AFTER A FEW HOURS

All gather in the living,they all are in a maze.Though sherlyn admitted their plans but everything is like pieces of puzzle which are to be put together to get a complete picture and they know  only one can do it.

Preetha knows this and she is ready to tell them everything,she needs to clear it for once and all.She sees everyone...... All of them except kareena are waiting for her to initiate,karan looks at her giving her the support.He too wants to know what happened behind his back.Preetha taking a breathe starts,

Preetha: I know aap sab ko bahot kuch sawal hein par pehle sunlo mein kya kehnewali hu.......

They listen her intently,

Preetha: Yeh sab ki shuruath Rishab ji ki engagement ke din hua tha.Uss din Rakhi ma ko food poison huyi aur aap sab meri ma ko blame kiya.jab ma ko police station leke gayi mein kumkum bhagya hall wapas aayi thi to get any proofs which tells me what actually happened,which can prove my mothers innocence.uss wakth mein Sherlyn ko dekha kisi aadmi ke saath.wo kekrahi thi ki usine rat poison mix ki thi food mein kyunki use lagi ki mein Rishab ji ko shaadi karna chahthi hu.I am shocked........i didn't expect her to be like that.mein unn dono ko pakad nai payi kyunki meri ma ko meri jaroorat thi pehle use bahar nikalni thi.mein uske baare mein Karan ko pataya lekin wo nai suni meri baath usse bhi Sherlyn ke jaise hi lagi thi.

Karan closes his eyes remembering those moments...........he didn't like that thought from then.Now he don't like that thought because she is his wife but why didn't he like it then?

Preetha: But next day karan came to me and said he believes me about Sherlyn.I am surprised and happy..........karan ne meri ma ko chudwaya aap sabhi ka saamna karke,meri ma hamare ghar aayi.usi din hamne decide kiya ki Sherlyn ko kisi bhi tarah se expose karna hein..Har baar ham sach tak pahunch jaathe the lekin end mein sab kuch waste hotha tha pata nai kaise we would be back to square one every time.And one day,Prithvi came for marriage proposal.We couldn't say no to him because he seemed to be perfect.ma ne pehli baar meri zindagi ka faislya liya.mein mana nai kar payi kyunki ma bahot kush thi mereliye.So i accepted him because my mother liked him.

She says it looking at karan conveying him why she had to accept him..........but karan is angry.

Preetha: Rishabji,Karan,Sameer ne mujhe bahot baar kaha ki Prithvi acha nai hein kaashkar karan.....ham dono ko bahot baar jagda hue the lekin meine uske baathein nai maani kyunki meri ma ki kushi important thi.achanak hame sherlyn ki pregnancy ke baare mein pata chal gayi thi.Then we thought it would be easy to expose her but no.......she was really smart and cunning.Whenever we tried catching her she used to drown us in new problems but we didn't stop.We tried,tried,tried......just kept on trying to expose her. Then one day kareena aunty came up with Rishabji and Sherlyn's wedding news.We tried to postpone but sherlyn came up with a master plan.On Shivratri,she drugged him and showed us like they became close so that if anyone finds out about her pregnancy she could say the child is of Rishab ji's.The same night she admitted everything to me but I couldn't say that to you because I am afraid.......afraid that nobody would believe me.Finally,on the bachelor's night we made her taste her own medicine......we drugged her and got her blood sample and gave it to lab.I got the report which proves that she is pregnant and the wedding could be called of.I entered Luthra mansion with the report on their wedding day night.

Preetha remembers that night when all the things turned 180 degrees for everyone.She tells what actually happened that night when everyone was busy in the wedding.Rakhi cries listening her efforts to save her,

Preetha: When I got consciousness,I directly came here from the hospital to see Karan and tell him what happened and to apologize him.I knew he would be broken and angry but I did everything in my hands but couldn't stop the marriage.Sherlyn showed morphed photos of me taking money from her to karan..........he believed her and threw me out of his house and...........(she sees karan)his life.

They stare each other and their eyes become wet,Mahesh sees this and decides to continue,

Mahesh: Uske baad kya hua tha mein bathatha hu.....

