**I won't be writing a lot of OC X ______ because this is a READER X ______ book. But this was a special case and I hope that person has been getting along wonderfully with their significant other and that sweetness and love goes their way!**

Tavros couldn't ask for a better person than Aiden to be his matesprit. He loved the girl with all his heart, but there is one thing her fears; being left behind.

Aiden had ranted and raved about running to a far away place, to leave the town they live in, and live together with noone to bother them. Aiden has been in a bad situation, making them harm themselves, and it seems that Tavros is afraid for a relapse. He doesn't think he can handle his angel doing that to herself. He had done so himself and understands the physical pain distracts from what's going on in the real world, but no one deserves to harm themselves. He needs to be with her, as she needs to be with him.

One day, they were being together in the lovely girl's room, listening to their favorite artist's work. The lyrics pumped out by Cage the Elephant pulsed through the air and made the two teens grin. Tavros' legs were hanging off the bed and Aiden's head on his chest. "You know, I can always just pack a bag and get the dog and leave." Aiden whispered into his chest. Tavros felt his heart stop for a quick moment before fluttering back. "I know it hurts to hear, babe." Aiden pushed her head up and look into the troll boy's eyes. "But we can leave once we both feel ready." Tavros relaxed once more and smiled. "i'D LOVE TO LEAVE WITH YOU,, BUT i'M ALSO KINDA SCARED." Aiden chuckled and kissed Tavros' nose. "I'll wait for you no matter what." And with that, Tavros closes his eyes and listens to the music streaming through Aiden's laptop.

"aIDEN?" Tavros opened the door of the teen girl's room. His head fills with the worst case senario as the laptop and charger are gone, the dog didn't bark when he entered, and her beloved backpack was gone with most of her clothes. His heart beats out of his chest, his mind whirling with thoughts and his panicky voice shouting till it's hoarse. Where is his angel? On her pillow, he saw a note with her neat handwriting. The note was read over and over again, almost as if he couldn't process the words, the words that wrecked him. 

Hey Tav,

I'm so sorry. I know i promised to wait, but I couldn't handle it anymore! This town is too small and it sucks being here where so many things have brought me down here. I can't emotionally be here. I love you so much, I swear I will come back for you, but for now I need to be on my own.

Tavros swayed on the spot, his robotic knees feeling weak. As tears began to stream from his chocolate eyes and as a sob emits from his mouth, he falls to the ground. Or, what he thought was the ground.

Tavros wakes up with a jolt of energy and terror. Cage the Elephant ended and Gorillaz began playing. He slows his breath as he saw his angel's face in his lap, her breath slow and calm. They fell asleep together in the bed, tired from school, life, and late nights. He wiped his tears off his face and sniffled a bit before hugging Aiden tightly. "Tav, what's wrong?" She said in a sleepy voice. A yawn emits form her mouth making him yawn as well. "Tavros?" He kisses her face over and over again, tickling her and making her laugh. "I really am wondering what's up, you don't wake up before me unless it's a nightmare." Tavros hid his face in her chest and muffled out, "mIGHT HAVE BEEN THAT,,, yES." Aiden frowns and snuggles as close as she can with the male. "i,, i hAD A DREAM THAT YOU LEFT WITHOUT ME." A few tears stained the girl's tee shirt, but she couldn't care in the least. "Oh Tavvy." She kissed him on the forehead, the cheek, and then the lips. "I won't leave you, I won't ever leave without you." "pROMISE?" Aiden felt her heart break as she heard these words. Tavros was so afraid that he couldn't trust anything anymore. "I promise to the moon and back." Tavros was reassured and the two stayed together, snuggled up on the bed and fell asleep with their arms wrapped around each other, connected no matter what.

In later years, Tavros and Aiden Nitram lived happily with their dogs in a new home. The sun was shining, the grass was sweet and warm, and the couple's music was blasting form a laptop once more. The Neighbourhood, Gorillaz, and many other bands from their teen years brought the nostalgia they hoped to never have. "Can't believe we finished high school only five years ago, huh?" Aiden laughed, her head laying on her husband's stomach. "yEAH." Tavros, known for being quiet, was even more quiet. Aiden switched her head over to look at the man's face. "I fulfilled our promise." She whispered. Tavros smiled contentedly and kissed Aiden's lips. "i LOVE YOU, AiDEN." She quietly giggled at his minor voice crack. "I love you too ,Tavros." The couple laid together in the fading sunlight, content and happy that they never disappeared without each other.
