Harry and Scott pack up their belongings ready to leave the office at 6:30 that night. As they walk out to the reception area, they see Lisa and Noah talking as Lisa is shutting down her computer and getting ready to leave.

"That's such a shame, I was really looking forward to having him, he seemed lovely" Lisa says to Noah.

"I know, wait until I tell H and S" Noah says shaking his head as he grabs his jacket.

"Tell us what?" Scott asks smiling as he and Harry come up behind them both.

"Oh, we thought you'd left" Lisa says smiling.

"Sorry, we were on a late call" Harry tells them with a smile.

"What did you need to tell us" Scott asks.

Noah sighs.

"Well, I sent through the package for Louis and not even ten minutes later he rejected the offer" Noah tells them.

"What?" Harry and Scott both say at the same time confused.

"I even then countered the offer and went above the salary you told me to go in at and I offered him more money, he still said no that it's just not the right fit" Noah says.

"I don't think it's the money, there's something else" Scott says.

"Leave it with us, we might contact him ourselves" Harry tells them.

"Well we hope you can convince him" Lisa says.

"Us too" Scott says.

They walk out of the office together, Harry and Scott lost in their thoughts. When they reach their car, Harry in the drivers seat and Scott in the passenger seat, Harry starts the car.

"You and I on the same page?" Scott asks.

"You mean are we heading to Louis?" Harry smirks.

Scott smiles and they begin the drive to Louis.

Louis heads to bed early, he has a shower and changes into his sweats, he takes his shirt off to sleep, and he hops into bed. He scrolls his phone for a while, trying to take his mind off the fact he turned down the job offer. He's so disappointed, but he can't work alongside Harry and Scott.

He's just about to turn the light off and turn in for the night when there is a knock at his door.

Confused he doesn't move, thinking it might be next door. When he hears the knock again he gets up and makes his way to the door.

He opens it and sees none other than Harry and Scott standing their in all their god like glory.

Louis nearly loses his breath at the sight.

Harry and Scott forget their words when they see Louis shirtless, with his bed hair and gorgeous body on display. He's tiny yet toned and the boys just want to eat him up.....again.

"Hello Sweetheart" Scott says with a slight smirk.

"Um, Hi" Louis says shyly.

"Can we come in and have a chat" Harry asks.

Louis sighs.

"If this is about me turning down your job offer, you can leave, I'm not talking about it" Louis says.

Harry and Scott sigh, Louis obviously now knows they own the company and he probably doesn't want to speak to them again. Although, he does turn around to walk back into the apartment, leaving the door open for Harry and Scott follow.

Louis makes it to his couch and sits down, one leg on the floor and the other on the couch bent at the knee. Harry and Scott walk in, shut the door and take in the apartment as they sit on the couch opposite Louis. It's not the nicest place but they are thankful it's clean and in a safe area.

"Well we will be discussing that but firstly, what in gods name happened to your face" Harry says as he takes in Louis face and the purple bruise covering the left hand side of his cheek. Harry and Scott try to keep their calm, but the thought of Louis being hurt absolutely kills them.

Louis breath hitches, he surprisingly forgot about his cheek. He reaches up to touch his face.

"Oh, ummm nothing it's fine" is all Louis says. His heart is thumping in his chest, trying to think of a quick lie.

"Doesn't look like nothing, in fact, it looks like someone smacked you in the face, and...what happened to your shoulder" Scott then asks.

Louis looks to his left shoulder and sees a purple mark clearly in the shape of fingers.

Louis gets up and grabs the hoodie he left on his kitchen table and puts it on.

"Nothing, I fell, why are you here" Louis says defensively, trying to change the subject.

Harry and Scott sigh, they don't want Louis to get upset. It's clear someone has hurt him and he's not willing to talk about it, they will figure it out though and when they do, there will be hell to pay.

"Why did you turn down the job Lou"Harry asks. 

Louis looks at them both and shakes his head.

"Why do you think? I had zero idea you owned HS & Wolf, you conveniently left that detail out. You knew I wanted to work there and you only offered me a job because I slept with you and you feel sorry for me" Louis says.

"That is not true at all Louis" Scott says.

"We would never do that, and sleeping together had nothing to do with this" Harry tells him.

"Well I don't believe you" Louis says.

"Why not?" Scott asks.

"Because, you don't normally take under 25's at the company, Noah told me that today, you also have never seen my drawings, I only gave them to Noah today. And you feel sorry for me working at Smith and Leon and not being able to draw yet" Louis tells them upset.

"Look, we don't normally take under 25's because they need to learn the ins and outs of company life first, and we are yet to see any talent like yours, If we're being honest" Scott says.

"We have seen your work Louis, we called your university and had your entire portfolio sent across, we also asked the boys to show us a lot of your work back at home. It's insanely professional and you are extremely talented" Harry says.

"You are wasted at Smith and Leon, we want you training with our senior designers" Scott tells him.

"What? That's ridiculous, I thought you were talented businessmen, you're going to take a gamble on me? I could ruin your reputation. Sounds like a stupid business move to me" Louis says.

"It's not ridiculous, Smith and Leon don't know how good they have it with you, you could take their company to the next level. We don't want that, we want you on our team. You're to talented for them" Harry says.

"So you expect me to believe you'd hire me if you didn't know my brothers, if we'd never met on the plane, if we'd never slept together, and only based solely off my sample drawings" Louis says In disbelief.

"Absolutely, us meeting was fate, Lou, in all ways. It brought you to us and we want you involved in the company and...we would like to explore a relationship as well" Scott says.

Louis is left speechless, he really doesn't know what to do with this information.

"I told you I'm not good enough for a relationship right now,  I'm all over the place, I have so many things going on, it's not fair to you" Louis says.

"Lou, the last thing we want is to pressure you into anything, but we aren't going to lie right now. We can't stop thinking about you, about that night. We want to be around you, we feel a connection with you" Harry says.

"You opening up to us about the accident, about your past meant the world to us, we want to be there for you and we want you to let us in" Scott tells Louis.

Louis has to fight back the tears in his eyes, he can't actually believe this is happening. The last thing he expected was for Harry and Scott to be opening themselves up to him at 8 o'clock on a weeknight in the middle of his living room.

"I don't know...what to say" Louis tells them.

"We don't expect you to answer us right now Lou, just think about it okay, and the job offer. We won't stop until you're on our team" Harry tells him with a slight smirk.

"And we really don't want to stop seeing you, let us take you out, let's go on a date, see how you feels then. Give us a chance to take you on a proper date" Scott says.

Louis looks to them shyly.

"It was a proper date that night, I...it meant alot to me too, It was one of the best birthdays I've ever had" Louis admits quietly as he blushes slightly. Harry and Scott think he's just adorable.

They smile wide in response.

"Tomorrow night at 7, we will pick you up for dinner, dress warm" Harry then announces.

He and Scott then stand up to leave, not waiting for Louis to give them an answer.

They walk out of the apartment and turn around to face Louis, he leans on the door and looks towards them both.

"And we will find out who did this to you" Harry says as he reaches his hand out and stokes his thumb across Louis cheek.

"And when we do, they will never even look your way again" Scott says dominantly .

Louis gets butterfly's in his stomach at their words.

They both then lean down and place a kiss on Louis cheeks.

"Sweet dreams darling" Scott says.

"See you tomorrow" Harry winks at him.

They both then turn around and leave the building, leaving Louis feeling so many emotions he can't even think straight.
