" Neiiiiiiiillllllllllll" Avni woke up yelling Neil names. Avni was sweating and shivering. She looked outside and it's was still dark. She got up bed and went to her balcony. She sat there and remembered in words when whenever she got bad Dream or nightmares. Thinking all this she went memory line.

Flash back!

It's was Diwali day when everyone after celebrating and doing fireworks went sleep. While Avni was still wake when she felt something strange would happen but she chucked her thoughts and went to kitchen to fill her jug. She came back to room. Keeping jug on table she moved to bed and laid down.

She covered herself and slept.

It's was middle of the night when Avni starts mumbling something suddenly she shouted. Hearing her shout Neil was first One to come to her room and turned the lights on. As he he turned lights on he saw her shivering and sweating. Others come too. Neil move to Avni and sat on bed. Others were surround around the bed.

Neil tried holding her hand but Avni jerked it. Finally Neil got hold of her and pulled her in his arms. He rubbed her back to calm her down. Bebe Brought water and give to Neil. Neil made Avni have some water and give glass back to bebe.

Neil : Avni you okay!

Avni nods and held tee-shirt tightly. Neil noticed this and looked at others.

Neil: Bebe you all go and sleep. I'll here with Avni.

They nods moved to their room. Neela was last to go and closed the door as she left.

Neil broke hugs and saw her crying. He wiped her tears and kissed her forehead .

Neil : sshh! You fine!

Avni : Neil..... woh.... someone...... Tried...... separating......... us.... they....... killed...... you....

As she said she hid her face Into Crook of his Neck and starts crying. Neil was shocked to hear this from but knew he had to calm her down. He hugged her back and rubbed her back.

Neil : shhh! It's was bad dream.. see I'm here front you... nothing happened to me.. you with me na... no one can harm when you with me... don't cry... I won't leave you so Easily.... we still need fight... cry.... and any things to do...... remember I promised you that I won't leave you......

Neil broke hug and wiped her tears and placed his lips on her forehead. Avni looked at him..

Avni : you.... won't.... leave... me...

Neil : i won't... now sleep... it's late...

Neil made Avni lie down and sat Beside her and caressed her hair hair. Avni closed her eye. Neil kept caressing her hair until she slept. Neil kissed her forehead and got up to leave. He turned to go when he felt hand stopping him.

He turned back and saw Avni holding his hand. Avni opened her little bit and looked at him.

Avni : don't go! Please!

Neil sat back down and caressed her hair. Avni closed her eye again.

Half hour passed Neil kept caressing her hair. Unknowingly he too closed his eye and slept there with his one hand on her head and other one holding Avni hand..

Flashback ends.

While thinking all This tear slipped from her eye. She wiped it up and looked at The sky..

Avni : there was night where Neil use to sleep uncomfortable beside me when I got bad dream or nightmares but everything is changed now.. today I'm feel in this world.. i have my parents with me but his presence was something else. His comfort, his care, his love, his trust to me m, everything of him made me feel special but today I have realised why because he fell love with me... I heard him saying to Neela ma he loved me but was ready to sacrifice for my happiness... is his love so selfless like him.... today I have realised what I'm going to miss.... I agree I'm angry with me but my heart won over my anger.... but it's too late... he won't agree to be with me because he thinks my happiness lies in vidyiyt but the truth is my happiness lies in you Neil..... I can't wait anyone more to be in yours arms.... please come back to me.... i don't want marry vidyiyt..... please....

Avni let her long tear escape from her eye but before it could fall someone wiped it up. She looked up and saw Neil wiping her tears..

Avni : Neil!

She smiled seeing but soon smile faded away as Neil disappeared. Avni wiping her tears moved inside the room and went to her cupboard and took big teddy bear which was gifted by Neil. She took that teddy bear and walk to bed and laid down along with teddy.

She hugged teddy tightly and closed her eye. She left thinking about Neil and her memory.

Next morning.
Avni reached hospital and went straight to Neil. She saw him sleeping from the glass. Controlling her tears moves to her cabin but she failed to notice someone watched her. The person held the door tightly and left the hospital.

Neil woke up as he heard some noise and saw nurse was doing something.

Neil : why don't you let me sleep.

She got startled by how sudden voice.. she looked at him and gulped down in fear seeing his anger.

Nurse: so...rry... sir....

Neil : will you sorry bring my sleep back.

She looked down but looked up as she heard Avni voice..

" sorry mr Khanna but there is time for certain things. About your sleep then you can sleep much as you want but at your place..

Avni glared him seeing he was shouting at nurse. Neil looked at her the nurse.

Neil ( mind) I regret my decision. She become Hitler. This reason why I hate him.. my Avni become second Hitler. I just hope I don't die like Jewish people die in Germany. Please God i haven't got married yet don't kill me.. okay... I'm still planing for my kids too... they will be cute Like my Avni.... shhh Neil what you thinking. She is going to kill you and you planning to have kids with her... being in hospital I'm going ma... urgggh...

His tranche broke as Avni shook him.

Neil : what?

Avni : excuse me! I'm your doctor not your wife that you would shout any time..

Neil didn't bothering answering her but mumbled himself but it's was quite loud to Avni to hear..

Neil : I wish you were my wife but it's not in my luck..

Avni : did you say something!

Neil : no why did you hear something?

Avni : no anyway I'm not untested in your stupid talks.

Neil : whatever. Anyway doctor ji when can I go home..

Avni : by this afternoon. I think your family must be Coming.

Neil nods.

Avni looks at nurse who just walked in.

Avni : yes!

Nurse : ma'am he needs to change.

Neil : who will do it?

Nurse : off course me!

Avni glared her. Neil looked at wide eyes open.

Neil : you... but I don't want change..

Avni : you go I'll handle it.

Nurse nods and goes. Avni turned to him.

Avni : mr Khanna get change.

Neil : can I ask you something!

Avni : hmmm!

Neil : why don't you call me as my name... I mean my name is so beautiful then why mr Khanna.

Avni : I love being personal and professional mr Khanna. my best friend told me never to fix personal and professional life together...

Neil smiled knowing she still knows his words.

Avni : get change now! I have to check you.

Neil nods and got up bed and moved but fell on bed as he was still weak. Avni held him..

Avni : you stay seated. If you comfortable then I can help you..

Neil looked at her and saw care for him. He gave nods. Avni made him sit on bed properly and moved his hand to his shirt. She pulled his shirt and took his shirt and made him wear it. She moved and brought water in bowl. She dipped cloth and starts wiping his face. Neil was staring her only...

Avni moved from him then checked his Heath.

Avni : you need good rest.. you will be Better... I'll send your family members in.

Neil nods. Avni left the room and saw Swetha and Bebe coming.

Avni : mrs Khanna you can meet your son.

Swetha looks at her with teary eyes so does. They both never thought Avni would call them as Mrs Khanna. Controlling themselves Swetha looked at avni.

Swetha : Avni we brought food for you too.

Avni : it's not needed.

Avni went to cabin. Swetha sighed and walked to Neil room with Bebe.

Late in afternoon when Neil got discharged from hospital. Avni along with dr mehra was there until Neil was there. As Neil left with his family Avni went back to her cabin and opened he phone and saw Neil photo..

Avni : how long I have to wait for see you.. maybe today was last day to see you...

She kept her phone and went to next ward to see her other patients.
