**Hey everybody. As you can see, I am not updating as I would normally. I did make a different A/n about it, but you might have to wait longer.

My best friend's mother, who is practically my aunt, will be dying this week.

Lisa Alexander, also known as the strongest woman I know, has gone through breast cancer and survived it. She went through a different type of cancer and survived it.

She got brain cancer and she's going to be dying very soon. 

Damn, it's difficult to write this, but I feel like I need to be upfront with why I'm not updating. 

She is an amazing woman who is so sweet and kind and amazing. She taught my classmates and I art in elementary school and her daughter was the first friend I made there. 

When I was getting bullied, Lisa made sure to let me know that it was safe at her house with Erin (my friend). 

I saw her earlier today. It was terrifying and it hurt. She doesn't want to die in a hospital, so she is in her room hooked up to a breathing device. She's not able to open her eyes or eat or do anything but breathe these shallow, rattling breathes that sound awful.

Her oldest daughter is staying with the family so that when she passes, she can be there for her dad and Erin. Erin comes home dazed out of her mind, and I don't know what she does after school. Her dad is on a business trip til the 6th of October, because if he doesn't go, he'll lose his job, which the family can't afford to do.

I won't be writing for a while, and I hope you understand that. It's been a very difficult school year so far, and now someone I truly love is leaving us this week. 

I'll write is a few weeks.
