Candy Corn Sugar Cookie Bars

These festive sugar cookie bars are sure to impress. You won't believe how quickly they come together!

Holiday - Occasion: Fall / Halloween

~Ingredients:

-Cookie Bars:

1 Box Candy Corn Cookie Mix.

1/2 Cup Butter, softened.

2 Tablespoons water.

-Frosting:

3 Cups Powdered Sugar, sifted.

1/2 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened.

2 Tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream.

1 Teaspoon Vanilla.

-Decorations (Optional):

Sprinkles.

Chopped or Whole Candy Corn.

-Directions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a 8 inch square pan with parchment paper, leaving some hanging over the sides of the pan  or you can also spray the pan with some cooking spray.

Step 2: Empty the cookie mix packets into separate bowls.

Step 3: Add 1/4 Cup butter and 1 Tablespoon water to each bowl.

Step 4: Mix each bowl individually with the electric mixer on medium speed until soft dough forms.

Step 5: Press orange dough into the pan, then press yellow dough on top.

Step 6: Bake 25 to 30 Minutes or until golden.

Step 7: Cool completely.

Step 8: In a large bowl, beat the frosting ingredients with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and creamy.

Step 9: Spread on the bars.

Step 10: Top with the decorations.

Step 11: To Cut into trinagles: First cut into 4 rows by 4 rows to make 16 squares.

Step 12: Then cut each square diagonally into 2 triangles.
