44. Busy Singh Oberoi
Hello, guys. Right now, I'm doing much better than previously. I'm hoping to get better soon and restore my normal health.
I was able to put this together for you. I'm not sure how it went because I was too unwell to do things correctly. Please let me know.
Again, due to my health, I apologize for not being able to respond to your comments on the last post. I'm hoping to be well and writing regularly again very soon. I hope you enjoy this until then.
Stay safe, take care, and remember to pray for me!

It had been four months since Shivaay and Annika returned from their honeymoon. Right now, Annika sat in her cabin reminiscing her honeymoon days when a ring on her phone alerted her.
A: Hello!
S: Hi baby! Are you free tonight?
A: I am. Why, Mr. SSO? Any plans to give some of your precious time to your wife?
Annika smiled cheekily.
S: I plan on giving lot of things to my wife tonight, baby.
Annika blushed at Shivaay's implication, and Shivaay smirked. She, on the other hand, kept her composure and spoke up.
A: We'll see to that later. Now, come to the point, SSO.
S: Okay then, the point is, I'm taking my wife for a dinner date tonight. So, please be ready by seven. I'll pick you up from your work.
Agreeing to him, Annika hung up the call before focusing back to her work.

Annika went downstairs after receiving his message. After spotting his car, she dashed over to it and sat inside. Shivaay smiled broadly and embraced her on the side, kissing her temple.
A: Kya baat hai? Aaj bohot pyaar aa raha hai biwi par!
S: Then enjoy it, biwi ji.
He spoke pecking her lips while she hit him playfully, looking around. Smiling, Shivaay started driving towards their destination.
After a short drive, they arrived at a swanky restaurant. As the waiter escorted them to their table, Annika was perplexed. She finally questioned Shivaay after they had settled on their table.
A: Why's this place empty?
Shivaay said nothing but just shrugged his shoulders, smiling sheepishly making her sigh in disbelief.
A: Are you allergic to human beings? Why did you get this place empty?
S: I just don't like the attention, Anni. If I didn't do it, we'd be on news headlines tomorrow.
A: Cons of being married to The Shivaay Singh Oberoi.
S: It comes with a lot of pros too baby. Like you get him in bed every night, no?
He smirked holding her hand which was on top of the table, making her blush.
A: Shut up, cheapde.
Right then a waiter came forward to take their orders. Looking at the menu, Annika turned to Shivaay.
A: I'm confused, so order for me too.
Shivaay gave the instruction with a nod. After that, they engaged in small talk until their dinner arrived. They finally made their way home after a hearty supper, complete with tons of romance and cheapda talks from the one and only SSO.

Shivaay became concerned when he noticed Annika tripping as she walked towards their room.
S: Anni, you okay?
He spoke while holding her, and she nodded affirmatively. Shivaay, who was not buying it, scooped her up in his arms and carried her ahead.
A: I told you, I'm fine.
She spoke kissing his cheeks, still in his arms.
S: And I know how much you lie about your health. So, not buying it.
He finally put her down after reaching their room. Annika shook her head smiling at her Caring Singh Oberoi before making her way towards the cupboard for a change, when she felt bile rushing up her throat.
Shivaay was astonished by her speed as she dashed towards the washroom. He immediately after her and discovered her vomiting and clinging to the commode. He stepped forward and helped her by holding her hair back.
After she was done, Shivaay assisted her in wiping her face before squeezing her into a bone-crushing hug.
S: You okay, baby?
A: I am. Wait, this usually happens when my allergy is triggered. Shivaay, did the garlic rice we ate contain mushrooms?
Shivaay widened her eyes answering,
S: Yes, it was garlic mushroom rice. Shit, how could I forget?
Shivaay at once cupped her face caressing her cheeks lovingly,
S: I'm so sorry, love. I don't know how it totally slipped out of my mind that you're allergic to mushrooms.
A: It's okay, Shivaay. I'll take the anti-allergy pill and go to bed. Will be fine by morning.
After she noticed him becoming scared and guilty, she spoke to him while caressing his chest. Shivaay gave her a long kiss on the forehead before assisting her in getting ready.
He made her take the anti-allergy pill, and when she fell asleep, he wrapped her in the duvet and went to freshen up.

