Here's another new story from my story ideas book, I hope you enjoy it.

Inside an abandoned cathedral in New York city, in the middle of the night, 

Inside was a group of 5 men, one on a throne above a flight of stairs was a slim, but tall, muscular, and toned Japanese man with shiny, chrome plate armor on his chest, shoulders, arms and lower legs, worn over a maroon outfit with a dark blue cape hanging over his back. also, a helmet that masks a face that is partially burned and disfigured, mostly on the right side.

The other 4 were at the bottom of the stairs, kneeling. One was a skeletal werewolf with slightly darker fur. His body is now long and very bony. He has fur with silver and grey tone, a long snout with larger teeth, and his hands appear to be made entirely out of bone. His snout is made of bone, and his limbs symmetrical.

One was a flyman with a very huge head with bulging green eyes sprouting long antennae-like eyelashes on the sides of the nose, a vertical mouth and an afro in the shape of an arrow. He has a slightly shriveled lobster's claw for a right hand and extremely long fabric-like wings sprouting from his back. He wears a pink sweater and blue jeans, which have many small rips made by his prickly body hair.

One was a Fishman with yellow eyes, thin stick-like arms with webs between his fingers and a large dorsal fin with a chunk missing from the front. His stomach area is white and his mouth full of sharp teeth, especially two large ones sticking out of it. He stands with a pair of silver high powered legs, as well as an orange breathing rig.

And a muscular humanoid tiger, but without a tail. His outfit has somewhat of a commando/bounty hunter look, consisting of a light blue shirt with sleeves rolled up and brown shirt vest over it, a double chain bullet bandolier with a jetpack, a blue scarf around his neck, a double chain bullet belt around his waist, and brown pants with pouches for a set of pistols on his thighs and belted bottoms that stop at his ankles.

But that wasn't all the man in the throne was being hooked up to a life support unit, but a couple of men in ninja robes. The masks appear to have bug-like eyes and have a foot logo on the back, armed with swords.

Ninja:(finishes hooking up the machine) And that's all Lord Shredder.

The ninjas leave and Shredder looked down at the others, taking deep breathes.

Shredder: I won't sugarcoat it, you all should know what's happening to me. Rahzar (werewolf), Baxter(flyman), Fishface(fish man), Tigerclaw(do I even need to say it?).

Rahzar: Yes, sir we know.

Fishface: Your body is beginning to lose its strength.

Tigerclaw: Even now you're at death's door.

Shredder: I'm open to suggestions.

Baxter raises his hand then attaches a device to his neck.

Baxter: I may have an idea.

Fishface: Hey, you don't speak nonsense anymore.

Baxter: I suggest we try Genetic Cloning, to make an exact copy of you, like hitting the reset button, except...

Rahzah: Is something wrong, Baxter?

Tigerclaw: Sounds like a flawless plan if you ask me

Baxter: I did some tests and what I've found was... Disheartening, you've been exposed to many Mutagen gases, which is what caused this unnamed disease, so cloning you would only put us back to square one.

Shredder: There goes that plan.

Baxter: But!

Rahzar: But what? 

Baxter: There's a second method of Genetic Cloning, Genetic Overwriting, to use a person and overwrite their DNA and rewrite their mindset. But the person needed to be young, have a congenital disorder, which is a medical condition that is present at or before birth and needed to have gone through several chemical exposures.

Tigerclaw: I get it, and Your the type of person who plans out things before he tells others the plan. Do we have a target?

Baxter: You're right on the nose.

Baxter pulled out a computer showing a map location in Royal Woods, Michigan, a picture of Lincoln Loud, and a checklist, on it was, Young ✓, congenital disorder ✓, gone through several chemical exposures ✓.

Shredder: Rahzar, Tigerclaw, Fishface, find this boy, leave no trace the Foot Clan was there either. Even if Oroku Saki must die, the legend of the Shredder must live on, kill anything that gets in your way!

Rahzar/Tigerclaw/Fishface: Yes Sir!

Location Change: Royal Woods, Michigan. Timeskip: 2 Days

At the Loud House in the middle of the night, it was the Loud family's movie night at the home, while the females of the family waited for the movie to start the two males were making snakes. Also, Leni was wearing 3-D glasses, for some reason.

Lynn Sr.: Wow son, you've got better at cooking.

Lincoln: Hey maybe that's another thing we have in common.

Lynn Sr.: Ha, don't get your hopes up, I'm still the cooking champ of this house.

Lincoln: Yeah. We'll see how long that lasts.

The two playfully pushed each other and went into the living room, but as soon they entered, Charles began barking and howling like crazy, then he ran around like crazy.

Lana: Charles, what's gotten into you?!

Then Charles dashed under Lincoln, knocking him off balance.

Lincoln: Woah, Woah, Woah!

Lincoln tried to regain his balance but rammed into the TV, Luan and Lori were able to catch the TV, Leni saw Rahzar running toward the window holding something.

Leni: Wow this 3-D is amazing!

Rita: Leni, your not looking at the TV and That's Real!!

Rahzar then crashes through the window and holds up the dead body of Mr. Grouse.

Rahzar: Hey Kids Wanna See A Dead Body?!!?

The Louds screamed and Tigerclaw and Fishface busted through the front door.

Tigerclaw: This is why I said to not give him energy pills.

Fishface: Whatever. 

Tigerclaw picks Lincoln up by his face and punches him in the gut, knocking him out cold, while the others were frozen in shock and fear, Lynn Sr. tried to charge at them, but Fishface kicked him away, breaking his arm in the process.

Tigerclaw: Rahzar, take out the others.

