JUNGKOOK'S HOUSE

"And now he's kicked off the hockey team, can you believe that?"

"No, I can't." Faye crossed her legs as she brought the cup of tea to her lips. "But tell me more, this is pretty entertaining."

"Faye." Jungkook irritatedly groaned as he tried to catch her focus. "I'm being serious, this is terrible."

"Just terrible." Faye nodded in agreement, when her and Jungkook's eyes met. They stared at each other for a good twenty seconds before the corners of his lips slightly curved upwards.

"Made you laugh." She casually teased, before taking another sip of the hot tea. "I'm really good at this, I should be your personal little counselor."

"I'm—"

"Good afternoon Mr. Jeon, would you like to solve your problems with some more tea or some classic Jazz?" The tone of her voice resembled a robot's.

"You're actually crazy." Jungkook chuckled, before glancing at her. "You probably already know that."

She raised her brows at him while taking another sip of the tea. "This is some good tea, did you make it?"

"My mom did actually." He glanced over his shoulder. "She knew you were coming over."

"That's so sweet." Faye smiled as she held her hands against her chest. "Does she know we're in a prank war?" She lowered her brow.

"Of course she does." Jungkook mumbled while he  shrugged his shoulders. "That's why she helped me make the tea with a hint of wasabi."

"What?" Faye's eyes widened as she looked down at her cup with a smile. "You're fucking kidding me."

"A war is war, and someone has to win, right?" He softly chuckled once he took notice of her devious smile. "Stop smiling like that. You can't prank me here." Jungkook quickly pushed his chair back as Faye stood up.

"Hey, does this thing work?" Faye casually pointed to the hose in Jungkook's backyard, to which he stupidly replied yes.

"Thanks for the answer buddy." She gave him the most extra pat on the back, and twisted the wheel until the hose sprayed cold water everywhere.

"Oh shit." Jungkook was frozen as he just realized what she was doing. "I'm waterproof!" He yelled, while holding a plastic chair to shield his head.

Faye couldn't help but laugh as she saw the chair he was holding has holes in it. She dipped her finger in the water, and nodded her head as she was pleased with the coldness. Faye switched the nozzle to the highest power there was, and effortlessly aimed it directly at Jungkook.

The splash of water drenched his entire face and body, leaving his clothes sticking to his skin. Faye broke into a laughing fit as the second spray hit him harder, sending him and the chair to the grass.

Jungkook used both his muddy hands to try and lift himself off the ground. Faye giggled as he slipped on his feet, landing on the muddy grass again. She ran over to him, and extended her hand. "I think this is enough torture."

He lifted his hand to Faye's, letting the mud cover her smaller hand. She tried to pull his heavy body from the ground, even through he was doing most the work. Jungkook licked his lips while he looked down at Faye with a subtle smirk. She brought her finger to his cheek, and wiped the trail of mud off.

Jungkook leaned closer to Faye, before whispering something in her ear. "I told you, I always win." He grinned as she just realized he had the hose in his hands.

"No, I'm in-vincible!" Faye squealed as she tried to escape his strong arms. Jungkook couldn't help but laugh as he watched her giggle. Her voice was like music to his ears. It was so dreamy and delicate.

"I can't wait till you guys see what we've done with the backyard." Jungkooks father proudly spoke to the group of salesmen as they walked towards the door.

He pulled both the screen doors open, and stepped outside to witness his son and a girl he's never even seen before, running around the backyard, covered in mud. "I apologize, h-he's our A student child, I swear."

"Oh, hey dad!" Jungkook waved from afar as he ran his fingers through his brown hair.

"Hi son." His father spoke through his teeth as he waved back.

"Hi mister Jeon." Faye smiled as she stood next to Jungkook. "It's nice meeting you!"

"Who the hell is she." He slowly muttered under his breath while giving her a fake smile in return. "You kids have fun out here. I'm gonna be in the kitchen, speaking to your mother." He continued to force a smile.

"Sound good." Jungkook gave him a quick nod, and then literally sprayed Faye's ass with the hose.

Mr Jeons eyes went wide as he marched back into their million dollar home. "Jiyeon, who is that girl and why is she white?"

