That the Condesce is basically like Bec Noir but in the Alpha Kids'  universe. She's basically the cancer of their universe, just like he is. I'm guessing that she kills almost everything in her path.

   While she was traveling through the universes/galaxies/whatever, maybe Psiioniic lost all his power (possibly died, I'm not sure just yet) and she was trapped in the Alpha's universe. Being the person/troll she is, just like Jack, she wants/wanted to go on a killing spree. (Maybe, not so sure)