Rahzar: I Can Smell The Universe!

Rahzar then in the blink of an eye punched Rita into a wall, backhanded Lori, then slammed Leni into the floor, broke Luna's left arm, grabbed Luan's braces then kneed her in the face, punched Lynn in the gut several times until she passed out, stomped Lucy's head into the floor, slammed Lana's and Lola's heads together, backflipped kicked Lisa in the face, and punted Lily like a football into the wall. Rahzar then roared and fell down.

Tigerclaw: Oh thank god. Fishface.

Fishface pulled out an odd metal ball with a glowing inside.

Fishface then pushed the button and tossed the ball into the living room, before walking out with Tigerclaw, carrying Rahzar, the mutants were about to step into the vehicle they came in, then Tigerclaw here's a gun click behind them. Tigerclaw ducks down as a bullet flew over his head, fired by Lynn Sr., who wasn't knocked out and had a magnum pistol, Tigerclaw then pulled out his gun and shot a laser from it, that pierced the Loud father's chest. Lynn Sr.

Tigerclaw: You should've stayed down.

The criminals drove off and the ball beeped loudly before exploding, completely leveling the house, somehow causing a sinkhole to happen.

Location Change: 4 Miles under the loud house. Timeskip: 2 Hours

Luna opened her eyes to see she was in a sort of abandoned metro station, above her was a hole with a few pipes and cables hanging from it, she also saw her mother and sisters, but their bodies were slowly changing as was her body. 

Lori was growing fur and claws and a lion tail. Leni was growing leopard style fur and armadillo plates. Luna was growing a crocodile tail and scales. Luan was growing in hip size and a kangaroo tail and other features. Lynn was growing reptilian wings and a tail and scales. Lucy was growing bat and raven wings and fangs. Lola was growing poofy hair and dog features. Lana was growing blue skin and a larger tongue. Lily was growing rabbit features. Lisa and Rita barely had any changes happening. Lisa's eyes were slowly changing color and Rita was steadily growing in muscle mass.

Then she saw Leni, Lynn, and Lisa wake up.

Luna: You dudes okay?

Leni: Yeah... My head hurts... Like a lot...

Lynn: Hold on... (looks around) Lincoln! Dad!

Lynn attempted to climb up the pipes and cables, but Leni grabbed her.

Lynn: I'll Kill 'Em! I'll F*cking Kill 'Em!

Leni: No Lynn, They're Way Too Strong For You To Fight!!

Lynn:(pushes Leni off of her) Dad would've let me go! 

Leni: No, he wouldn't! And He's Smarter Than Me!!

Lynn:(calms down) Wow, that's... Actually a good point...

Lisa: Siblings... If you are done, then we may want to get away from this area.

Luna: Where are we and...

Luna looks at her hand, it was now covered in scales and had claws.

Luna: H-How do we stop this?!

Lisa: We are in a Russian built metro made during the Cold War, but they never actually used it as people couldn't survive long periods of time down here, I discovered it when I was 2 but never thought much about it. As for the mutations our bodies are going through... No, I can't stop it, I don't have my equipment and I doubt any scientists I know would want to reverse it

Lynn: Great, so not only did we lose our dad and brother, we're slowly turning into Monster! This Bites!!

Lynn suddenly breathed fire when she shouted, causing the others to wake up, after watching the family freak out for an hour... Mainly it was just Lola freaking out. Lisa clapped her hands to get their attention.

Lisa: If you are all done, we need to get moving.

Lori: Too where, exactly?

Lisa: New York.

Lana: Why New York?

Lisa pulled out her tracking device and turned it on, to show a beeping dot on a world map, heading toward New York City, mostly like by plane given its speed.

Lori: Why are they taking Dad too?

Lola: Those monsters are probably going to eat Dad and Lincy! Good thing you have a tracking device on Dad.

Lisa: Uh... Yes... Let's go with that.

Rita: What is this about a tracking device?

Lori: I'll tell you later, mom.

Lisa: Grab what you can carry and let's get moving, we're going to have to take this metro tunnel all the way to New York. Don't worry, I can easily tell where we're going, but it will take a very long time.

The family nodded and started picking up anything that remained of their home. Mainly Lana's tools, Luan's throwing pie reserves, a few of Lisa's devices, and some of Leni's fabrics.

Location Change: New York City, Foot Hideout. Timeskip: 1 Day.

Baxter was setting up a massive machine pod.

Inside was Shredder, now not wearing his armor. Also on the side was several computers downloading hundreds of martial art data.

Baxter: Are you ready sir? There's no turning back once we start.

Shredder nodded and Baxter pressed the button then the machine was filled with bubbles before they all went away and Shredder was no longer in the pod, and the pod emptied the fluid inside. The computer screen read; Shredder Genetic and Neuro data download, Complete.

Baxter sighed and Rahzar walked up to the pod with Lincoln, who was still out cold, in his grasp.

Baxter: Alright, everything is ready. Put the boy in.

Rahzar placed the albino boy into the pod and the pod filled itself, and the two walked out then after a few minutes, a trio of Foot Ninjas entered the room, they use some of the computers to start playing video games, namely King Of Fighters, Street Fighters, and Mortal Kombat.

Foot Ninja #1: Should we be doing this?

Foot Ninja #2: Not really, but we don't get a call for much with the Footbots here.

Foot Ninja #3: Yeah, I doubt anyone will mind.

Unbeknownst to the three, the computer was reacting to the 3 games, downloading the data of the three characters they were playing as. The computer screen reads; Iori Yagami Data... Downloaded. Akuma Data... Downloaded. Scorpion Data... Downloaded.
