Getting the oldest of both the Mukami's and the Sakamaki's in a oneshot is terrifying to say the least like have you seen these two? And together no less?! They're such polar opposites and I didn't want this oneshot to be angst filled and oml it's so difficult to make something even remotely fluffy when there's only these two involved lmao the only way this could have been a more difficult pairing to write for is if Carla was also here smh but thanks for the request hun! It was a challenge, but a fun one that I wholeheartedly accepted and I hope I managed to deliver on.~ <3

"Is there a reason you brought me here?" The black haired Mukami asked, Ryotei Gakuen's library being quiet as ever as I find myself off at a secluded table with not one but rather two vampires to keep me company.
I looked to Ruki with a bright smile. "I'm to be submitting a research paper on the biggest challenges humans, half-blooded vampires, and full-blooded vampires face in today's Demon World society and needed to interview you so I can quote you in my paper!"
"And just what is he doing here?" Ruki then asked, eyes narrowing as he looks to the blonde haired vampire sitting on the other side of myself, arms placed on the table as he lies his head down and naps. "Is that really the vampire you chose to interview?"
"Of course I chose Shu. You two were the first two vampys to pop into my head when I got the okay to write this paper for my final." I explained as I glanced to Shu before once again focusing my attention on Ruki.
The black haired Mukami sighed. "It can't be helped then. What is it you want to know?"
"Ah, I actually prepared some questions for the three of us to answer so that I can analyze the differences in our responses." I said as I quickly reached over to my backpack that's lying against the leg of the libraries chair and fished out my notebook. "Here, um," I paused while I flipped a couple pages to the questions I had planned, "okay! First question, how do you think society views you and what limitations does that place upon you as a half-blooded vampire?"
Ruki looked to me with a blank expression before glancing down to my notebook. "Well, since I'm half-blooded, I'm often times spoken about as a 'fake vampire' meaning I'm not taken seriously in the slightest bit despite proving to be more than simply an ex-aristocrat. As for limitations, I'd have to say that I can't freely do as I please when compared to full-blooded vampires. I'm always being criticized, watched, judged, and spoken about as if I'm an abomination that should have never come to be- though I guess that has to do with the fact that we are attending one of if not the most prestigious academy in all the Demon and Human worlds."
I nodded some. "True, all the vampires here come from high ranking families who most definitely hold onto old traditional views so it's only natural you and your brothers aren't taken seriously here." I said thoughtfully as I wrote down Ruki's response word for word so that I could quote him on this later while writing my paper. Shifting my attention away from the black haired Mukami, I looked to Shu who's still napping with his head down on the table. "How about you Shu? As a full-blooded vampire, how do you think society views you and what limitations do you feel that puts on you?"
The blonde opened just one of his ocean blue eyes to look at me, obviously still tired though awake enough to answer my questions. "Are you forgetting my father is the Vampire King? I'm no ordinary pureblood." He said with a small yawn.
Thinking for a moment, I shrugged. "Well, the three of us aren't exactly the most normal so I don't think you coming from a royal family discredits your experiences in the slightest bit."
"And how are you different?" Ruki then asked.
"I'm being taken care of by the Vampire King's six sons," I responded with a laugh. "If that doesn't place a target on my head in this society then I don't know what would."
The black haired Mukami shook his head, those ice cold blue eyes of his closing as he sighs. "You take your current situation far too lightly Livestock."
"She's a lewd woman so of course she would." Shu spoke up with a smirk dancing across his lips. "If anything, she loves living with us where she can be bit at any time of the night if she so much as asks for it."
"Oh what, you truly think I enjoy getting bit every night only to have a nasty bruise lasting for nearly a week that all of you absolutely love to reopen and bite into time and time again, preventing it from truly healing?" I asked with a small scoff. "Believe you me, I could very much do without that nightly painful experience. Do you know how much it hurts to try and shower with bite wounds littering your body? Or to get up out of bed after you wake up from previously fainting due to blood loss, your limbs all stiff and refusing to move? It sucks- pun fully intended." I then said with a laugh.
Ruki looked to Shu before glancing to myself. "How about we test something then?" He said, a mischievous smirk playing at the corners of his lips and oh I don't like where this is going. "Who's bite is worse? The bite of a full-blooded vampire, or a half-blooded vampire?"
"No." I immediately said without a second of hesitation. "You two are not going to have this competition in our school's library no less."
Shu actually pushed to sit up, blinking away the fatigue from his eyes as he nods some. "This could be used for your research paper." He reasoned.
"What did I just get finished saying?" I asked as I looked between these two vampires. "And my research paper has nothing to do with two vampires biting me-"
The blonde to my left leaned in close so that his lips just barely brushed the tip of my ear. "We could give you what that lewd body of yours always yearns for."
Chuckling, the black haired vampire to my left leaned in as well, his lips tracing over the side of my neck with a feather-light touch as I squeeze my eyes shut, my heart stuttering ever so slightly in its beats. "You like when we sink our fangs under that soft skin of yours, don't you Livestock? You enjoy giving yourself up to your masters."
With a shaky exhale of the breath I had been unconsciously holding, I reached up and placed the palms of my hands on the chests of these vampires, pushing them back from me so that I can breathe without feeling so suffocated. "Interview, you two. Focus on my interview, please." I said while trying desperately to ignore my rapidly beating heart.
"Only if you promise to give us something as payment once you get your answers," Ruki said with an amused lilt to his voice.
"You didn't truly believe you'd get us to help you for free, did you?" Shu then asked. "Or are you just as dumb as you are lewd?"
Looking between these two vampires with widened eyes, I sighed as I reluctantly looked down at my notebook with a dejected expression. "You two are so mean! Can't you help me out of the kindness of your unbeating hearts?"
"This world isn't built off of kindness, Livestock."
"Us vampires don't do anything unless it benefits us in some way. Now let us have our fun you lewd woman, we'll make sure you enjoy every last second of it."
Pushing my chair back, I grabbed my backpack and notebook before quickly standing up and leaving the table we had been sitting at near the back of the library. "Nope. You know what. I'm going to go ask Reiji and Azusa for their answers because you two are clearly not going to be playing nicely." I said as I began walking away from those two pesky vampires.
"Now you're just being rude for dragging us here only to leave us behind." Ruki scoffed.
"See you at home you lewd woman, you're sleeping in my room from now on so don't expect to have a pleasant night after pulling this stunt."
"You two are the worst!"
And with that, I stomped my way out of the library, trying to suppress the blush threatening to overtake my cheeks at their straightforwardness.
Honestly, those two are simply the two most insufferable vampires I've had the displeasure of meeting and yet I still can't help but love them. I'm a defective human...
Stupid vampires ruining my mental stability.

Keeping things lighthearted when both Shu and Ruki are involved is surprisingly difficult oml, but I love them both all the same so I'm happy with how this oneshot turned out.~ Though they are kinda dangerous aren't they? Not as open as Laito or Kou with their advances, but jesus can they turn on you in an instant if something triggers them xD gotta love vampires lul
As always, thank you so much for the request love! I hope you enjoyed what my weird mind came up with~ And to anyone else wanting to request, go back to the info chapter and request there <3 thanks for reading this lil oneshot. <3

Written while Listening to: "Mr. Butterfly Mask" by Sakamaki Reiji (cv. the cutie pie who also voices America from Hetalia and that one guy in la Corda d'Oro, Katsuyuki Konishi :'D) Why I'm listening to Reiji's song while writing for Shu and Ruki, I don't know, but did I ever change the song to one of their character songs? Nope and I have no regrets.
