour as a lie.

Finally Anika was thrown out by her love.. .the man she trusted the most; the man because of whom she had started to believe in God; the man who became her beacon of hope in the darkness that had engulfed her. She felt pained seeing his pain... the darkness that she was stepping into did not scare her as she was more scared with her light losing his shine. As she dashed with the statue outside, she looked back at her love for one last time and saw him closing the doors with faltering steps... and he left...

But did he really... he was breaking when he dragged her out. He could feel her hand going cold and stiff with every step towards the door. When he threw her out, he felt an ache and he looked at her. And that was when he saw the pain in her eyes. He was confused... and his confusion deepened with the helplessness and guilt he saw in those eyes that had captivated him. The emotions in her eyes made him falter as he closed the doors on her face with a heavy heart.

Shivaay dragged himself to his room as he was exhausted with the happenings. He was angry but also felt something else. Her eyes... .they were torturing him and as a result he started breaking the things in his room. As he was breaking down, he heard a soft voice from his room's entrance. He looked up to see his Badi maa and he immediately turned to the other side and wiped his tears.

Shivaay: Badi maa, stay there. The room is messed up. .you may get hurt.

But Jhanvi entered and stood beside Shivaay and cupped his face.

Jhanvi : What about the pain you are enduring?

Shivaay: I am fine, Badi maa. I am sorry that Om had to go through this... I trusted her... but... she...

Jhanvi : Then why don't you show your trust now? Where had it gone?

Shivaay was stunned and looked at Jhanvi in shock.

Shivaay: Badi maa, she insulted my family. She hurt my Om.

Jhanvi: Isn't she family? And if it is so, she had better and multiple opportunities to insult us. But she didn't. Shivaay... I am not able to see you so broken... nor could I see her suffering. Didn't you feel atleast for a moment that Anika can never do such a thing as hurting you badly?

Shivaay was feeling weak. Sensing his turmoil, Jhanvi made him sit on the couch and gave him some water.

Jhanvi: I can't say the entire truth as I am bound to be silent. But you can search for the truth. Shivaay, just answer my one question.

Shivaay looked at her while Jhanvi held his left hand and kept it near his heart.

Jhanvi: Think from your heart and answer me. Is the Anika you had seen all these days or the Anika you saw today real? The Anika we had known from the beginning was brave and happy. She never bowed in front of you. Your money or status never mattered to her. She stood with us only when we loved her.. When you loved her. She treated Om and Rudy as her brothers. The three shared... share a beautiful bond. You know it and had seen it.

With Jhanvi's words, Shivaay thought of the Anika he had saw and fell in love with. Though he had never confessed his love, he never denied it to himself. Anika was more than a sister or Bhabhi to her brothers. He knew it. But...

Jhanvi: And the Anika we saw today... do you think that one could change in a day? Or in three days?

Shivaay snapped to Jhanvi hearing her question. But Jhanvi was looking straight with tears in her eyes.

Jhanvi : Were her eyes showing anger or pain, Shivaay? You always used to understand her through her eyes. Didn't you notice her pain and helplessness in her eyes? She is not at fault. She was forced to do so... your...

Jhanvi stopped abruptly and looked down at Shivaay who was staring at her in shock. She knew she had divulged about Anika more than necessary.

Shivaay: Badi maa, what do you mean she was forced? Who did this? And yes... I saw her pain... I saw her helplessness. But please say the truth.

Jhanvi : I can't ,Shivaay.

Shivaay(in a low voice) : Why?

Jhanvi: I am bound by her swear, Shivaay.

Shivaay felt his heart stop for a moment. His Badi maa was bound by a swear and Anika... he was in a state of shock. Jhanvi felt bad seeing him breaking but she knew this is necessary. She stood up so that Shivaay gets some time to digest her words. As she was at the door, she stopped.

Jhanvi: Go through the CCTV footage, Shivaay. And don't be late.

Jhanvi left immediately and Shivaay was pushed into deep thoughts. He took his phone and called Khanna, asking him to get the footages. Soon Khanna came and Shivaay dismissed him.