Annika's slumber was disrupted when her phone rang late at night. She awoke to find a call from Sayali, her assistant, who had been working in the hospital overnight today. She was taken aback when she heard what she had to say.
Shivaay, who was a light sleeper, was startled to hear her voice and puzzled to see her so worried.
S: Anni, is everything okay? Why're you up when you're sick?
A: Shivaay. I have to rush to the hospital. Didu has been admitted due to not feeling well since a couple of hours.
S: What? Alright, get ready. I'll take you. You can't drive right now.
Annika nodded and departed right away to get ready for the hospital to attend to her her seven-month-pregnant sister.

Annika emerged from the observation room to discover Aditya, Mallika, Siddharth, and Roop standing outside, as well as Aditya's parents and Shivaay. She sighed and walked up to Aditya, who appeared to be very concerned.
A: Jiju, Didu has been diagnosed with pre-eclampsia. We have to perform a cesarean. I have already asked the OT to be prepared. Will start in an hour. There are some papers which need your signatures.
Everyone was concerned when they heard her, but this was quickly dispelled when they heard her next comments.
A: Don't worry. She'll be fine. It's quite common. But since the baby will be premature, we have keep him/her under observation in an incubator.
Everyone breathed a sigh of relief and prayed as Annika made her way to her cabin for some work. Shivaay followed her in and noticed her closing her eyes and sitting in her chair. He approached her and stroked her hair.
S: Anni, you okay right?
She opened her eyes feeling him and smiled.
A: I am, Shivaay. I just feel a little sick because of the allergy. Don't worry, I'll be fine.
Shivaay simply smiled and kissed her on the forehead, infusing her with the much-needed vitality.

Everyone gathered in the corridor near the OT in the early hours of the morning, waiting for the good news. Annika's family had made it to Mumbai for the birth of the family's first child by this time. Everyone was ecstatic when they heard a loud cry from inside. Mallika excitedly hugged Adi, who was smiling broadly with moist eyes.
Annika walked out of the OT with a broad smile on her face. Seeing her, everyone rushed towards her.
A: Congratulations, Jiju. You've become a father to a beautiful daughter.
The entire family erupted in excitement, which quickly subsided due to the onlookers' glares. Adi embraced Annika in a happy brotherly hug right away.
Because the baby girl was premature, she was confined in a separate area within an incubator that only doctors could access. While Annika was inside, the family stood in front of the glass pane and gazed at the infant through it. Her birth was celebrated by all. The birth of Adya, as Adi and Maya planned to name her.

Annika sat at the dining table two weeks later, waiting for her husband. It was almost eleven o'clock at night, and he had yet to appear. Shivaay had been preoccupied with some important clients for the past few days, so he'd go early and return late. They had scarcely seen each other and since the next day was a weekend, Annika decided to wait for him and have dinner together.
She noticed him approaching the dining room after another fifteen minutes. Shivaay was shocked to find her waiting because he knew she was sleeping early these days owing to exhaustion from working all day and then caring for Adya, who was still in the incubator.
S: Anni. You didn't sleep?
A: I wanted to wait for you. You see, I haven't seen my husband in a long time.
She smiled getting up and moved towards him, taking him in a hug to which he smilingly reciprocated. After a long time, they finally got around to having dinner together, while continuing their normal banters and teasing each other.

