weeks had passed jaebum was currently at his first physical therapy session as the nurse was helping him with his legs. the nurse helped jaebum bend his legs slightly, jaebum wincing at the action and gritting his teeth together slightly. jaebum held onto the supporting rails, the nurse instructing him to help push himself up. jaebum complied as his arms shook harshly, pushing himself up as he then fell back down onto the seat.

the nurse smiled as she nodded, placing her hands on jaebums. "you did very well for your first time, jaebum ! very soon if you keep putting this much effort youll start walking soon again." jaebum was sweating as he smiled, nodding and thanking the nurse as she then helped jaebum get out of his therapy clothes, which were on top of his normal clothes, then helping him back to his wheelchair.

jaebum controlled his wheelchair, having it move forwards as the nurse walked beside him as she smiled, holding her folders as youngjae waved at the other at from the front of the clinic.

"hi bummie ! how did the first day go ?" youngjae greeted jaebum as he then bent down a bit, kissing the other softly as the nurse smiled at the sight. 

"it went alright, im still trying to get used to everything.." jaebum said in a soft voice as he nodded, the nurse then adding onto jaebum.

"jaebum did very well for his first time, he'll improve very fast for sure. have a good day you two !" she smiled, then bowing at the two as the 2jae couple smiled as the nurse then walked away. youngjae and jaebum soon then left the clinic, the two having a stroll in the park as they would meet up jackson and kunpimook.

youngjae smiled as his hands were in his pockets, jaebum moving his wheelchair through the grass as they soon saw jackson and kunpimook sitting on a blanket, along with mark and jinyoung, plus yugyeom and hyuk. 

"hey jaebutt, how was the first day of therapy ?" jackson chuckled as well as the rest, taking a bit of his sandwich as the 2jae couple chuckled along.

"it went well.. the nurse said i did well for my first session" jaebum nodded as youngjae giggled, sitting beside jaebums wheelchair and placed a comforting hand on his knee. jaebum smiled as he then placed his hand on top of youngjaes, the two looking at each other.

"gross get a room" jackson laughed out as well as everyone else, the jackbam couple handing jaebum and youngjae some food and drinks as they smiled.

"jaebum is working really hard, and im certain he'll be walking again very soon" youngjae said cheerfully and happily, causing jaebum to smile wide, their friends 'awing' and jackson jokingly gagging. 

soon, the afternoon grew darker and their friends had soon cleaned up and gone home. youngjae and jaebum stayed a bit longer in the park, youngjae this time pushing jaebums wheelchair as they smiled at the scenery and soon stopped at a park bench. youngjae parked jaebum at the end if the bench, youngjae then sitting by the hand rest to be close to jaebum.

"hows your memory doing ? anything little or big things coming back to you ?" jaebum asked as he then interlocked his fingers with youngjae, the younger smiling and looking at the other as he nodded.

"small things.. im remember me and bam as water boys.. i can also slightly remember a conversation i had with you possibly.. its still very fuzzy, but its there." youngjae giggled and nodded as jaebum smiled, raising their hands up as he kissed the back of youngjaes hand.

"your memory will slowly return.. just like how my legs will slowly heal, we just need each other to make the recovery go by faster." youngjae nodded as he leaned over and kissed jaebum softly, jaebum kissing back with the same amount of passion.

as hard as it was for the both of them, they had each other. throughout the weeks youngjae would always suffer form head aches as jaebum would find the medicine, jaebums depression episodes would show more due to his legs, but youngjae was always there to help him. the two helped build each other up again, they were a team, and they were unbreakable.
