Kia and Neil was playing with each other when nurse comes with food. Neil looks at her.

Nurse : sir it's time your food then medicine.

Neil : food...., medicine.... no... I'm fine....

Nurse looks at wide open thinks how does Avni knew about this.

Nurse : sir you have to have it as ma'am said.

Neil : who... is your ma'am?

Nurse: she is the one who treated you.

Neil : Kai baby are you hungry!

Kia : no chachu!

Neil : baby please say yes!

Kai : but chachu I'm not hungry.

Neil made Puppy Face at her which she had to agree. Nurse wasn't looking at them or heard them as she was busy talking the food and medicine out.

Neil : Excuse me!

Nurse stops and looks at him.

Nurse : yes!

Neil : could bring food Kai baby too.

Nurse : but sir!

Neil : do as say!

She nods and starts moving but stopped as saw Avni standing at the door and glaring at Neil who was unaware of this.

Nurse : ma'am you here!

Avni : why can't I come here?

Hearing Avni voice Neil looked at door and saw. His breath got stuck seeing almost after 5 years later. Neil looked at from top to bottom and saw there was no change but her body was change. She become skinny. Her eyes didn't shine as use to do. Something was missing her which made Neil curiosity to know. He kept looking at when Kai poked him.

Kai : Chachu don't eat her Alive.

Neil looked away and starts pretending as he doesn't feel her presence.

Nurse :sorry ma'am!

Avni : you go out and see others patient. I'll see this patient.

Nurse nods and moved out of the room. Avni looked at them and saw how Kai was sitting close to Neil. Neil was looking down avoiding her gaze.

Avni ( mind) great mr Neil Khanna has Starts avoiding you. Let's play another game with you then.

She walks to them and looked at food which was untouched then looked at Neil.

Avni : mr Khanna why you haven't touched food yet?

Neil snapped his head to her.

Neil : woh..... woh.....

Avni : I understand you injury but that doesn't show you lost your words. Don't stammer and why haven't you had your food yet....

Before Neil could reply Kai looked at avni.

Kai : doctor don't scold my chachu.

Avni : beta you don't interfere in this. It's between doctor and patient.

Neil looked at her then Kai who was almost verge of crying. He held Kai hands and cupped her face.

Neil : Kai baby you go to mamma. Chachu will come soon. Okay!

Kai nods and moved from the bed and starts walking to exist. Avni didn't cared about all this. She is not strict with children but Neil presence made her do it. She wanted to make him realise what he has done to her..

Neil : sorry behalf of Kai but she doesn't like when someone shouts or scold.

Avni didn't say anything and starts walking to food try where it's was kept and came to him.

Avni : this is hospital not your home so have this! And remember I'm not your nurse who will bear your baby tantrums. Finish it up.

Neil ( mind) why she is behaving like this? Am I the reason behind this. I know Avni you can't shout at anyone especially kids then why today.

His thoughts where broken by Neela who came to see Neil. Avni and Neil looked at Neil. Neil wanted to hug her but couldn't do as Avni was there.

Neela : how are you Neil?

Neil : I'm good!

Neela looks at avni.

Neela : Avni senior doctor wants to have word with you.

Avni : sure ma'am!

Avni leaves not before glaring Neil who was staring at avni. Neela comes to Neil and sat next him.

Neela : why didn't you tell me that you going to come back?

Neil : I wanted to surprise you all but got something else..

Neela : I want say something.

Neil : maa if it's about Avni then don't. Please I could see how much she hates me.

Neela : she doesn't hate you Neil.

Neil : maa please let's not talk about her. You say how are you?

Neela : without my son how do you think I could be. You didn't even try to meet me. Why?

Neil : I'm sorry maa! I know I should have came back but it's was not in my hand when I met with accident in New York. If that day i didn't lose my memory then I would have came back to India few years back. Maa please don't tell anyone about my accident. No knows about this Expect you. I haven't told anyone not even karan or bhabhi. They did Ask where I was but i told them I was on business trip which they agreed.. maa please don't cry...

Neela wiped her tears and looks at Neil.

Neela : won't you tell her you love her..

Neil was shocked as he shared loving Avni to anyone Expect his mom who forced him to spit it out..

Neil : ho... w you know maa?

Neela : maa right! You call me maa. This is what made me know you love my daughter. I can see in your eyes...

Neil : what's the point of telling her? She is going to marry soon....

This time Neela was shocked. Neil looking at her shock face.

Neil : I read it in newspaper. There was news to about that... I knew why you wanted me to come India but maa if she is happy with him then why should try to snatch her happiness..

Neela : you really think she is happy..

Neil : maa I don't know what she wants but I can see she is happy...

Neela : if you really think she is happy then you will sacrifice your love for her....

Neil : that's is not even question maa! I have already done it. My love is nothing for her happiness. Her happiness matters a lot for me...

He stopped as he heard door opening. Neil saw Avni coming.

Neela followed his gaze and saw Avni.

Neela: Avni come here!

Avni : ma'am we should inform his family about his discharge.

Neela : I'll do it!

Avni nods.

Avni : ma'am how long is your duty?

Neela : another 3 hours!

Avni : okay!

She left the room while Neil looks at Neela.

It's was evening when Avni reached home and saw Ashish sitting down. Avni walks to him and sat beside him.

Avni :papa!

Ashish look up and saw Avni.

Ashish : when did you come?

Avni : just now! Why you look worried?

Ashish : thinking about your marriage.

Avni : papa I want say something but wait for vidyut to come...

Ashish : any serious!

Avni : not much!

Soon vidyut joined them. He smirked seeing Avni which was noticed by Ashish to which he wanted to punch him but controlled his anger..

Avni : vidyut come sit!

Vidyut took seat opposite them.

Avni : papa as you know yesterday was plane crash...

Ashish nods but he was still confuse. Vidyut was watching them but Mainly Avni.

Avni : papa I have decided something..

Ashish : what's is it?

Avni : papa I don't want marry next week... today senior doctor said they won't give me holiday even I'm the owner of hospital Daughter.. papa can we postpone the wedding until few years... papa I have agreed to marry vidyut but still I think I need to time...

Both were shocked to hear this but Ashish was happy to know this while vidyut was spitting fire to Avni.

Vidyut : Avni we can have Simple wedding too.. about your patients then Someone else can take your job until our wedding....

Avni : vidyut the things is I can't be selfish for my personal life. My first priorities is my patients then my personally life... I have dream vidyut... my career is there for me... marrying you won't take more than week.. you only wanted to marry me then you can wait until few years.... vidyut my job is important for me...

Vidyut : but why don't you understand I love you and want Marry you...

Avni : if you love me then you would happily agree with my Decision... think about it marrying me... papa I won't marry until few years.... sorry but I am not backing up... this is my final decision.. and vidyut if you can wait then wait not I'm not marrying you next weeks...

Saying this she took her stuff and left to her.. Ashish looked at vidyut...

Ashish : I'm sorry vidyut but it's Avni decision...

Vidyut : it's okay uncle.. don't say sorry... I can wait for her...

Ashish nods...

Ashish ( mind) no one can beat you Mrs Neela metha.. how easily you made Avni agree to back Avni from marrying vidyut.. thank you for this Neela. I Know it's you behind all this. Senior doctor wouldn't say anything unless you say it..

Ashish smiled himself but hid it soon.
Vidyut was looking at avni room thinking what will happen next.. he can't wait until few years...

Neela heard this and she was happy as her first plan was success..
