for two heads in the same rain / bodies displaced to

fusion into each other, knee to a floating rib, limp

claw from between the eyes / sindoori finger held

in the air before being scalped / fields of graveyard

vermillion where objects of desire are whipped until

all layers dust & blood geysers from one gash into

the next / wounds sown back into scars / scars hidden

under wet jackets in the same rain / rain washing

whalemeat back to sea / crab, blood on its pincer from

between its eyes, doorknob in the other vicegrip