Mrs Jeon raised her brow as she wiped her hands with the blue towel. "Is there a Koreans only sign stuck to the door? Let the poor kid get experience with different cultures and people." She began to explain to her husband. "Plus, she's Italian." She scoffed, before walking away.

Mrs Park was very quiet as she opened the door to Jimin's bedroom. He's been asleep all morning, so she had to wake him up at some point in time. She sat along the edge of the bed, and sighed. "Jimin?"

No answer.

It was exactly what she expected, but she wouldn't give up with him yet. "Jimin, baby, I know you're still angry, but you can't stay sleeping all day."

Still no answer. He must be a really deep sleeper or just ignoring her to avoid any confrontation.

"We can talk about this if you want." She glanced down at her lap, and back at her son. "I want you knowing that I'll always be here for you. I want to understand where your mind is. Don't ever think that I'm trying to tear you down. You mean more to me than anything on this damn Earth."

"Then you'd let me drop out of school." He lowly spoke, his voice still sore and rough.

"I'd be a bad mother if I let you do that." She softly laughed, before tugging at his arm. "Come on, get out of bed so we can talk."

Jimin waited until she left his room, and finally got out from under his covers. He went through one of his t-shirt drawers and rummaged through it, until he felt a ziplock bag. Jimin grabbed his credit card from his table and held it in his mouth. He set the bag onto the desk, and emptied a small amount of the white power onto the flat surface. He was very careful to lock his door whenever he used drugs.

Jimin used to take his sweet time with cocaine, but he was so used to it now that he could do it almost any time he wanted to. It was Kim Taehyung who introduced him to the world of drugs. Not even his closest friend, Jungkook knew about his habit.

He quickly snorted the line of cocaine on the table, before wiping the dust off with a napkin. He knew that he couldn't do too much at one time since his mother would eventually catch on. Jimin used the edge of his sheets to wipe around his eyes.

"Jimin, I've been waiting for two hours." Mrs Park complained as she sat in the living room. "I swear, you better not be sleeping agai—"

"I'm up—I'm up." Jimin mumbled while he stepped into the living room. He dropped himself onto the couch, and shut his eyes.

"What is it with boys and their strange sleeping habits." She questioned him while reaching for her warm coffee mug. "Are you gonna say at least one word?"

Jimin sighed as he barely opened his eyes. "What do you want from me."

"I'm trying to understand my stubborn son, but it's not working apparently." Mrs Park pursed her lips together, in disappointment. "You seem lost all the time, in your own little world. It's like me and your father don't know our son anymore."

"That's because you didn't wanna know me." He muttered, before glancing over at her. "My own father hates me, how do you—"

"Don't you dare say that." She yelled, while tears formed around her eyes. "Everything we do is for you. We're living, all for you Jimin. How are you that naive to say we don't love you."

"Well there's no fucking point in you living then, because I'm never gonna impress you. I'm never gonna be the son you want me to be." Jimin said without thinking his words through. "You know I didn't mean that." He bit the inside of his cheek.

She looked down at the floor, and gulped. "I don't know what your words mean anymore."

There was a brief moment of silence, before she left to the kitchen and grabbed her keys. "I'm going to the grocery store to pick some things up."

"I'm not gonna tell you what to do when I'm not here, because I know you won't even listen."

"Mom, would you stop making me feel so fucking bad." He grabbed both his shoes and followed her outside. "I'll go with you, okay? I don't want you driving when your upset."

"Go back inside Jimin." She ordered from the open window. "I'm alright. I'm just a little worried about you, that's all."

"Well I'm fine mom." He tried to sound convincing enough. "Don't think about anything that just went down. I was stupid for saying that."

"I won't." She reassured him for the millionth time now. "Make sure you lock the door behind you."

"That won't be necessary, because I'm not leaving the house, remember." Jimin gave her a precious smile as he tapped the side of her car. "Bye."

"Bye Jimin." She playfully shook her head, like she wasn't surprised at all.

Jimin ran back into the house, and used his foot to kick the door shut. "Jesus Christ, why am I such a prick?" He plopped down on the couch and began typing on his phone.