Preetha then look at Mahesh and nods,

Mahesh: Uss din jab karan preetha ko bahar nikal raha tha Mujhe bahot bura laga preetha keliye mein preetha ko apni beti maantha hu mein use aise nai dekh paya.Karan sunne ka position mein nai tha wo bahot gusse mein the tab meine kuch nai kaha but I knew I should step into the matters now.I called my personal detective the next day morning to get me information about Sherlyn.I was shocked listening that she is with Prithvi and they were here for revenge.I was so angry and threatened Sherlyn that I know everything about her and will expose her when everybody returns to the house and meanwhile I wanted to apologize to Preetha.So I immediately went to her home apologized her but I didn't say anything about them.While I am returning back,I was crashed by some heavy vehicle and everything became black.

Dadi and Rakhi sees him crying,Rishab holds his hand squeezing,

Mahesh: I thought that was the last day but I am back and here infront of you all because of ......preetha.She took care of me and raised all your dead hopes again even though we gave nothing but tears to her.

While everyone became emotional preetha continues,

Preetha: Sherlyn made everyone believe that mahesh uncle's accident was because of me and as usual everyone believed her..... including karan.Meanwhile Prithvi pressured ma for marriage and I couldn't do anything but accept only to get the biggest shock of my life on my wedding day.......karan.He married me,apologized to me,promised my family and.........left me on the road.

Karan couldn't lift his head........he don't want to remember those but he can't escape from the truth.

Preetha: After that we fought many times but one day when Mahira accused me of murdering her because I didn't wanted her to marry karan......he believed her.I just couldn't control myself that how could he think of me like that? I did what it seemed right to me and I don't regret that.

She thinks of the moment where she threw her mangalsutr on him,

Preetha: I wanted to start afresh,I met Armaan and I am going back to normal life when karan announced his marriage with Mahira.I don't want to interfere in your lives but........I just couldn't.I know if I let this marriage happen,I can't step into this house or into your lives and all the allegations Sherlyn made on me will be true and she will surely destroy your lives.I can't let Sherlyn do all that especially not when me and my family had put our lives on stake only to save you.I decided I will fight against her and this time I will make her lose everything.I was so confident because this time I had nothing to lose but she has everything and I married karan with the help of Rishab ji and Rakhi ma and started a revenge chapter in her life.

Preetha: I tortured her but I am looking for the proofs to bring her true colors when I came across the doctor.I saw her when karan was in hospital,I met her and asked her as why did she lie that day and why did she leave the city? She told me Sherlyn and her boyfriend threatened her.I was shocked and asked her to say something about her boyfriend.The doctor said he was there with us when she was in Luthra Mansion.She explained his features somewhere I got a hint and showed Prithvi jis pic........she said he is the one.Prithvi is Sherlyn's boyfriend.......I....I couldn't believe her but she swore on her niece.I don't know what to do whom to tell and tried to get cctv footage or reports of the day when they both went for checkup in the hospital but they are a step ahead and removed it.I felt so frustrated and angry when I remembered someone who could help me...........Monisha!

Karan is shocked listening her........when he was in hospital she used to come late and he used to get angry on her and wonder why was she not taking care of him? Now he got his answers.......

Preetha: I went to police station first she didn't utter a word but I managed to convince her.Armaan helped me to get her out and I asked my mother about the marriage.We both went to the same temple where they got married in search of the pandit but Prithvi is very clever.He gave a good amount to pandit to leave the place.Armaan helped us to find him and meanwhile mahesh uncle got consciousness and told me everything and I finally set up a full proof plan to expose her.

Nobody has no words to say for few minutes dadi was the first one to go near her,

Dadi(cupping her face): I am so sorry beta........ham sab thumhe bahot hurt kiya.maaf kardo puttar...........

Preetha: aap aise math kaho dadi mein apko apni dadi samajhti hu.Issme apki galthi nai hein bas wakth acha nai hein.

Dadi: Nai preetha thu aur karan bahot baar hame warn kiya tha lekin ham nai maana.kaash kar thum.......thumhe ham sab ko bachayi iss ghar ko bachayi.Thank you so much puttar!

She hugs her crying while preetha hugs her back,Mahesh too comes there with a smile,

Mahesh: I am sorry too beta.......na jaane kitne baar thum ham sab ki wajah se royi thi fir bhi thum haar nai maani.hamare paas aayi thi hamare aankh khulane keliye  aur khol bhi diya.Thank you!

