You were just walking when you met your matesprit. You were walking to a quaint library with an armful of manga, as usual, with a InuYasha tee shirt, as usual, and you run into a person--not usual. He had a cherry red sweater and black pants. "9h, dear me, pard9n my walk. I didn't mean t9 run int9 y9u, I am s9 terribly s9rry." He helped you up and collect your manga. "Hey, sir, it's fine it's just a bump. What, if I may ask, is your name? I am y/n l/n." You smile and hold out a hand to shake. The boy relaxes and replies "My name is Kankri Vantas, I'm a 6r9ther 9f Karkat and we have just m9ved here. I wanted t9 check the li6rary and this small 9ne happened t9 6e ar9und and I am in need 9f a g99d n9vel." He hesitantly shook your hand. His grip was strong, but he held your hand gently, afraid it might break like porcelain. You reply with an "Oh, yes. Our library may be a bit small for a scholar, but it serves it's purpose for random readers." You beckon Kankri towards the front of the library and you enter. You wave at the librarian, a very good friend, and went to the fiction aisle. "I know a great assortment of books if you would like some recommendations, I will be in the teenage graphic novel section." You felt as if you needed to be polite near him and not act like your usual weeaboo self. You walk over to the Manga area and pick up about ten Attack on Titan, eight Fairy Tail, and eleven Black Butler. You check on Kankri. He seemed to be having trouble with several book, so you go over to talk to him. You stand in front of him, not wanting to tap him. You don't care that much for physical contact. You cough a bit, and he does a little jump. "Miss l/n, please that is very triggering and it w9uld n9t g9 well f9r a p9ssi6le friendship if y9u must sneak up 9n me like that. Please refrain fr9m d9ing s9 in the future." He said formally, his cheeks tinged pink. You smile and reply "My apologies, sir, but I notice you've been having trouble between a few books." He lets you look over his shoulder, still blushing, but you're too involved to care. He had "A Fault in Our Stars", "Magyk", and "Page by Paige". You frown; you love all those books, but for his type you suggested the first option. He thanked you and checked the book out. You checked out your 29 manga and started walking toward your house. Kankri had come with you and you both talked about your favorite books, hobbies, topics in general. You liked this boy, and it has only been a day. You find yourself in friend of your baby blue house. He chuckles and says "Surprisingly, we are at my h9use t99. I live in the light yell9w 9ne right next t9 y9urs." You smile. 

FIVE YEARS LATER BY THE SPONGEBOB VOICE GUY------

You sigh and look at your children running around. A chubby little one year old and a five year old singing little rhymes. You rest your head on the shoulder of that boy from so long ago. He kisses your forehead. "That 6ump did us well." He sighs. You smile and look up. "Yes. Yes it did."
