Are you looking for a last minute, easy treat for Cinco de Mayo? These white chocolate dipped fresh strawberries would make something so simple seem so elegant.   

Season: Spring

Holiday: Cinco de Mayo

~Ingredients:

10 Large Strawberries, rinsed.*

2 Ounces White Chocolate Melts.

Large Green Sprinkles.**

~Directions:

Step 1: Melt the white chocolate melts.

Step 2: Dip the strawberries in and cover with the chocolate about two - thirds way up. Le the excessive chocolate drip off.

Step 3: Roll the bottom of the strawberry in the green sprinkles.

Step 4: Set on a wax paper for about 10 minutes or until the chocolate and the sprinkles have set.

Step 5:  Serve and Eat.

~Recipe Notes:

*Make sure to dry off the strawberries thoroughly or else the chocolate won't stay on on.

**We used crystals sprinkles, but you can use any kind you want.