He kisses her forehead,Rakhi comes to her with tears and holds her hands,

Rakhi: Thu mujhe apni ma ki tarah hi dekha hein preetha mein bhi thujhe apni beti ki tarah hi dekhi thi.par Jab bhi thumhari bezabatti hothi thi mein gharwalon ko saamna nai kar paathi thi.lekin thum mujhe bachane keliye apni jaan khatrepe rakhi thi.......(she folds her hands)

Preetha didn't expect it and immediately holds her hands nodding no,

Preetha: Rakhi ma.....

Rakhi: nai preetha yeh galath nai hein.........har ma apni bete pe koi bhi dhaag nai hone degi kisiko bhi usse kuch kehne ka mauka nai degi lekin mein.....mein apni muh se thumhe ghar se janne ko kaha.jab sab thumhari taraf ungli uthrahi thi meine kuch nai kar paayi.agar thum nai hothi tho mein apni bete ko kabhi nai bacha pathi.Mein bahot buri ma hu.......bahot buri ma hu.

She cries profusely blaming herself,Mahesh and Rishab holds her to console,preetha holds her hands,

Preetha: aise nai hein ma........aap bahot ache ma ho.aap Rishab ji aur karan ko bahot ache parvarish di.Wo hamesha sach ki taraf hi hothe hein.aapki hi wajah se yeh ghar ghar jaise hi ma.aapki hi wajah se sab log saath mein hein.Isiliye mein apko itna pasand karthi hu.aap hamesha meri favorite Rakhi aunty hi rahogi.

Pretha knows Rakhis position in the house and she respects her a lot and now says the same to her.Rakhi hugs her crying,

Rakhi: I am so sorry beta......i am so sorry.Maaf kardo iss rakhi ma ko ek akhri baar.....please.

Preetha: Rakhi ma please aap aise math kaho.aapki hi nai kisika bhi galthi nai hein bas aapki achayi ko wo log fayada uthaya tha.par ab sab theek hogaya na........please aap bhulo jao sab.

Dadi intervenes wiping her tears. 

Dadi: sahi kaha puttar hamare achayi ko wo log bahot fayda uthaya tha kashkar uss ladki ne.........wo hame itna bada dhoka diye the.uss jaisi gheenauna aurath ko maarna hi chahiye.

They come out of hug,Rakhi also supports her,

Rakhi: ha mummy ji........preetha ne bahot ache kaam kiya use wo khatarnak injection deke.uss jaisi ghatiya aurath ko meine kabhi nai dekha.mein tho kehthi hu uss Prithvi ko bhi injection dena chahiye.un dono ko mauth hi badi saza hein.

Though they beat them black and blue,they are not able to forget what they did to them.All agree with her by nodding when,

Preetha: nai ma..........

They look at her,

Preetha: mauth se bhi badi saza jeena hein ma!

Rakhi: kya?

Sameer(confused): lekin babhi aapne wo injection diye the na?

Preetha: Haa lekin us injection mein aise kuch bhi nai tha......

They are confused about why she said like that when Rishab analyses it,

Rishab: matlab aapne jhut bola usse sach nikalwane keliye?

Preetha nods,

Rakhi: lekin puttar kyun ? Sach mein thum desakthe the.thumhe kuch bhi nai hua hotha Mahesh ji dekhlethe uske baad....

Preetha: Nai ma Sherlyn don't deserve to die like that.........meri ma kehthi hein iss janm ki paap iss janm mein hi ham bhugtna padega.Sherlyn ke paap tho ham count bhi nai karsakthe then how can i let her die easily.That's why I gave her the biggest punishment.

Sameer: punishment?

Preetha: Hmmm.......what's bigger punishment than living in hell Sameer? They will be roting in jail for the next 20 years with no one to relieve them.Un dono ka ghamand,ahankar, burayi,shatir aur wo........ sab thel mein fry ho jayega.Jis aag mein karan ko jalane ka plan banayi usi aag mein wo dono jal jayenge lekin marenge nai.

Her eyes are with fire and words are just like flames.......she is very angry at that moment.She cools down and looks at every one who seemed to be shocked,she didn't understand.

