As the rays of sun entered the room through the sheer curtains, Annika scrunched her eyes, snuggling into the manly chest beside her. Immediately, Shivaay held her tighter and pulled the duvet over their heads in order to stop the sunlight from ruining their sleep.

Hearing some light snores, Annika opened her eyes to see her husband asleep, holding her by the waist tightly. She smiled in contentment, while caressing his beard with her left hand. She moved a bit upwards to peck his lips lightly which were slightly more pink from their adventures last night. She looked at his face with a contented smile on her face, while her man slept soundly.

Suddenly realising something, she pulled the duvet off their face to look at the clock behind her, which showed that it was quarter to eight. She gasped looking at the time when she felt Shivaay groaning because of the disturbance in his sleep due to sunlight. She looked at him as he slowly opened his beautiful kanji eyes to look at the woman, who was his and only his. He smiled at her.

S: Good morning.

Getting up, he sat with his back resting against the headboard of the bed. Annika followed his cue and got up as well, pulling the duvet till her chest. She leaned against his chest, pressing a kiss on his heart.

A: Good morning, SSO.

Shivaay smiled, pulling her closer by the waist.

S: You're up early. I thought after last night, you won't be up before noon.

A: Very funny. What early? It's quarter to eight, mister.

Realising the reality, she gasped moving away from his chest making him confused.

S: Annika. Kya...

A: Shivaay. It's almost eight. Damn. Get up. Sab kya sochenge? Upar se Mumma Papa bhi hai yaha.

S: Anni. Chill. It's okay. We're husband and wife. Ekdin late uth gaye toh koi baat nahi.

Shivaay tried calming her down but failed.

A: Phir bhi. Upar se, look what you've done. You didn't leave any place on my body without a mark. Not even my jaw. How am I going to go downstairs?

She spoke the latter part angrily making Shivaay sheepishly rub his neck. He spoke nervously fearing her.

S: It happened in the moment na? Use a concealer.

Annika smiled at him.

A: Brilliant idea. I have one too.

S: Kya?

Annika moved towards him slowly nearing his lips. Shivaay closed his eyes in anticipation. He shrieked out loud when he felt her bite his cheeks right under his left eye before licking it with her tongue.

Annika moved back smirking.

A: How about you conceal that too? You know? Tit for tat.

S: Are you crazy, Annika? Kya kahenge sab?

A: That's not my problem. This is your punishment for making me wait yesterday. Waise bata du, I don't have concealer for your tone. So, think what you'll do, while I take a shower.

Saying this she ran away before he could catch him. He looked in the mirror and sighed.

S: Pagaal.

After sometime, Annika was getting ready in front of mirror and concealing her hickeys while Shivaay stood confused.

S: Anni. Please help yaar. I'm sorry. I promise, I won't make you wait next time.

A: Waah. SSO ke muh se please and sorry together. I'm impressed.

She smirked still engrossed in her work. Sighing, Shivaay moved forward and hugged her from the back, taking her by surprise. He nuzzled into her neck whispering in her ear,

S: How about I make up for last night's delay tonight?

Annika struggled to control her moan.

A: Raat gayi, baat gayi.

S: Phir ban jayegi baat. Bana lunga.

He sneaked his hands inside her kurti and squeezed her right breast over the bra making her moan.

A: Ahh Shiv..aay.

Hearing her moan, he couldn't control and turned her pinning her to nearest wall. He didn't waste a moment and slammed his lips on hers. Annika responded with equal fervour and pulled him by his hair. After ten whole minutes of chewing and sucking, they left each other.

But SSO, was in another mood. He immediately moved to her neck and started giving her wet kisses making her go weak in the knees.

A: Shiv..Shivaay. This.. is not.. the right time.

Understanding that they were already late, Shivaay controlled and moved away.

S: Let's go downstairs.

He was about to leave when she pulled him back.

A: Yeh lekar jayenge?

She spoke pointing to his cheeks where she gave him a love bite. Shivaay touched the spot remembering it and made a puppy face to melt her.

A: Don't make that face, Billu ji. I'm helping you.

After freshening up, Shivaay and Annika came downstairs for breakfast and exchanged greetings with all.

R: Kya hua bhaiya? Aaj itni der?

