Special episode: into the past prt 4
Everyone had already eaten and gone to bed when Alastair returned with the twins under his arms. The only one still awake was (y/n). She greeted Alastair and took the twins, "Where were they?"
"They had gone to see their father. The one in this time, he knows what you look like now.," the Romanian young man spoke, "And I fear that he will start his campaign to find you and try to get you on his side faster to marry you."
the twins seemed to be too tired to fight and snuggled to the warmth of the teenaged albino girl. They knew she is the past for of their mother. Even Alastair felt the strong comforting warmth from the young woman, the warmth of a mother.
The albino girl was confused, why would a man she never met want to marry her so badly?
"Mom- (y/n), Thurston and your siblings are not nice people. They are ruthless killers.," Alastair explained, "I heard from father that they had many times tried to trick you into marrying him."
"Still does not explain why this Thurston wants to marry me.," (y/n) replied and set the Finnish twins on their cot, "I'm not special. I have nothing to offer or any drive to hurt people."
The Romanian young man held set his hands on her shoulders, "You do have something. Your heart and your magic. You are the most powerful light magi and you are immortal. Someone who can give love and calm the hearts of other immortals."
The words made her world she knew break. Immortal? Her? How? Magic? She had magic? Why was she so important that her brothers would want her to marry this Thurston? She had brothers?!
Alastair saw his mistake when her eyes looked like they were spinning, she was tired already and confused enough. The Romanian made her go to bed so he could stay up and keep watch. After all, if Loki knew of him and the others now, he would deploy everything and everyone he knew. The Romanian young man sat down on the couch and looked over the sleeping children, he had moved the albino twins to (y/n)'s room so that they could have some feeling of safety as they were the youngest next to David.
He looked at her sleeping face once more before he closed the door, she was even more pure as a teen than his father had told him. He walked down to the main level of the home to keep watch.
He looked around as he had sensed another life. A familiar one, one that could Kill (y/n) if he got too close to her in this state. Alastair stood fast as he sensed the being come closer to him, the face of the intruder made him feel on edge and at ease all at the same time. It was his father, but this Dracul did not know him as his son.
The overwhelming sense of dread and death filled the room as the air became colder, the miasma of the dark power of the older Romanian seeped from every pore of the man. His glowing red eyes stared down at the pink and blue eyes of the younger Romanian, his eyes showed a slight spark of curiosity as the man leaned down to get closer to the young man. "Who are you? Are you part of my family?," the Romanian asked, "I have never seen you before."
"I am a part of your family. I just do not exist yet in this time.," Alastair replied as the older Romanian studied the face and aura of this strange young man.
"You should not be able to exist, a specimen of both dark and light.," Dracul spoke as he paced around the young man, "You resemble me and another. A little like those Nordic assassins."
"Getting warm, father.," the blue and pink eyed young man said as Dracul stood back in front of him.
"Father... I am a father in the time you come from? Your father?," the romanian asked, "Who is your mother?"
"You are in her home.," Alastair responded, "She is not able to defend herself against your magic, if you linger more or use any more magic here, it may kill her and I shall cease to be."
The Romanian man considered this. He walked out of the house and disappeared from the area. Alastair cleaned up all of dark magic residue so that the children and (y/n) would not suffer from its effects. He loved his mother, he loved her teenaged form as well, she had not changed much from when she was a teenager to when she birth and raised Alastair.
He sat down to keep watch, he knew there was movement and saw Elise and mark glaring at him. He sealed their magic away so they were harmless now, he ignored them. The little brunette kicked his shin. Her brother followed her lead. Alastair got annoyed and made them stop by paralyzing their movements again and sat them down. He looked put again to keep a lookout.
"You're keeping mama from Isä!," the voice of Elise spoke up. Alastair ignored the two as they fussed at him before he made both lay on their cots.
"Go to sleep. Both of you are grounded because of your stunt.," the young man said scoffed a little, "Go to sleep or I'll make you."
"Isä and mama need to be together. They need each other.," the twins mumbled as Alastair sighed.
"That's enough out of you two.," the Romanian young man said and made the children go to sleep. He stayed up all night to make sure there were no disturbances to the peace in the house. He was so tired by the time morning came. He got up as (y/n) walked in, the young man tried to stay steady but he fell forward into her arms. This familiar and comforting warmth overcame him as the albino teen held him.
(Y/n) carefully got him back to the couch and looked at the windows before she picked him up again, she carried him to a room and pulled the blackout curtains closed. Alastair was tucked into the humble but cozy bed. The young woman made sure he was comfortable and asleep before she walked to make breakfast for everyone, thankfully, it was Friday. She just had to go to school again and then it would be Saturday. Then she would make something special for the children. She smiled and got the food made quickly before running out the door to her school.
The young woman sighed as she looked up to her school building. The last few days had been a roller-coaster for her, and it looked like it would not let up for her soon.