Shivaay: Anika had been behaving weird since few days. And Badi maa... she said three days. That means something had happened three days ago. She was fine till night. So something had happened that night.

He checked the footage of that night.. And saw his mother and Anika talking. He went through that video. With each word spoken by Pinky, he was shattering. Anika's pain killed him. Anika's acceptance to leave him for his welfare made him go numb. He then saw her falling on her knees and muffling her loud cries. Shivaay was crying seeing her going through so much pain for him.

He then recalled the accusations Anika had put on Pinky. He went back through the footages and saw Pinky paying money to Nayantara and accepting her role in the fake DNA test.

He then saw Pinky helping Prinku to run away. He was raged and called Prinku. Prinku on the other side was happy seeing her brother calling her after a long time.

Prinku: Bhaiyya, how are you? I am so happy...

Shivaay: Who helped you on that day, Priyanka?

Hearing his cold voice and his addressing her as Priyanka, she knew that her brother had come to know the truth.

Prinku: Choti maa...

Shivaay threw his phone while Prinku burst into tears on the other side.

Shivaay: Why do you have to love me to this extent, Anika? I am not worthy of your love. You left me so that my pride does not shatter. But you had become my pride now. And maa... no...

With this, he took the tab and stormed out of his room. He reached the hall and saw his Dadi still crying with Gauri and Bhavya consoling her. The trio see Shivaay and the anger in his eyes scared them. Before they could ask him, he roared that made everyone rush out of their rooms.

Shivaay: MRS. PINKY SINGH OBEROI...

The entire family is standing in shock. While the most shocked is Pinky. She was pained hearing her son addressing her with her name. Jhanvi could see that the truth is out now and signed Omru. They too realised it and stood by Shivaay and held his shoulders. Shivaay looked at them and knew that they were also aware of the truth.

Pinky: Shivaay, I am your maa. Why are you calling me by my name?

Shivaay: Why did Anika act this way today?

Pinky : Shivaay, that is her real face. She is gold digger...

Shivaay : Who is Mahi?

Pinky: How do I know about the duplicate?

Pinky was by now sweating but she was confident that her plan was perfect.

Shivaay(with tears) : You know him as he is my twin brother. Hai na, Mrs Oberoi?

This came as a huge blast to Shakti and Dadi while Pinky stood speechless.

Shakti: Are you in your senses, Shivaay? You are our only son. Where does a twin come here?

Shivaay: Don't you know, papa? He is my twin and as said by your wife, both of us are not her children but the illegitimate children of you and your mistress Kaamini.

Omru tightened their hold on Shivaay's arms. Shakti was stunned while Pinky was numb with fear.

Dadi: This is rubbish, Billu. You are Shivaay Singh Oberoi. Who fed you with these lies?

Shivaay just played the video on his tab and everyone saw the cruel side of Pinky. Shakti was raging with anger while Dadi stumbled and was held by Bhavya and Gauri. Shakti gave a tight slap to Pinky shocking everyone.

Shakti : Why the hell did you say such a lie? Can't you see how your lie had broke our son? Can't you see that your lie had almost killed an innocent girl? Just because of your insecurities you degraded the pious relation between a mother and a son.

Pinky(in rage) : Yes, I lied. She was making my son away from me. And what was she? A mere middle class girl without naam, khoon and khandhan That's why I began my plan. I told Mr. Bajaj that Anika is just a worker and stopped him from helping Shivaay further in her case. I even brought that Nayantara to throw her out. But Shivaay... my Shivaay who valued NKK the most forgot them for her. I even made Kaamini come in our lives. We kidnapped Shivaay and brought that Mahi here. But again that manhoos spoiled my plan. So I made Prinku run away with Ranveer and even made them lie. But still he never left her. Finally... I did it. I made that manhoos leave my son's life by one lie. I know she loves Shivaay. But she is just a bad omen. It's because of her that my son was almost at the verge of dying. He lost his pride on NKK because of that girl.