Rudra asked smirking at the couple earning a glare from Shivaay.

O: Areh haan Shivaay? Aur thaka hua bhi lag raha hai.

Omkara too teased him.

S: Nothing like that. Woh Annika had some work last night so we slept late.

Hearing him cover up for himself alone, Annika hit his leg under the table while blushing remembering her 'work' last night.

Av: Work? What work?

A: Kuchh nahi, Mumma. Woh..woh I had to check some reports so I kept the lights on and he couldn't sleep. Right, Shivaay?

She said the last part faking a smile at him.

S: Ye..yeah.

D: Achha ab bas karo. Chalo breakfast karo.

After everyone finished eating, Pinky cleared her throat to grab everyone's attention.

P: Avantika and I have a gift for Shivaay and Annika.

Saying this she passed an envelope to Annika while Annika looked confused. Opening the envelope Annika passed it to Shivaay.

S: Mom. Maa. Thanks for these. But I don't think we can go right now.

D: Billu. What's in it?

R: Areh dadi. Honeymoon ki tickets. That too in Turkey. But your dearest boring Billu doesn't wanna go.

A: Aisa nahi hai. We really want to go. But abhi nahi. Mumma, Maa, actually I just started working. I took a week's break for the reception and other rituals too. So, going right now would mean I have to prolong the break and this won't look good considering it's just my initial days in the hospital.

P: You're right, beta. Don't worry. The dates can be changed too. So whenever you want to go, just tell us. It will be done.

Av: Yes. For now, you both focus on your careers and your initial days together and make us proud. The rest can happen later.

Hearing them, Annika and Shivaay sighed in relief because they thought they might hurt the mothers by denying. But, they were extremely considerate towards their decision.

T: Actually, I had something to say too.

R: Don't tell me, you planned another trip for them too, papa.

T: Umm. Not for them.

R: OH MY MAATA. You and mom. So romantic, papa. Waah mom, aap dono ka to jawaab nahi. Bas please mujhe phir se bada bhai nahi ban na. Prinku kaafi hai.

Om hit his head muttering 'duffer' while Tej-Janhvi blushed.

T: Shut up, Rudra. I was saying that there's a trip but not for us. It's for Shivaay only.

Hearing him all gasped whereas Shivaay was confused.

S: Matlab, bade papa?

T: Shivaay actually you have to leave for London in two days since there's an emergency in London's office. And being the CEO, you have to attend the meeting with investors. I'm sorry, son. Maine bina puchhe hi tickets book kar di. I didn't know what to do.

S: It's okay, bade papa. No need to be sorry. I understand. Work's important too.

D: But aise Annika ko chhodke, I mean abhi shaadi hui hai tum dono ki.

A: I agree with Shivaay, dadi. Waise bhi, we have our whole life to spend with each other. So, don't worry. He'll go.

Annika held his hands smiling at him which he reciprocated.

P: Thik hai. Ab yeh sab chhodo. Annika beta, today is your pehli rasoi. So, you have to make something in lunch for us.

Annika gave her a light smile before replying.

A: Sure, Maa.

Avantika who knew her daughter well sighed.

Av: Tu bana paye gi?

A: I'll manage, mumma. YouTube se help le loongi.

Pr: Bhabhi, Gauri di, Bhavya di and I will help you too.

S: No need of that. I'll help my wife.

Annika turned to him shocked.

A: You know how to cook?

S: There's nothing Shivaay Singh Oberoi cannot do.

Shivaay smiled proudly making her roll her eyes.

A: Yahi problem hai aapki. Har cheez mein tadi. Tadibaaz.

S: Burn this dictionary. Ajeeb hai.

S: Ab ajeeb ko ajeeb nahi toh aur kya kahunga?

Shivika got scared and out of fear put finger on their lips.

H: Oh my god. Tum dono kitna ladte ho? Anni, what's this beta?

S: Haan Shivaay? Kya hai yeh.

Shivika glared at each other while others sighed.

G: Kuch nahi ho sakta inn dono ka, chachu. Shaadi ke pehle se hi aise hai aur aise hi rahenge yeh.

D: Achha hai waise. Aakhir ishqbaazi ho, toh takkar ki.

Dadi smiled wholeheartedly looking at them while Shivika were embarrassed about their silly fight in front of all.
