Seokjin pov

Tonight I was so happy. My younger brother Taehyung is coming here tomorrow morning.

He landed here two days back. His classes starts the day after tomorrow. Before that he told he would pay a visit.

I told Liz and she was really excited too. I have told about him and Namjoon to her like she tell me about Evan and Emily.

We both were equally happy to be exact because Emily is also dropping by tomorrow so they could have a girl's time.

Eliza used to tell me how they used to spend their whole time together. They shared the same room back home, went to same school, later colleges, participated in dances and other competitions together as a team. So I can imagine how much she was looking forward to this get away.

I know there is no one who understands her better than Emily, she knows everything about her. Even a single scratch on her skin.

"You are dressed up already?" I asked seeing her in a pastel pink loose fitted sweater and black leather pants. Something she wears outside.

"Yup, she already came. She just went to my room to steal one of my clothes." She added while fitting onto the boots in the foot stand. "When is Taehyung coming?" She asked.

Before I could reply, the door bell rang. That must be him.

I opened the door and was engulfed in a bear hug by none other than Taetae.

"Hyungggg, I missed you." Childish as always, I thought to myself.

"Well hello to you too. Come in bro." I dragged him inside not wasting a minute to introduce him to Eliza.

"You must be Eliza." He beat me to it with the introduction.

"Yes and you might be Taehyung." She chuckled extending a hand to him which he gladly shook.

"How was your travel here?" I asked him.

"First took the bus then a cab." He replied while digging into his bag.

"You should keep the bag in the bedroom. You are staying tonight right?" Eliza enquired.

"Yup but I have to leave in the morning. I have afternoon class." He replied pouting.

"Keep the bag and stuffs in the room upstairs. The room in the middle." I directed him.

He stood from the couch leaving us both alone in the room.

"I think I should head out too. If I stay any longer she will lag too."

"Ok see you later. Bye."

"Bye" She waved at me before flashing her dimpled smile.

My phone buzzed dragging my eyes down to my hand. It was Jace.

"Hey."

"Can you come over to the Uni?"

"Today is Sunday." I retorted. Why do I have to come to campus when it's clearly a public holiday.

"Please please it is really important. I am in trouble. It won't take much time. Just an hour. Please."

"Alright fine. I will come. But I have to leave soon." I couldn't abandon him when he clearly said he is in trouble.

As I hung up the call, Emily came downstairs.

"Hey, Seokjin." She chimed as she got down the stairs.

"Hey, Em. I see you bagged her sweater." I chuckled seeing her wearing a pink sweater the same one Liz wore, the day she cooked gimbap for me.

"I thought I would match with her pink top. She hates it when we wear matching stuff." She whispered with an evil smirk on her face.

"Go and see her reaction for yourself. She's waiting for you outside." I warned her beforehand.

Just as she was slipping onto her boots Taehyung stepped down from the stairs.

"Em, that's my little bro Taehyung." I informed her. He was now changed into more comfy clothes.

Just then Eliza shouted 'Emma' from the parked car outside, startling both me and Emily.

"Hey Taehyung, will talk later. Gotta go, bye."

"Bye." He waved before she left.

I was about to talk to my brother when another call from Jace broke out.

"Taehyung-ah I'm sorry but I gotta go to campus real quick. It won't take that long. I'm so so sorry." I apologised. I really wanted to spend more time with him, which clearly wasn't possible right now.

"It's okay, hyung. I will find something to engage myself." He assured me.

I drove to the campus and reached faster than I usually does. A familiar figure was waiting near the gazebo head stooped down. Jace.

Since it was Sunday. The place was not crowded at all. Just one or two people who are mostly workers.

"Hey, Jace. What happened?" From his expression I knew something was wrong.

"She cheated on me." That's all he said before he choked restraining himself from slipping out his tears.

Jace was in love with his childhood friend. They knew each other since they were ten. She was his life. Everything he did and does was for their future together.

They were so in love or so he thought. He was head over heels for her.

"Lately when she fought with me, I thought it was just because of her stress at work. But now I know why." His voice cracked.

"It's alright. Let it all out. I'm here." I didn't know what were the right words to use. So I carefully assured him I will be here for him. And that was enough.

"She was cheating on me. That too for more than a year. I caught her texting or should I say sexting to this guy at her work."

I silently listened to him. He was heart broken that is all I know. I don't know how to calm him down. I can joke my way out but when it comes to talks like this, it gets difficult.

"It is okay Jace. She doesn't deserve you. If she did, she would never have done this to you. She was not meant for you. Okay? You deserve better. It can be hard to get over her. Everything you does might remind you of her. But with time you will get past this. At the right moment who knows you might find your girl. The situation might not be always appropriate, it could be in weird circumstances but if you feel it's the right one, go for it. Even your past can't hold you back. When that happens nothing can hold you back not even this heart break. You just need to hold on tight."

I blurted out the words that came to my mind. I didn't know what I was telling. I didn't know if it was the right words or advise. But one thing I know was, I was talking or rather assuring myself. Why? Why did I do that? And why couldn't I stop thinking about Eliza when I talked about it?