Everyone looked at Pinky with disgust while Shivaay broke down completely. Tears started flowing from his eyes and his heart longed for his Anika.

Pinky: Shivaay, I did this for you. You know, right? You are my everything. She is not the girl for you. She is just a gold digger and characterless lady. She is a...

Shivaay: My life... you killed me by snatching her... no.. Making me throw her out of my life by my hands. I made her weak and broken. Yeah... you are not at fault. I blindly trusted my mother but if I had trusted her atleast for once...

Pinky: Shivaay...

Shivaay: I was at the verge of dying (laughs sarcastically). If not for her, your son would have suffered because of the Kapoors. If not for her, the bullet fired by your accomplice would have killed me. She stood before me everytime. Like a shield. A great wall to The great wall of Shivaay Singh Oberoi. My Badi maa and brothers were able to recognise her pain... and I failed to understand her. It's my fault. Thank you, Mrs Oberoi for showing my mistakes. She came into my life because of me. I forced her to marry me.. Almost lost her because of Daksh... taunted her, insulted her, made her life hell. Still she forgave me. She saved my life putting herself at risk. And you say that she is bad omen.

Pinky was raging hearing her son singing praises for the woman whom she loathed.

Pinky: Enough, Shivaay. For that road trash, you are taunting your mother?

Shivaay: And to get her out of my life, you made me a road trash. What did you say? That Anika had made me away from you. Anika... she always adored your love for me. But that's not love. It's your obsession for this title... mother of Shivaay Singh Oberoi, the heir of Oberoi empire. The best business man. You loved Shivaay Singh Oberoi. Do you know who she loved? She loved Shivaay... just Shivaay. And because of you I mistook her. She acted quite well to save me. Me? I bought her act. Om, my brother took an insult on him. My Bade papa and Badi maa stood silent. Who should I blame now?

Jhanvi came forward and held Shivaay.

Jhanvi: Shivaay, don't waste time with Pinky. Go for your Anika. She would be so broken. She needs you and you need her too.

Rudy: Yeah, Bhaiyya. Bhabhi need you. We had seen her helplessness to hurt you, Bhaiyya. If she hadn't made us swear on her, we would have definitely told you about this.

Shakti : Shivaay, you need not worry about this woman.

Dadi: Get my Anika here. And yes, Pinky will be thrown out. Tej, call the lawyer.

Tej nodded while Pinky's screams were shut by another slap from Shakti. Omru signed Shivaay and dragged him outside. They had to get back the soul of Shivaay. Shivaay followed them wordlessly. Jhanvi watched them leaving with a sigh of relief and happiness. Dadi was distressed but happy for her Billu and Anika. Gauri and Bhavya were eagerly awaiting the arrival of their sister. Even Tej felt happy but as usual concealed it and called the lawyer.

On the other side, Om drives the car to Anika's house. The ride was silent.

Shivaay: How did you find out?

Om : We had our doubt and confronted her. She refused to accept the truth.

Ru: Then I made her swear on me... and she cried out the truth.

Shivaay: I was so blind to her misery.

Om: No, Shivaay. She blinded you by her love.

Shivaay: And my love for her was not great like that of hers.

Ru: No, Bhaiyya. You also love her. Maybe more than her. That's why you accepted that it was your fault despite Mrs Oberoi being at fault. If you don't love her as much as she does, then you wouldn't be so broken nor would have the guts to accept your mistake in judging Bhabhi.

Om stopped the car abruptly and turned to Rudy with a shocked expression. Shivaay just stared at the mirror with an amused face.

Om: Rudy, is that really you?

Ru: What, O?

Shivaay: You being so mature.

Ru: Bhabhi leaving is so painful, Bhaiyya.

This is one truth that the three brothers could never deny. For Om, she was his best friend and confidante. For Rudy, she was his sister, partner in crime and mother who pampers him more than Shivaay. And... for Shivaay... she was and is his everything. The few hours without her damaged his soul and that pain was too much for him to bear. The journey began again and soon they reached their destination. They got out of the car and knocked the door. Chanda opened the door and was shocked to see Shivaay, Om and Rudra.

