Her dark brown eyes glistening with imminent joy, her prominent cheekbones which seemed to turn damask under his intense scrutiny, her full pink lips and the glowing happiness that radiated from her very being. His thumb caressed her soft cheek before he cupped her face and brought her closer to him, the distance minimalistic between them.

His lips grazed her forehead, lingering there for a long time before he pulled back and sighed happily.
