She came near him and straightly looking into his eyes.

Preetha: Hello Mr.Luthra.mujhe laga ab bhi thumhara appointment nahi milega  bahot busy jo rehthe ho thum?

Karan was confused.

Preetha: aise kya dekh rahe ho.....mein yeh keh rahi hu ki aaj kal thum bahot busy rehthe ho ki phones tak nahi uthathe ho?

He is feeling different listening her words and seeing her attitude.

Preetha: aise bhi kya kaam hai?

Karan: Wh....wha...What? mujhe kuch samaj nahi aaya?

Preetha: mein samjathi hu naa......thumhe shrishti phone kiya hai aur rishab ji bhi phone kiya hai thum uthaya nahi.kya kar rahe the thum? 

Karan(not able to answer) : mein..... mein.....busy the

Preetha: ha uss busy ka naam kya hain?

Karan: m...mein academy mein tha.isiliye phone nahi uthaya

Preetha: karan thum bhul rahe ho ki mein bhi waha kaam kar raha hu.aaj thumhara day off hai yeh mujhe pata hai.

He is speechless and knows she is catching his lie.he is afraid for some unknown fears.

Preetha: ab sach bathao ....kaha the thum?

Suddenly she hears a voice....

Mahira: mere paas tha wo......

Preetha closes her fist listening her.Mahira was sitting on the couch while everyone were standing.

Mahira: suna thumne....karan din bhar mere paas hai mera khyaal raka . isiliye call nai uthaya.aur kuch puchna chahthe ho?

Preetha(little loudly): haa mahira bahot kuch puchna chahthi hu lekin thumhe nai isse(pointing towards karan)......thum rest karo .zyada bolo math thumhari tabiyat teek nahi rahega.

Srishti wants to whistle for this answer and everybody in the house gets stunned by her words and her courage.

Preetha(seeing karan): mujhe sach jaana hai karan......kya thumhe nahi pata mere arrest ke baare mein?

Karan was shocked by that question.He don't know what to say.He was guilty but he cant help at that moment.He just remained silent.

Preetha: jawab do mujhe.....kya thumhe pata hai mere arrest ke baare mein?

He wants to say something but he was not able to.Words were not leaving his mouth when

Kareena: haa patha hai use(she grits).thumhari ma ke baare bhi use patha hai aur meine jo kuch bhi kaha thumhari ma ko woh bhi patha hai aur use thik laga 

Pretha(shouts): meine aapse nai pucha aap bhi mahira ki tarah raho.....

Kareena was shocked by her arrogance and was about to speak when preetha glared at her.Kareena took a back step and preetha continued with karan

Preetha : karan mein thumse puch rahi hu.....kya thumhe pata hai?

Karan getting lost to her,nods.

Pretha(controlling her tears): thumhe pata kar bhi nai aaya chudwane keliye....kyun?

He understood that she won't go without his answer.Unknowingly he starts saying,

Karan(without looking at her):M....Ma.... Mahira bol rahi thi ki thu...thu..(closes his eyes)thumne use dhakka diya.Police bhi wahi kaha.....aur mein 

Preetha(interrupting him): un bathon per believe kiya.haina?

She was having tears saying it and he,seeing her also have tears.Not only them but everybody who knows their bond have tears.

Preetha(wiping her tears): thumhari baathon se mujhe lag raha ha ki thum jaan bujhke shrishti ka phone kaat diya.haina?

Karan remains silent.

Pretha(loudly): karan bolo....

Karan not able to bear her words and feeling insulted, shouts.

Karan(angrily): haa kaat diya mein srishti ka call jaan buchke kaat diya(her tears make thier way).......mujhe pata hai ki thum arrest hogayi mein nahi aaya thumhe chudwaane keliye. Rishab ka call bhi isiliye  nahi uthaya mein kyunki woh mujhe daantega ki  thumhari help na karnekeliye.(Rishab fists his hand while pauses) waise thum nai mein thumhe puchna chahiye ki kya thum mahira se kaha ki shhadi se backout karne keliye.haa?

Preetha(closes her eyes): haa meine kaha

Karan: haa....kyun? kyun kaha?

She doesn't respond to him and see him tearfully but her eyes show some other things.

Karan: jawab do mujhe.....(she don't speak)kyun chup ho mujhe keh rahi ho ki jawab do jawab do.....ab thum mujh jawab do

Kareena,ramona and mahira smiles that karan was against her completely.He was reiterating back to her.

