I was the first one to be downstairs eating my breakfast. It is 7:30 am in the morning The sounds of the omegas talking quietly with each other as they clean the kitchen and also pack members yelling that they are late for pack training.

Today is the day that I have to join the pack and be announced as the queen. Which isn't happening at all. I am not going to join this pack.

I lift the plate up and walked inside the kitchen the omegas move away to give me space and I smiled at them. I go inside the closet and grab a bunch of snacks to eat.

I'm going to hide from them all.

I run upstairs and I close the door quietly of my room. I grab a sweater and I open the window I  hold on to the lamp outside the window.

I throw the food on top of the roof and I made sure to close the window half way for they wouldn't think that I am on the roof.

I made my way up the roof and I stood up I am surround by many woods and trees I can see some royal guards walking back and forth. And pack members driving away in their car.

"Queen Zara it time." Said Emmett as he knock on the door. He wait for me to respond and he knock on the door.

And he open it."Queen Zara?" He made his way to the bathroom and he open it."She not here mateo where is she?"

"She went downstairs to eat breakfast and then she came back here to her room she hasn't left." Said mateo with a hint of worry as he spoke.

"Let's check the dining room." They walked downstairs and away from my room. I lay down on the roof and stare at the ceiling.

"Chloe the Queen is not in the house." Said Emmett." WHATT!" She scream and immediately apologize for being loud.

"He is waiting the alpha king is waiting." Said Chloe as she whined.

"I know that mate I know but we have to tell him." They said.

"Omg look do you think she jumped out?" She lift the window and look down."if she did she probably broke a few of her bones that a high jump."

"Let's go check for her outside mateo let the alpha king know it much easier since he knows her scent the best."

They leave my room and I sit up to see there wolves running inside the woods.

I close my eyes and smile as I hear the sounds of growls a very familiar growl." You were supposed to watch HER!" He yelled at mateo and I felt bad he is being yelled at.

The alpha king thinks he didn't do his job right.

The door of my room opens again."Her scent ends here meaning she is inside this room."

"Did you check in her closet,under her bed?"

He asked mateo.

I hear the window open."She on the roof." He said in a angry tone." Are you sure?"

I hold in a breath." Zara if I find you up there You are going to hate me." He said and I stood up slowly I walk slowly to the left to see the pool.

The cold pool.

I turn around to see a hand and I jump I close my eyes as the cold water hits my skin. I swam up gasping for air and I cough and cough.

I forgot to hold my breath. "Zara!" I look at the roof to see my mate narrowing his eyes at me."don't let me catch you."

He said and I smirk."you won't." I run towards the woods and I made a bunch of different turns I hear a howl.

And I didn't turn around I hear the sounds of footsteps behind me. I run and I past some royal guards who are yelling at me to stop running that I am close to the end of the territory.

But I don't stop.

I ran until he catch up to me and he tackles me he snarl at me and puts his weight on me for I couldn't move and escape.

He shows me his teeth telling me to submit but I held on to his stares. After a moment of just staring at me he shifts on me and uses his hands to support himself from laying his body on me.

"You're stubborn." He said as he shook his head he stands up and I watch him go behind the tree. I stand up and I hug my body.

I walk towards the pack house only to be slam on a tree." I'm going to the pack house mutt." I said. As he holds on to my wrist tightly.

"You don't need to drag meee!" I said to him as we quickly walk to the pack house.

When we enter the pack house Emmett and Chloe were already inside my room.

"Change." He said I look at the black dress in front of me."it a tradition that all queens wear this dress." Said Emmett.

I grab the dress and I walked inside the bathroom and I took a long shower on purpose.

When I was done I put the dress on."You look beautiful." Said Chloe as she holds my hand."no shoes."

I followed her downstairs and she opens the back door I seen his pack members outside and I watch him speak.

"Today is a special day for this pack I have found my MATE!" I watch as everyone cheers for my mate."We have found our QUEEN!"

He said." Please welcome zara to this pack." He said and he looks at me. I went towards him and he pulls me close to him.

I look at the eyes of his pack members they are all filled with happiness and also some had happy tears as well.

"I expect all of you to treat her with the same respect you give to me." He said in a stern voice.

They nod their head." Let's start."

He pulls away from me and I miss his warm body already.

He cut his hand and he hands me the knife. I roll my eyes as I do the same."Zara do you promise to protect this pack and be a member of this family?"

He ask me and I stay quiet family?

The only people who are my family is my parents and my brother.

"Zara?" Said Emmett. And I look into my mate eyes.

"I do." As he grab my hand and mixes our blood together he holds on to me as I feel the many links of his pack opening up in my head.

"Welcome to the night walker pack." He said to me and the pack cheers.

I watch as he left my side to speak to some of his pack members." Hello dear." I turn my head to look at the woman in front of me." My name is Kathy I'm your mate mother the ex-queen of the night walker it so finally good to see you."

She said with a small smile.

"Welcome to the family daughter." I hold in a breath at what she said and I shook my head."Sorry." And I left her and went back inside.