Preetha: kya hua?

Karan comes infront her,

Karan: mujhe aag mein jalane ka plan?

Preetha widen her eyes realising what she said

Preetha: n....n....

Karan: sach bathao preetha!

All of them look at her afraid of what will she say,

Preetha: w...wo thumhara perfume mein ek flammable compound mix kiya taki jab thum wo perfume lagake puja pe baitogi aag thumhe pakadegi aur thum.......

She didn't complete the sentence but they understood.They all widen their eyes while karan loosen his grip,

Karan(surprised): lekin mujhe kuch nai hua........matlab thumhe pata hein pehle se.kaise?

Preetha: me......mein Prithvi ke phone mein ek app install kiya.wo kisse bhi baath karega mujhe pata hota hein.wahi evidence meine police ko diya tha along with Sherlyn's video.

Preetha: meine perfumes exchange kiya aur wo compound mein Sherlyn ki perfume mein mix kiya.iss bath meine hi usse batha diya aur wo behosh hone ka natak ki thi aur mein apni natak shuru kiya.

There's a moment of silence in luthra mansion listening her plan.The girl standing infront of them is not at all naive as she looks like......she can be quite dangerous.This realization made all of them speechless it's dadi who laughs first followed by rakhi,mahesh and others except Mahira and Ramona.

Dadi: Sabhash puttar.......tune tho Kamal kardiya.

She hugs preetha because of everyone's reaction,they all praise her when they see Kareena coming downstairs with a bag,all of them get still while she walks near the tea poy and puts her bag down,taking a deep breath she starts,

Kareena(firmly): mein kuch kehna chahthi hu.........mujhe pata hein aap log yahi soch rahe ho ki sab kuch meri wajah se hua tha aur aap log sahi ho meri hi wajah se itna sab kuch hua.Na mein Sherlyn ko laathi ya uske baathein maanthi aise kabhi nai hotha tha.Lekin mera intentions aise kabhi nai thi.shayad mein buri logon ke saath thi lekin meri iraadein bilkul buri nai thi aur nai hoga kyunki aap sab meri parivaar hein,meri khun hein.(looks at krithika)Meri parivaar kahne ka koi log hein nai krithika ke sivaay par aap sab mujhe apni parivaar mein shaamil kiya lekin mein na jaane aapke saath bahot kuch galath kiya.aur mein unn sab galthiyon ki zimmedari lethi hu.........(she looks at her mother) Ma........aapne hame bahot ache parvarish di lekin pata nai mein kab aise bangayi shayad agar aap mujhe bachapan ki tarah daant Lethi tho mein aise nai ban jaathi.But thank you ma.You are the best mother and i am lucky i got you as my mother.(dadi gets tears,she looks at mahesh and rakhi) Bhai babhi........jab meri shaadi tooti tho mein krithika ke saath yaha aayi thi.aap dono mujhe kabhi parayi insaan ki tarah nai dekha.Babhi aap mujhe itna izzat aur importance diya ki mein bhul gayi aap iss ghar ki mukhiya ho aur mein bas ek sadasya hu.bhai ne theek kaha shayad aap dono mujhe itna importance nai dena chahiye tha tab mein apni limits mein reh dete.(Rakhi cries lowering her head,she looks at Luthra boys) Rishab,Sameer,karan.......jab se mein iss ghar mein paer rakhi thi tab se mein aap teenon ko apni bete maan liya.aap teenon keliye kuch bhi karletha mein kyunki mein hamesha aapki bhalayi hi chahthi thi.Mujhe laga aap bache ho Aapko pata nai hotha iss duniya mein log kaise hothe hein kya kya karthe hein paise keliye par mein bhul gayi ki aap log bache nahi ho bade hogaye ho.Itna bada hogaya ki aapko pata chalta hein ki kaun kaisi hein aur kya hein.yeh baath mein realize nai hua isiliye aap theenon ko bachane ke chakkar mein sab ki zindagi ko .I am sorry beta.maaf kardo iss bua ko.(the three see her with tears)

