11 Memory

I can't really remember how those memory things worked in the bubbles, so I just did it however it made it easier.

You wonder through the dream bubbles, your blank eyes looking around at the scenery. You noticed in the distance there were other dead trolls walking around, some interacting with each other. You pause when you notice one of those weird memory orbs. You walk closer to it and poke it.

You weren't sure what happened, but the next time you blink, you were in a different place. You were in your hive; you hear something going on in your respiteblock, so you head over. You walk in and nearly choke on air when you notice Feferi; she was sitting on your desk chair. You would almost mistake her for her normal self, except that she looked to be about 3 sweeps. That and you were sitting on the floor only a few feet away, leaning against your recuperacoon. You slowly walk into the room, as you were sure they couldn't see you.

"Hey Feferi," past you begins, "are you flushed for anyone?"

"Hmm, I dunno," she shrugs, "I don't think so, what about you?"

You watch as past you's face flushes, "uh, no, not that I can think of."

You wince, remembering how you felt in that moment. It felt as though you had been stabbed through the heart.

Before you could even step through the door, it slams shut, and it's as if all of the lights were turned off.

The next time the lights come back on you're just outside your hive. You see Feferi, Eridan and yourself standing not too far from you. Eridan had his usual grumpy look on his baby face, and you were grinning, messing with him.

"Well, whale you two are messing around I'm going to get us somefin to eat."

With that Feferi goes to wander into your hive. As soon as she's gone, your grin and Eridan's frown disappear.

"Man you are so wwhipped." Eridan states.

"Ugh, shut up." you frown.

"At least I'm in a quadrant wwith her."

"Oh shut up."

Your relationship with Eridan had always been a strange one. It was almost as if you were in a black romance with him, but something stopped you both. Maybe it was the bond you both shared with Feferi. You both also acted similarly to moirals before he had gotten into a moirallegiance with Feferi. It was really weird to other trolls, but to your two it was what you needed.

"I'M BACK 38D!"

You both turn to see Feferi returning, food in hand.

"Sweet, I'm starving." you grin.

"You're alwways starving." Eridan rolls his eyes.

"Oh shush you two." Feferi scolds.

You all take a seat on the well-kept grass, the food in between you all.

Now you were back in the game and on the comet, but obviously you were just watching as past you and Eridan stand beside each other, messing with computers. You could tell that Eridan was clearly upset, being there when Feferi had broken the moirallegiance. You glance over at the sight of Feferi and Sollux.

"Guess we're supposed to hook up now?" you joke.

Eridan looks over at you, a brow rising, "with you, no thanks."

You knew he was only joking and roll your eyes.

"Damn, I keep forgetting you're a dick." You grin.

You stand off to the side as you watch Eridan, Sollux and Feferi fight. Just as Eridan had lifted his wand to attack Feferi, you push her out of the way, successfully saving her. But unfortunately you collapse onto the ground, a hole in your stomach. You look up at Eridan, who was shocked.

"(Y/n)..." he mumbles.

You give him a smile, as if saying that it was okay, before looking over at Feferi.

"I'm sorry Fef," you manage to cough out, "I probably should have told you sweeps ago, but I really am flushed for you."

You watch her twist into a look of horror before you collapse into the puddle of your own blood.

You open your eyes to realise you were no longer in the dream bubbles, but back in the game. You were now wearing some funky looking pyjamas, which were surprisingly very comfy. You look around at the infinite space that surrounded you. Those memories weren't something you wanted to see, not wanting to relive all of your mistakes. You tried to distract yourself by wondering where the others were and deciding to go and find them. Your thoughts stop when you hear a voice.

"(Y/n)?"

I really do like making Eridan kill you, don't I?
