The teacher announced that the dance was over and the lights in the ballroom turned back on. Everyone sighed but some students who were on the clean up comity started to help clean up. You and Cole followed the crowd of students leaving the building, while holding hands.

"Did ya tell your ride that your 'friend' is taking you home?" Cole asks as he starts swinging both of your hands back and forth. "Yup. Thanks again Cole." You say to him. "No problem! Now if I can just remember where I parked that DBX 2.0!" "You took a ninja vehicle!?!"

"No I took Nya's samurai vehicle, I'm just borrowing it till I can get my Boulder blaster fixed. It was the only vehicle that can disguise itself! So that's kinda why I brought it." Cole explained as he repeatedly pressed the button on the keys.

"So...what's it disguised as?" You asked. "A black Ferrari! I went simple 'cause I had to fit in a little. And I think that's it over there!" Cole says and you two arrive at the car, aka the DBX express 2.0. "Yeah...simple. Let's go with that!" You said and Cole opens the door for you and gets in on the other side. "What? Doesn't everyone have a sports car?" "Look around the parking lot Cole! Does it look like everyone drives sports cars!" (A/n: *Facepalms* I apologize for this, I ran out of ideas 😂 JUST GO WITH IT! 😂XD)

Cole sighs and starts the car. "And this is why I prefer awesome ninja vehicles! C'mon let's get ya home." Cole then drives off school property and drives you home. On the way home you two recapped on everything that happened at the homecoming dance. From the moment Cole came and surprised you, to when you both started going out.

Eventually you arrived home and Cole walked you to your door. "I had a lot of fun tonight because of you Cole. So, thanks." You said as you looked for the house keys in your purse. "If anyone should be thanking anyone it should be me. I've never experienced something like that tonight and I had lots of fun, and lots of snacks. But thank you laur." You smile at him and put the key through the slot.

But before you could open the door, Cole turned you around so you were facing him and held you real close. Your foreheads touched and he smiled at you. "Wanna know something laur?" He asks you. "Yeah Cole?" You said as your heart was beating rapidly. "I love you." He says then bites his lip. You blush, "I love you too Cole." You smiled and then your lips touched his in a soft, sweet, kiss.

Tonight was definitely a perfect night and you wished it hadn't ended. But you could not keep that smile off your face because, you had survived homecoming.