Then she goes to Preetha,

Kareena: jab se thum log behne aayi ho iss ghar mein mein tab hi jaanthi hu ki thum dono mein kuch tho hein kisiko bhi thumhari taraf attract kar sakthe ho.aur mujhe ek dar tha ki mere bete bhi thumhari taraf attract honge isiliye meine bahot baar thumhe iss ghar se nikalne keliye try kiya,thumhe insult karne lagi thi.par agar ham kuch sochthe tho bhagwan kuch aur hi sochthe hein akhir mein mera dar sach hogaya.Thum dono beheno mere beton ko pata hi liya aur sab ki dil mein jagah bana hi liya. thumhari behen kuch na kuch kehthi rehthi thi lekin thum kuch bhi nai kehthi thi chup chap sun lethi thi meri daante.Tab hi mein samjani chahiye ki kitna ache ladki ho thum lekin samaj nai payi.jaha mein khud apni parivaar ko barbaad karne ja rahi thi Sherlyn ki baathein sunke thum.......bina koi rishta bina koi wajah se ham sab ko bachayi.(he cups her face)i am sorry preetha.So sorry........i hope you forgive me.

Preetha was taken aback by her sudden admission.Not only her whole luthra family is taken aback and couldn't say a word to her but preetha composes herself first,

Preetha: aise math kaho Kareena aunty sab log apko bahot pyar karthe hein.apki galthi bhi nai hein apki weakness ko Sherlyn ne fayada uthayi thi.warna aap kabhi bhi iss parivaar ke baare mein bura nai sochogi.

Kareena: Lekin preetha galthi meri thi.bache aap log samaj gayi uski irradein bade hokar mein nai samaj payi aur saari parivaar ko khatre mein rakhi thi.(She sighs) Jo hogaya so hogaya ab mein thumhe ek zimmedari dungi.......thum iss ghar ki bahu ho.mere karan ki patni ache se nibhao apni sari duties aur responsibilities ko.Aur(looks at krithika,her voice becomes soft)......... krithika ka dhyaan rako.i know dono best friends hein mein aap dono ko bhi thodne ko socha.Par ab uski responsibility mein thumhe de rahi hu.Take care of her,of this house and.........karan!

Without listening to Preetha,she hugs her.She is giving her responsibilities to her she knows preetha is the right one to her family.

Kareena: Bye.....

Krithika who is crying silently seeing everything runs to her and hugs her,

Krithika: mumma......

Kareena hugs her back with a slight smile,

Kareena: nai beta aise rothe nai

Krithika: mein bhi apke saath athi hu mom.....please

Kareena: Nai krithika thum idhar hi rahogi........meri galthiya ki saza thum nai bhugthogi.yeh parivaar thumhari hein beta.(wiping her tears)aise ro math.....

She again hugs her,

Kareena: beta mein hamesha kelieye nai ja rahi hu.mein wapas aaungi bas thode din mujhe apne aap keliye chahiye.I have to go krithika.......please understand and let me go for your mom......

Krithika cries,Kareena had a tough time to convince her but she gets convinced atlast.She hugs everyone heartfully who asks her to stay but she just smiles at them and leaves.Dadi cries,

Dadi: Mahesh thum kyun use rok nai rahe ho......Rollo Kareena ko jaa rahi hein.

Mahesh(looking at the door): Nai ma.yeh jaruri hein uskeliye aur sab keliye bhi.Let us give her some time to herself and ourselves ma we need it.

His voice is firm but his eyes are wet he goes near her,

Mahesh: wo ayegi ma jaroor ayegi mein wapas lekar aatha hu. kuch bhi hojaye mein apni bhai ka zimmedari nai bhulunga hamesha use protect karunga jaha bhi ho woh.aap tension math lo.

Mahesh hugs her and consoles while Sameer and preetha consoles krithika.

All of the elders are in tears......those are not of pain but guilt and repentance.Had anyone of them realized what's happening maybe they would have never saw this day.

THAT EVENING

The sun was finally set burning all the evils in it giving rise to a serene night.The city is glowing with lights as usual but Rishab is not able to see any of it.Standing on his terrace,he is thinking about his life......himself.

He didn't and couldn't speak a word during the whole drama that took place which proved that the past 2 years are nothing but a lie and fraud,his close ones turned to be selfish persons,his wife turned to be a cheater.On the whole he just had one question and asks the same to the one who is sitting beside him from a while and to whom he didn't even turn once.

