I'm so sorry that I haven't updated in a while, but I've been really bust with school work! I'm only going to be updating twice a week, rather than once a day, sorry. I won't have a proper schedule or anything, but I'll try to update as often as possible. Sorry.

I was not happy about going to this stupid party. First of all, Percy is so obvious that he doesn't even realise that Charlotte is so obviously flirting with him! 

Second of all, I really want to avoid Aiden. I didn't tell Percy, but he'd been flirting with me all day. Surprisingly, he's in most of my AP classes. Oh yippee (sense the sarcasm).

"You ready?" Said Thalia as she stuck her head round the door. I nodded. It was Saturday and the party was about to start. 

I walked into the living room, where everyone, but Percy, was already sitting. After a minute or two, he came out wearing dark blue jeans and a simple green top.

"Alright, let's go," said Travis. The whole car ride, everyone was so excited. I on the other hand...

"Percy!" yelled Charlotte from the other side of the huge lawn.

"Hide me," whispered Percy as he ducked behind me. I laughed.

"What's so funny?" scoffed Charlotte,

"Oh, nothing," I replied nonchalantly. Her eyes narrowed.

"Where's Percy?" she asked, looking around expectantly. It was very hard not to laugh at her face.

"He didn't show?" I asked mockingly. Charlotte shook her head and pouted, but then seemed to remember that it was me she was talking to. Se looked at me, disgusted plastered on her face,

"What's with the dress, anyway?" she sneered, "it's, like, so last season," I nodded,

"Thanks for the tip," I said sarcastically.

"Oh my god, Percy!" She squealed. I looked behind me and realised that Percy (who had been crouching behind my legs) had fallen over. I face palmed. What a seaweed brain. He got up and brushed off his now grass stained jeans.

"Hey Charlotte," He grumbled.

"So, you wanna drink?" She offered. Percy glanced at me,

"Sure," He sighed. My stomach dropped to my feet, "Could you get me one?" He asked her. She smiled and shot me a look like: ha, he's mine now and there's nothing you can do about it.

"Sure," She replied, and strutted towards the house. I turned towards Percy, my face red with anger and embarrassment.

"Let's go!" He hissed. He grabbed my wrist and tugged me towards the pool. I dug my heels into the ground, making Percy stop.

"What's up?" He asked innocently. I stared at him,

"What just happened?" I asked. Percy stared at me for a while, and then a light bulb seemed to go off in his head.

"Oh... that. I had to do that to get rid of her, now come on here she comes!" he said, looking over the top of my head. I turned around and saw Charlotte looking making her way over to us.

 Suddenly, a pair of arms wrapped around my waist and tugged me backwards. I started to scream, but my mouth filled with water.

"Seaweed brain," I complained as an air bubble enclosed around us. He grinned lopsidedly at me. I leaned forward and pressed my lips against his. 

I thought about saying it. Just three words. I love you. I was scared, though. What if he didn't say them back? I didn't want to scare him off. I wanted to say them, and I knew it was true. After everything we'd been through, why wouldn't I? I opened my mouth to say it,

"Uhh... get a room," scoffed Thalia (interrupting me as I was about to say it) as she entered the bubble.

"What are you doing, Thals?" Percy asked, raising an eyebrow.

"Nothing... what are you doing?" she said, grinning. I felt my face getting hot. She laughed as more people dove into the water above us.

"Hey guys," Said Katie and she and the Stolls squeezed into the air bubble. Percy sighed and the bubble expanded making everyone jump a little bit,

"What are you doing?" Travis mocked, when he saw how red my face was. I scowled at him, and he edged a little further away from me.

"Shouldn't everyone else be down here by now?" Percy said drily.

"Shouldn't have said that," Thalia replied, looking up at the surface, where three more people had just appeared.

"Hey guys... prissy," Said Clarrise as she, Chris and Nico squeezed into the bubble. I rolled my eyes,

"Can we leave now?" I asked, "None of us are actually joining in with the party," They all seemed to agree with this. Everyone turned to look at Percy expectantly.

"Hey, I didn't invite you guys here," he said. I felt myself lurch backwards, out of the air bubble into another small one. 

I saw the bubble that I was just inside, pop, leaving everyone else to swim to the surface soaking wet. I grinned as Percy put his arms around my waist and swam us up to the surface. 

"Oh my God! Percy!" I heard someone squeal as we made our way across the lawn, our fingers interlocked. Percy sighed and his shoulders slumped a little. I had to stifle a laugh, 

"I got you that drink," Charlotte simpered. Percy gave her a half-hearted smile. 

"Thanks, Charlotte, but we actually have to-"

"You can't go!" Charlotte cried, "I have to show my around my house," Percy grimaced but before he could protest, Charlotte grabbed his wrist and began dragging him across the lawn. 

I didn't mind. Thanks to his fatal flaw, Percy was physically incapable of cheating on me - uhh! I sound like Aphrodite. 

I turned around to leave but something was in my way. 

"Hey," Aiden smiled down at me. I rolled my eyes, 

"What do you want Aiden?" I asked him, 

"What do I want? Well... you," He replied grinning. I rolled my eyes for what felt this the millionth time that night and turned again to walk away. 

"Hey, hey, hey, stop." Aiden grabbed my arm and spun me around, "I'm sorry. Can we start over?" He asked me. 

"Fine," I eventually said, "We can start over," 

Just at that moment, Percy stumbled into me, 

"Sorry, sorry. Can we go now?" He pleaded, breathless. I laughed, 

"Sure, Seaweed Brain,"
