Ichigo

I held back another coughing fit as Hanbu helped me leave the sewer. He kept mumbling to himself that we needed to hurry, but I wasn't getting very far.

I suddenly collapsed to the ground, while coughing up blood. Hanbu stepped back to let me have this moment.

When I finished, I trembled as I tried to stand. "Screw it," Hanbu said, helping me up. "I'm just going to carry you."

I nodded weakly, and he managed to get me on his back. He started running, but it was pretty slow.

I had blacked out a few times, leaving me wondering how long it took to get out of the sewer. I close my eyes for one second, and suddenly the blue sky is clear above our heads. "What the?" I asked in confusion.

"Do you know where Orihime could be?" Hanbu asked.

"No," I mumbled before I blacked out again.

The next time I opened my eyes, Orihime's eyes held worry.

"Ichigo!" She gasped when she saw my open eyes.

"Hey Orihime," I greeted, moving to a sitting position, looking around. "Where is everyone?" I touched my wound, and realized all that was left was a small scar.

"Chad, Uryu and Hanbu are fighting a perfect being somewhere. They had led the perfect being away from here so you could heal without interruption. What happened?"

I explained to her what happened after we had found Yajimaru. She gasped when she heard of the poison. "I'm glad you got here in time!" She exclaimed.

"Me too," I agreed as she finished healing me. I stood up. "C'mon. Let's go find them."

Apparently, there was no need, because suddenly Uryu crashed through the wall, startling me while Orihime shrieked. Ok, maybe startle wasn't a big enough word.

"Glad to see your ok," Uryu nodded towards me.

"Yep. I'm fine."

I summoned Michelle's sword and charged through the hole Uryu came out of, Uryu right beside me. The perfect being's eyes widened in surprise. How? He mouthed.

Chad, seeing the distraction, punched the being right into the sky. "I got this," I said, landing for a second before jumping towards the perfect being. With one quick swipe, I cut the perfect being directly in half. I landed back on the ground in a crouching position. A blue shard bounced off of the ground a foot way from me. Hanbu picked it up. "We're going to need all of the shards."

A look of despair came across his face, but I didn't have time to wonder why.

BOOM!

We all turned towards the direction of the explosion, Orihime approaching from the hole to stare with us. Shock and horror was written all over our faces from what we were witnessing.

Third person point of view

The explosion shook the Seireitei, causing everyone-soul reapers and perfect beings alike-to stop their battles and stare at what was going on.

Directly in the middle of the Seireitei, a lone figure, leaning forwards, was being launched into the air. Even from where they stood, they recognized the black kimono and the big zanpakuto this person held. It couldn't have been Ichigo, though, who's kimono was currently white.

No, this person was none other than Evie Ressello.

No one could see her face, so they were unsure if she was conscious or not. She wasn't moving, unless if you claim her steady pace as she went upward against her will moving.

Suddenly, another figure was seen, heading towards Evie, his fist raised in the air. When he was above the girl, he slammed both his fists against her back, slamming her back towards the ground. Only one group knew this second figure. Ichigo's group of friends knew who Evie's opponent was.

Yajimaru.

The soul reapers prepared themselves to run towards Evie, to help defeat the perfect being, but their current opponents weren't about to let that happen. The soul reapers were forced to fight the closest perfect being they were by.

Throughout the excitement, Rukia Kuchiki was seen flash stepping to each soul reaper, ready to help them defeat their opponent. Whenever a perfect being was defeated, she would collect the shard of Rachel. She had already gathered the piece from Ichigo's group.

"Let's go!" Ichigo and his friends shouted, running towards where the Seireitei had exploded. Pieces of rock were still flying, but not as much as before.

The group hoped with all they had, that Evie was going to be alright.

Hey! I got an update!

Anyways, you remember how I mentioned I had another account? Well, that one had published a new story called The New Celestial Mage. It's a Fairy Tail fanfic. Basically, in this one, Lucy had died, naturally putting the guild in a state of despair. Three months later, a new celestial wizard appears, wanting to join the guild. But there seems to be something off about her. She seems to know something about Lucy...

Anyways, I might as well describe the other book, Do I Belong?, the Bleach fanfic. In that one, a soul reaper, Makoto, finds that not a lot of excitement happens in her life. Unfortunately, she gets more than she bargained for when she's accused of a crime she didn't do. She flees the Soul Society, and ends up getting help from the last person she expects.