Rishab(deeply): Why?

He looks beside......the person looks at him with equal emotions.

Rishab: Why me dad?

Mahesh sees him for a moment and stands to face the city,

Mahesh: Because you are good.

Mahesh stands and goes near the railing of balcony,

Mahesh: Good enough to take responsibility of business at teenage,good enough to take care of family,good enough to fulfill your sibling needs,good enough not to hurt your mother,good enough to sacrifice your only..........love.

He goes near him,

Rishab: Is.....is that bad dad? Is taking care of  family,listening to them is that bad?

Mahesh smiles and puts his hand around his shoulder and sees him,

Mahesh: Its not bad or wrong to listen to family but its not good either.You have been bearing the responsibilities since a very young age,you have sacrificed many of your dreams,desires and slowly you sacrificed yourself for us.You began doing everything for us........what about you Rishab? What have you done to yourself?

Mahesh's words hit as a strong wave to Rishab.He is right.........he lost himself somewhere.Seeing this mahesh continues,

Mahesh: We as your parents are always proud of what you are doing in the business or for the family but we were never happy for what you are doing to yourself.Your mother was so worried about you that she would cry sometimes and i used to console her.So she thought marriage can change you,that girl can make you live again and that's why she used to pressure you and atlast you accepted.Why? you could have told us,told to your mother that you didn't like her?

Rishab: I......i th...thought mom had chosen preetha not sherlyn.After knowing that sherlyn was the one i decided to tell you that i don't like her but Preethaji said she and mom were so happy for me and i couldn't say no.

Mahesh(stating): Even then you were ready to get married because of your mother even though you didn't like her a bit.(he sighs helplessly) But do you really think we would have been happy seeing you in an unhappy marriage? We would have been in pain Rishab.......blaming ourselves that we destroyed your life.We were responsible for what you have become and that sin would have followed us to our death.

Rishab becomes emotional and hugs his dad,

Rishab: Dad..... Please don't say like that......please.I was about to lose you twice in my life,god listened our prayers and gave you back to us.I even don't want to listen that word from you dad please.

Mahesh hugs him back letting flow his own tears.They cry in each others embrace until the pain is lifted of.After a few minutes,mahesh comes out of hug and wipes his sons tears,

Mahesh: No more crying......hmm? You can do anything for me right?

Rishab nods,

Mahesh: Then do as i say...........start listening to your heart and stop listening to us.

Rishab sees him confused,

Mahesh: Yes........start listening to your heart,do as your heart says,fulfill your wishes,run behind your dreams,find your own self Rishab. 

Rishab(amused): my dreams?

Mahesh: You will find them when you give time to yourself........go find yourself Rishab!

For moments there are no words for Rishab,does he really have any dreams apart from Karan's? Does he have any wishes for himself  except preetha? It's like a new thing for him.......he looked at his dad who is looking at him hopefully.For the first time after years,he decided to think about himself,to do something for himself but he remembered his business.Who will look after it?

Rishab: b...but business?

Mahesh expected this question he composes himself as a serious business personality,

Mahesh: I am fit and fine to take care of company Mr.Rishab Luthra.Moreover i have the mini version of you too (rishab frowns) Sameer.He became just like you Rishab......patient,calm and calculative.

Rishab: But he is still childish dad.........he is a child and we can't leave him with work.

Mahesh is about to answer when sameer barges into them,

Sameer: Bhai mein bache nai hu.mein sab handle kar saktha hu.jab aap delhi mein the meine hi handle kiya na company ko aur kya?

Rishab and mahesh look at each other surprised seeing his sudden intrusion,

Rishab: Pehle yeh bathao thu yaha kya kar rai?

Samer then understood what he did.......he is listening to them being hidden.

Sameer sees him and mahesh,

Sameer: w.....wo...me...mein....plants ko dekhne aaye the.

Rishab: Really sameer......Plants ko.....iss samay par?

Sameer nods  while rishab and mahesh see each other and laughs,

Sameer: Chachu,bhai aap has kyun rahi ho?

Mahesh: Sameer thumhe koi aur reason nai mila hein kya? Itna raath kaun aatha hein plants ko dekhne?

