I watched you through your window,
I was wearing that dumb sweatshirt,
I look like a girl.

I was walking around my room, trying to get my neighbor to notice me. Y/n is always so nice to me, and I finally need to get something out. I take a deep breath to calm myself.

I was dressed for winter,
Even though it was the 
Middle of June.

I was sweating in my jacket. She had given it to me at my first Christmas on Earth. It had a big Tinkerbull on it and it slouched over my shoulders. I felt my face going to its chocolaty brown color. Maybe I shouldn't do this, what if she doesn't want to go out with me? 

No! I stand up straighter. I can do this! I quickly open the curtains.

I watched you get undressed.
I must have turned bright red,

I duck immediately, my face flushing even more. Nope, I can't do it, I can't do it, I can't tell her right there while SHE WAS FRICKEN CHANGING. I groan and hide my face in my knees. She looked kind of cute in her new f/c tank top. I sigh and rub my eyes. Maybe I'll try over text.

I climbed up your front porch

I carefully hold the f/f (favorite flowers) in my hand as I ring the bell of Y/n's house. "Just a second!" I heard her call out. I begin shifting on my feet. What if she laughs at me? What if she hates me afterwards? I drop the flowers and run out of the vicinity. I quickly hop into my car and drive off to.. well, somewhere else. I look out the window to see a park full of kids, trolls and humans alike. I groan and slam my head into the steering wheel, making it honk like one of Gamzee's horns. Why can't I just get enough courage?!

I start blushing as Y/n keeps typing. Why now, of all time to text me?

'Thanks for the flowers you gave me, I just put them in a nice vase! I wish you stayed a lil while.'

'Well, I had some stuff to do. Gamzee needed more faygo.'

'That's nice of you!'

'Heh, yeah }:).'

Don't use the fucking emoticon! I muffle another groan and wait for a response. 

'So.. I was wondering.'

'Wondering what?'

'If you'd like to go out sometime! Like a date, maybe? It's fine if you say no.'

I blush a deep brown and smile.

'Why would I say no?'

'See you at 6:00 then!'

I turn off my phone and slide it in my pocket. Y/n's going on a date! With me! I yell out of joy, earning some weird looks from kids and adults alike, but I don't care!
