"So, what's your first subject?" I asked her. She pulled out a neatly folded pieceof paper from her bag and began to try to read it. 

"You're cute when you're trying hard to do somehting," I told her. She looked at me sheepishly. 

"We've got lunch together, and that's my favorite subject," She cracked a smile at this and nodded, turning towards her locker. 

She began to clean it and place her books into it, before pinning a picture to the door. I looked at it and realised that it was of her and me. 

She was on my back, smiling and laughing as I ran along the beach. All of a sudden, the image faded and a new one appeared. This time, we were sitting at the dining pavalon less than a month ago. I watched as the pictures disappeared and reappeared, my smile widening with each one. 

After watching for a good few minutes, I realised that Annabeth had been staring at me staring at us. I smiled at her and she smiled back,

"Are you checking me out again?" I asked, bemused. Annabeth blushed a fierce pink and looked away. She was so cute when she did that, 

"And what is wise girl studying first?" I asked. Annabeth turned back to her locker and pulled out her timetable again. After a few minutes, we managed to decipher them.

Annabeth's:

8:00 - Homeroom, Mr. Clentus

8:55 - AP Maths, Ms. Matalan

9:50 - English, Mr. Bofis

10:45 - AP Greek, Mr. Bridgerton

11:40 - Lunch

12:35 - AP Science, Miss Claus

13:30 - AP History, Mr. Plune

13:25 - Gym, Mr. Lucks/Mrs. Clentus

15:20 - Dismissal

"I mean... Greek, English, Gym... not bad," I said. I tried to keep the strain from my voice. I pulled Annabeth into a hug, only to be interrupted by a flash of white light that went off from behind us. Teeth gritted, I turned to face Thalia and everyone else.

"How long have you guys been standing there?" Annabet asked. His voice was sweet, but laced with poison. Thalia smiled,

I rolled my eyes and took Annabeth's waist.

"Have fun finding your first class guys," I said before leading her in the direction of her homeroom. Behind me, the other moaned and complained. I shrugged and kept on walking. Teach them to try and embarrass me.