Sameer lowers his head getting caught,Rishab stands infront of him,

Rishab: thu mujhe follow kar rahe the na?

He widen his eyes surprised,

Sameer: na.....nai 

Rishab cups his face and look into his eyes,he couldnt say a lie

Sameer: h....ha...ha....lekin a....aap ko kaise  pata?

Rishab just smiles,

Mahesh: kyun? 

Rishab: kyunki yeh dar gaya.dar gaya ki mein kis haal mein hoga,mein kya karunga?

Mahesh looks at sameer to know whether it is true or not.Sameer is again surprised but his look says its true,mahesh is really surprised,

Sameer: ha bhai......mein dar gaya hu.dar gaya hu ki aap kaise handle karoge? lekin bhai please aap apne aapko blame math karo.yeh sab mein kisika galthi nai hein bas hamare bhagya mein aise likha hua isiliye aise hogaya aur katham bhi hogaya.aapki galthi hi nai hein isme ham sab ko pata hein yeh baath.(tenderly)aap jo bhi karoge bas hamareliye hi karoge so please dont be sad and dont blame yourself.I can't see you like this............(rishab sees him amused,sameer undrstands it and smiles slightly)aapko lagtha hein ki mein karan bhai se zyada pyar kartha hu lekin nai bhai mein karan bhai se zyada aapse pyar kartha hu aur izzat deta hu.aap mujhse strictly behave karthe ho,command karthe ho,daat the ho lekin mera pyaar kabhi kam nai hua bhai aur kabhi hoga bhi nai.mein aapko aise toothe hue kabhi nai dekh saktha........because You are the best and you deserve the best.

Rishab gets emotional listening his brothers care and love for him,he hugs him smiling with tears in his eyes,

Rishab: I am the best because i have the best brothers,best parents.mein thumhe daantha hu kyunki jab thum khud ek company sambhalna padega tho tab thum kisi aurke upar depend nai hona chahiye sab kuch thum akele karne ka immath aur intelligence chahiye.mein thumhari bhalayi keliye daant tha hu sameer mujhe thumhareliye gussa ya kuch bhi nai hein.thumhe lagtha hein ki mein sirf karan se pyaar kartha hu lekin nai mein thumhe bhi bahot pyaar kartha hu just like karan bas dikhana nai kyunki thum lazy and pampered ho.agar mein apna pyaar dikhatha tho thum aur lazy banjaogi isiliye mein apna pyaar ko apne paas hi raktha hu.

Sameer hugs him tightly with tears rishab hugging him back.It's the brothers moment while Mahesh smile seeing their love,care and affection.He wishes to be like that.

Mahesh: So mere sheron mein bhi hu yaha? mujhe nai gale lagaoge?

They smile,

Sameer: chachu hug is only for young and handsome people.

Mahesh goes to them,Rishab sees their teasing with a smile on his face,

Mahesh: acha bade bhai kya pyaar se baath ki thu chachu ko bhul gaya?

Sameer: kyun? bhulne ka acting sirf aap hi kar sakthe ho kya?

Mahesh: wo......jaroori tha isliye meine kiya waise ek baath bathao aap logon ko kabhi doubt nai aaya kya?

Sameer: Of course no........mein tho puri tarah se believe kiya ki aap sach mein bhul gaye ho.Manna padega.............. What an acting chachu! Wow!

Mahesh(happy): Thank you beta thank you.........sab preetha ki wajah se hi.wohi mujhe bola ki kya karna hein kaise karna hein.

Sameer: Waise Preetha tho kamal hi kardiya.......just wow! Matlab itna bada planning.....oh my god! I didn't expect it from our calm Preetha.

Mahesh: Even me too but sameer love and pain brings out our unknown selves.Preetha has undergone a lot of pain for a long time this made her fearless and her love for our family made her determined to bring the hidden mice in front of the world. 

Sameer nods at him understanding,

Sameer: aap sahi kaha chachu........preetha is great.(he suddenly realizes) Oops no babhi is great!

Rishab is thinking about what mahesh said about preetha when he hears sameer and looks at him,

Mahesh: kya hua?

Sameer: meine babhi ko preetha bola agar karan bhai sun liya na mera wat lag jayega!