She was early. About two hours early. She sat on the steps and pulled a book out of her bag, it was a book she was recommended by the town's librarian. The sweet old woman always knew who would like what.
The albino teen held her parasol over her as she read to keep the sun off of her delicate skin. The parasol she had today was much bigger than the one she usually had, so a few people could fit underneath. (Y/n) looked up when she heard the footsteps of a few people. One was ignoring everything and talking to someone on his phone in Italian, one was observing the women in the town and the last one was shyly looking at (y/n) then looked away. She waved the one who looked away over, he was an albino too. "Do you need something sir? Want to sit in the shade with me?," She asked. The albino man shyly nodded and sat in the shade, he pulled his hood off and sighed. He was a handsome long haired albino. His red eyes looked wary but kind. The albino teen looked at him then the pervert, they looked a little similar. She went back to reading and felt him looking a her again.
"Can I help you?," the albino girl asked again.
"Jou... Look like somevone I know.," the albino man said in a germanic accent, he looked at her hair. The soft curved spiked up crest and the curls that floated by her head looked cute and very familiar to the man, but her face was gentle. She looked very familiar. His hand felt like it had a mind of its own as he reached up and patted the soft and silky hair.
(Y/n) noticed the man looked familiar, then realized he looked like Gabriel and Geneviere. Her face felt like it was warming up as she went back to reading her book. The man spoke up again, "Do you like that series?"
"It's passable. Hard to find good authors.," the female responded and closed the book, "But it is much better than many others on the market nowadays."
"Very critical.," the man said, a little surprised at how comfortable he had become with this young woman in a short amount of time, "I haven't asked your name."
"My name is (y/n).," the female replied, "What is yours?"
"Gilen.," the man replied.
The albino female saw that there were students coming into the school now, it was still before school officially started.
The female heard Gilen and the other two talk in another language, funnily enough, she understood all of it.
"Gilen, come on. It's time to go inside.," the Italian guy said. The Italian could not see the albino girl from where he stood, he just wanted the albino man to follow him inside.
The girl got up after Gilen did and turned to walk into the school, the Italian noticed her almost immediately. Her face was one that made him step back in unconscious fear, the blond man with him had to pull him back otherwise he would have been hit by a passing car. The teen was inside when the Italian snapped out of his fear trance, he did not know why he suddenly had become so afraid of that teenaged girl and it pissed him off.
He and his group went inside to do their duty.
The Italian noticed the teen again as she was in the principal's office and was talking to the secretary, her face was eerily familiar. She took an envelope from the secretary and walked out of the office and past the Italian man's group. The Italian froze again from some fear in the back of his mind, he was afraid and at ease all at once. It made him furious. The young woman walked past with a pleasant expression to her classroom. Something about that teenaged girl was familiar and it made him furious. A thought creeped into the back of his mind, he remembered that the Nordic assassins' mother was pregnant the last time he saw her and he heard she died after giving birth. The baby girl had completely disappeared. Was this her? The Italian brushed it off as impossible, those Nordic assassins would have probably locked her away somewhere to keep her safe.
Gilen stayed with his boss, Luciano, and his brother, Lutz, as they made their way through the town after scaring the principal of the school into paying his protection fee. The Albino Prussian was still thinking of the teen girl, she was nice and very calming to be around. He would not have minded if he saw her again. The albino just had to wait for his boss to finish what he was doing before they could go home. The man felt a small tug on his pants and looked down. There were a pair of small albino children staring up at him. He was confused and kneeled down by then, "Vhere are jour parents?"
The twins pointed at him, he was even more confused, he never had an intimate relationship with anyone. He was too scared to. There was no way he had a child. Let alone twins.
"I'm not jour vati.," the Prussian said and the twins hugged his arms.
"Ve are from one of zhe possible futures.," the little girl said. The boy nodded, "Jou are our vati, mutti und Jou are zhe best parents."
The abino saw his face in theirs. They were so cute. He believed them and picked them up. Lutz and Luciano were still inside the store and terrorizing the owner for his payments while the Prussian was keeping watch outside in the shade. He saw a familiar man walk up. The blond man took the children from Gilen and apologized to him. The kids referred to the blond man as "grandfather."
The man walked away and Gilen's head was spinning. He was going to be a father if he married those children's mother? Who was the mother? Why did the blond look so familiar. It finally clicked.
The blond looked like Magnus but was not, he was Malthe. They called him grandfather. The baby girl that Brunhilde had disappeared with all of her husbands, the missing girl was Malthe's daughter. He married Malthe's daughter in the future!
That left one piece of the puzzle that snapped into place finally.
The girl that morning, she was the missing daughter. The one that was supposed to be the next goddess after her mother. He had met the one that everyone was looking for. He decided he would keep his mouth shut, after all. She was too kind to let horrible people know where she was.