Shivaay: I need to talk to her Chanda.

Chanda: Jiju, it's been two hours since she locked herself in the room. She is not coming out. Only her cries are heard.

Shivaay silently moved towards the door of the room and heard her loud cries. It stabbed his heart and he cried silently with her. Omru were feeling terrible for their Bhai and Bhabhi.

Shivaay(slowly): Anika.

The cries on the other side stopped abruptly.

Anika on the other side who was crying as if her life has lost its meaning felt a warm feeling. As she was thinking, she heard the voice that she was yearning to hear again. Her cries stopped and her heart bet rapidly. She was sure that it was a hallucination but the feeling of warmth told something else. And she heard it again.

Shivaay : Anika, open the door. Please.

With this Anika scrambled away from the corner and opened the door to see her love standing. And it pained her to see him so vulnerable. She looked at Omru and feared the worst. And this was so overwhelming that she started sweating and felt suffocated.

Shivaay who was keenly seeing her since she opened the door knew she was going into a panic mode. He immediately took her in a hug.

Shivaay : I'm fine, Anika. I am fine now with you beside me. She lied Anika. I am her son and now am ashamed of it. She lied to separate us.

As these words reached her mind, she became still and the pain overtook again. She burst out into huge sobs and hugged Shivaay tightly. The other three left the place with a small smile playing on their lips.

Anika: Shivaay, I am sorry. I didn't mean to hurt you. I was scared. I know NKK matters to you. I couldn't make your pride fall. I didn't knew that she lied to me.

Shivaay pulled out of the hug and held her face and kissed on her forehead.

Shivaay: You need not be sorry, Anika. You really not at fault. I had been a fool to believe her and your fake act over my love.

Anika looked at him with shock. Shivaay chuckled and that brought a tinge of red on her cheeks.

Shivaay: I know that am late. Not until you were gone had I realised this. But now I don't want to delay anymore. I love you, Anika.

Anika looked at Shivaay and smiled brightly. She has got her light back. She has got her life back. In a trance, she confessed her love.

Anika: I love you too, Shivaay.

Shivaaay: Then promise me today Anika. That no matter what you would never leave me.

Anika: I promise you, Shivaay. I will never leave you till my last breath.

Shivaay : Till our last breath.

Shivaay and Anika joined their foreheads and enjoyed that moment. A happy realisation of their love. Though this short separation was painful, they confessed their love. The result of this pain was sweet. Soon they were engulfed in a tight hug by Omru.

Om: Dadi called us home.

Shivaay: But Om...

Om: She has been thrown out, Shivaay.

Anika : Who?

Shivaay: Mrs. Pinky Singh Oberoi.

Anika(shocked): Shivaay!!!

Shivaay: Anika, none of us are feeling bad. Even after seeing my pain, she did not care about me. And please for once, I want to be selfish.

Ru: Bhabhi, also it is necessary that your baby have a peaceful environment with positive vibes. And Mrs Oberoi is an abode of negative vibes that it cannot be cleansed with n number of aura cleansing.

At this statement, everyone burst into laughter and Shivika were embarrassed too.

Shivaay: But still Om. I want to spend some time with Anika alone. Just for few days. I will stay here.

Anika: Shivaay, this is a chawl...

Shivaay: So what? Om just get me my clothes. I will talk to Dadi about this. It's enough that I have you with me.

Before Anika could interrupt, Shivaay called Dadi and got the permission.

Om: Bhabhi, Shivaay is right. You really need to live for yourself.

Ru : Yes, Bhabhi. Because after your return I am not going to leave you. We will have so much fun.

While Shivaay smacked him on his head and Om giggled. Shivaay took Anika in a side hug and the Two gazed into each other's eyes and promised for a life of being together forever. And this was again captured by Rudy.

A promising start to a beautiful story.