Karan(continuing): chalo mein hi thumhari jawab deti hu.........thumne usse isiliye kaha kyunki thumhe bardaash nai hai ki mein kush hongi.thum dekh nai sakthi mujhe kisi aur ke saath..... thum seh nahi paa rahe ho ki thumhari jagah kisi aur ki hone jaane rahe hai.......meri naam se mile name,fame,property,money sab kuch thum kho jaaogi isiliye...isiliye thumne usse backout karne keliye kaha .aur mahira .....thumse bahot achi hai mujhse bahot pyar karthi hainaa wo nahi suni thumhari baath aur thum(pointing her fiercely)......thumne kya kiya....thumhari raasthe se hatne keliye  thum use maarna chahthe the aur dhakka diya........ shukar hai ki sherlyn aur mahira ne dekha hai aur police se sach kaha(preetha widens her teary eyes) aur bhagwaan kare mahira safe hai.waise bahot bhagwan bhagwan bolthe hona thum....yeh baath thumhe nahi pata ki bhagwan sachi logon ki taraf hothe hai thumhari jaise ke saath kabhi nahi hotha......You are not true preetha arora.jaise dikthe ho waise nahi hai thum........bahot giri huyi

He just saw her with tears placing his hand on his cheek.Yeah,itna mehnat karke itna sab kuch bolana..... prize tho milega ek theeki mirchi thappad milgaya.Preetha slapped him as tightly as she could.

Everybody in the house were left speechless by his action and for her reaction.Aroras and luthras felt very happy for the slap but kareena,ramona,mahira and karan were afraid seeing her fierce full slap and her fierce full eyes.

Preetha(angrily and painfully): thum nahi mein dungi thumhara sawal ka jawab...... mujhe ab patha laga ki sherlyn ne thumse kya kaha?..........thumhe pata hai kya hua hai.meine waha bustop mein khara hua tha aur mujhe kisi ne dhakka diya peeche se aur mein truck ke saamne gayi thi lekin srishti ne mujhe meri saamne se dhakka diya aur mein piche pade the pata nai mahira kaha se aaya wo truck ke saamne gaye the.mujhe pata bhi nahi tha ki mahira kya kar rahe the mere peeche ......use chot lagatha  mein aur shrishthi use hospital mein join kiya.phir bhi pata nayi sherlin kaha se aaya aur wo police se kaha ki mein mahira ko dhakka diya.mujhe khud nahi pata woh hai waha mein use kaise.......dhakka dene ki chodo mein aisa soch bhi nahi sakthi.lekin thum.....

She pauses.

Preetha: thum mujhpe nai logon ke baath pe believe kiya karan.yeh pehli baar nahi hai.Sherlyn kaise hai yeh thumhe pata hai aur mujhe bhi.phir bhi thum uski baathon par yakeen kiya aur mujhe ye sab baathein kaha(wiping her tears).......mein isiliye thumhara bakwas sunatha ki mujhe jaana hai ki kisne kaha hai ye sab meine pehle guess kiya and it was right.Its sherlyn then and now also.(with tears) mujhe laga jo kuch bhi hua hamare beech dono pariwaron ke beech.... sab badal raha hai aur yakeen tha ki zaroor badlega lekin mein galath thi.sab kuch aur zyada bhigad raha hai....kaash karke hum dono ke beech.

Karan was in tears listening her.He was not able to decide who's right and wrong.

Pretha: chaliye maaa......

Arora's with tears begins to move but she comes back to him again.....and they listen to her.

Preetha: haa meine thumhe pura jawab nai diya.....thum yeh janna chahthe ho ki kyun mein mahira ko kaha ki shaadi se backout karnekeliye..... 

He nods slightly with tears falling down.

Preetha(holding out her nupital chain and showing it): iski kathir.....jab thumne mujhse dhokese shaadi ki (he closes his eyes)mein isiliye accept kiya kyunki mein shaadi ko believe karthi hu.mujhe vishwas hai shaadi mein.....aur thumne kya kiya? aadhi rath ek sunsaan rassthe par chod diya ek baar bhi nahi dekha peeche.... phir bhi mein yeh pehenthi hu kyunki mujhe vishwas hai ki sab theek hoga.aur fir thumhari shaadi ka announcement mahira ke saath..... fir bhi meine pehan rahi hu kyunki mujhe vishwas tha ki thum bhi ek din believe karogi iss shaadi pe lekin ab(she gulps and closes her eyes for once and opens them firmly) mein believe nai karthi hu .....mujhe nahi hai vishwas hamari shaadi pe isiliye.....

She pulls the nupital chain with force and throws it on him.It was a like a dead feeling to him.It was hanging to his shirt he was just seeing it .Luthra's and Arora's were literally shocked seeing that.

Preetha(firmly): yeh mera nahi hai ......tab thumne bola lekin meine nai maana  lekin ab mein bol rahi hu..... bhul jaao ki kabhi mein thumhari gaadi pe the bhul jaao ki mein thumhara ghar aaya bhul jaao ki  hamari dosthi hogayi bhul jaao ki hamari shaadi hogayi aur bhul jaao ki karan aur preetha kabhi mile the.......because mein bhul rahi hu.You dont exist for me Mr.Karan.....GOOD BYE.Bhagwan ko yahi dua karthi hu ki mein thumse kabhi na dekhu.........

She goes and Aroras follow her tearfully.

She left him,left him with her friendship,left him with her good times,left him with her fights,,left him with her memories,left him with her pain finally she left him.