Shivaay was working on his laptop sitting on the bed, when Annika too got inside the duvet, beside him. Feeling her, he immediately engulfed her in a side hug with his left hand while his right kept working on the spreadsheet in front of him.
A: Is there a lot of work to do, right now?
Annika spoke keeping her head on his chest.
S: Nope, not much.
He went back to work while she groaned and caressed his chest. Shivaay closed his eyes and savored the sensation of her lips on his nape. He stifled a groan as he felt her plant open mouth kisses all over his neck. Strongly resisting himself, he slowly parted and turned to look at her.
S: I have to wake up early tomorrow, baby.
He spoke disappointedly while Annika frowned.
A: What do you mean? Tomorrow's Saturday.
S: I know. But this deal is important. And until it's over, I can't sleep in peace.
He sighed speaking.
A: There should be a balance between work and home, Shivaay. You've been too engrossed in work recently. Even at home. When was the last time we even kissed?
He sighed as he watched her struggle to control her rage and frustration. He could also see some sort of tension in her eyes. However, shrugging it off, he kept his laptop aside before turning towards her. He laid her down on the bed and immediately hovered her making her confused.
S: We can manage a quickie, I believe. Works, wifey?
He spoke pecking her lips to which she sighed.
A: Fine for now. But make sure you get rid of this Busy Singh Oberoi soon.
She spoke grumpily to which he chuckled.
S: Fine, baby.
Shivaay took her lips into a kiss while his hands immediately worked on getting her clothes off, making her frown. Shrugging it off, she repeated the same with his apparel.
When they were in their birth-suit, Annika's lips found its way towards his slightly overgrown stubble and neck while his hands reached the drawer of the side table.
A: Why did you take that out?
Annika asked watching him take the bottle of lubricant out along with the condom.
S: No time for foreplay, Anni. This will make things simple and quick.
Before Annika could tell him anything, he thrusted his shaft inside her making her moan. Letting it go, she decided to enjoy whatever she was getting. It was when his pace increased, she finally spoke up.
A: Shivaay, go slower. Take time. Why're you in such a hurry?
S: Anni, let's just get done with it please. I have to work.
His words pricked her nerves, and she finally let it all out, enraged.
A: Get off me.
Shivaay was perplexed when he heard her. Her tone, in particular, which had become hostile all of a sudden, perplexed him. Still inside her, he turned his face to stare at her.
S: What?
A: I said get off me, Shivaay.
She tried to push him off, feeling which he immediately moved out of her and sat on his knees on the bed. He was perplexed when he saw her getting dressed again. He attempted to inquire as to whether or not something was wrong, but was met with silence.
As he saw her walk towards the door, he quickly changed into his clothes, frustrated, and went to stop her. He drew her closer to himself before speaking while glaring at her.
S: What's wrong with you? Speak to me, goddammit.
Annika glared back at him and freed her hands from his grip.
A: What's wrong with me? What's wrong with you, Shivaay? You don't have any time. And today when you finally did, what did you do? You just wanted to 'get it done with' no?
She shouted at him making him all angry.
S: Hua kya hai tumhe, Annika? When you saw that I was busy and tired, why did you have to start even? Even after that, I tried and now you're shouting on me.
He lost his cool shouting back at her.
A: Oh wow, you've done a great favour by responding to my advances to have sex, Shivaay. Thank you so much.
S: All I'm saying is, you could've waited a little longer, right? A few more days until I'm done with this deal.
A: Right, I should be sorry for not being able to control this need. Or is it that, you've already lost interest in me?
She spoke with tears in her eyes, which made him weak. He immediately moved forward and cupped her cheeks before speaking,
S: Where are you taking this matter, Annika? I can never lose interest in you, love. I was just a bit preoccupied with things recently.
Annika pushed him away and wiped her tears with her hand. She was about to walk out the door when he dashed in front of her and blocked her path.
S: Where are you going now?
He struggled to maintain his composure.
A: Move, Shivaay. I need some fresh air.
S: Annika, there's no way you're leaving this house at this hour of the night.
A: I am going to the garden, am I allowed now Mr. Shivaay Singh Oberoi?
She asked frustrated while he sighed.
S: It's not a question of allowing. I was only concerned about you.
A: At this point, Shivaay, I don't give a damn. Please get out of my path before I lose my calm.
S: Anni..
A: I said move, Shivaay.
She shoved him aside with a forceful push and walked out, while he sighed defeatedly.
