"Cats are definitely cuter no matter which way you look at it", Naruto presisted, showing cute kitten Images displaying on his smartphone.

"Dogs are obviously way cuter, just look at how adorable they are", Sasuke too presisted, showing his smartphone that displayed cute puppy Images.

"But cats are so fluffy and cute, but so stylish and dignified at the same time, their haughty proud attitude that suddenly changes to clingy and sweet when they warm up to you so just sooo unbearably cute", saying it out loud like this made Naruto realize, he must have come to like cats so much because they're similar to Sasuke. He blushed a little at this thought.

"Dogs are dignified too! They're loyal, strong and so cool! And they're so protective when they warm up to you- kinda like you... Ah-!", Sasuke looked away bashfully covering the lower half of his face.

Naruto blushed red and chuckled at how cheesy their being dispite having been together for decades already, he was so happy, "Sasuke's always been like a cat so I guess somehow, I must have started liking cats more because they remind me of you, Sasuke", he smiled happily.

"Hn, me too, I must have found dogs to be more lovable because they resemble you, Naruto", he admitted bashfully with a shy loving smile.

They chuckled at their own cheesy words and thoughts alike. Then cuddled up on the couch of their apartment that they've lived in since they started working. They shared a light gentle kiss and thought back on all the days they've spent together.

They bickered about the silliest things but it always ended with them somehow flirting in the end, just like how it ended with them cuddling up cozily at the moment. It's always been like this, their opinions may clash but no matter how silly they try to voice out their thoughts in hopes of having the other understand them and in the end they not only get accepted but also end up understanding the other just a little more better than before.

Since it's like this, it must already be quite obvious but let me say it anyway - they lived Happily Ever After for as long as they lived and they lived a pretty long healthy life. Having someone you love by your side even when you finally leave this world is a beautiful thing indeed.