Mahesh: kya?

Sameer: ha chachu pehle mein preetha hi bula raha tha as she is my friend. par karan bhai ne mujhe strict warning diya ki mein Preetha ko preetha nai babhi bulana hein.Please aap bhi math kaho usse.....wo mujhe nai chodega!

Mahesh laughs while Rishab smiles slightly,

Mahesh(excited): ahh sammy ab mujhe ek weapon milgaya thumhare khilaaf sahi time pe use karunga mein.

Sameer sees him unbelievably,

sameer: Chachu this is not fair.......

Mahesh laughs,

Mahesh: Everything is fair with father and son sammy!

Sameer:bhai dekhonaa?

Rishab smiles at both of them and side hugs sameer,

Rishab: dad ab aap bache jaise behave kar rahe ho (mahesh frowns) waise karan kaha hein?

 Mahesh: Karan........

he laughs,sameer too,

Sameer: aur kaha hoga? Preetha babhi ke peeche peeche hoga!

Sameer laughs saying this while Rishab thinks something,

Rishab: But Dad preetha ji bahot hurt huyi karan ki wajah se. haa wo maanliya kuch der pehle par kya wo bhul payegi sab ko? Kya wo karan ko accept kar payegi?

Mahesh and Sameer look at each other,

Mahesh: Jo karan ne kiya tha wo bahot galath hei Rishab wo aise kuch karna nai chahiye tha.Uss wakth usko bas thumhe hi dekha tha.dar gaya ki thumhara Zindagi kya hoga? Par aaj sab kuch badal gaya hein preetha ne badli.karan bhi realize hua uski galthiyan.Haa preetha ko kuch time lagega sab kuch bhulne ko par beta.........thumhara bhai bhi Karan Luthra hein.Use manake rahega!

Mahesh says proudly while sameer supports him,

Sameer: Ha bhai..........jab wo dono dosthe the tab hi karan bhai babhi ke peecha nai chodtha tha.usse gusse dilane wala bhi wahi hein aur usse manane wala bhi wahi hein.They share a strange but lovely relation.

sameer remembers his favourite couple and smiles while Rishab just smiles.

Sameer: ab bhai ham unn dono ke baare mein nai ham dono ke baare mein sochna hein.As chachu said,We need to have some fun bhai.That's why i decided we are going to club tomorrow and have some fun with girls and drinks there. 

Rishab smile at him shaking his head while Mahesh smacks his head,

Mahesh: arey mujhe chodke aap log club jaane ka plan kar rahe ho.....not fair.

Sameer: You only said that Everything is fair with father and son.

Mahesh: Sameer thum kuch zyada hi bade hogaye ho.jaao mein aapse baath karunga nai.....

Sameer and Rishab smiles and both of them hugs him tightly when they hear a voice,

Voice: Mere bina hug?

They come out of hug and turn to see karan walking towards them with surprising eyes,

Karan: kya ho rai yaha?

Sameer: Kuch nai bhai bas boys moment aap bhi aagaya na pura hogaya ab.

Karan smiles and sees Rishab,

Karan(smoothly): Rishab are you ok?

Rishab can see love and care in karans tone,concern and fear in his eyes.This boy whom he considered as a child struggled a lot and went through so much pain only to make his life happy.He never expected karan would take such drastic steps for him not even considering his own career and happiness.He considers himself to be lucky for having such a brother. 

Smiling at his own thought,he hugs him to his heart content ,

Rishab: Never been better than now. 

Karan too hugs him back........he is feeling happy and mostly relived.He always felt blessed to have such a brother in his life.he is not only a brother but becomes his mother,father,best friend whomever he needs at that time.he can do anything for this man.

Mahesh and Sameer sees them lovingly,both knew their bond since childhood.They had a very special relationship nobody could understand.If karan comes to know about Rishab's love for preetha he would definitely sacrifice his own love which he himself didn't realize and same goes with Rishab too.But,here maybe karan and preetha were destined that's why they got married under unusual circumstances or may be Rishab is never the one for preetha or.......... whatever it might be they knew nothing can separate these brothers so not wanting karan to know about Rishab's love they decided to keep it as a little secret to themselves and enjoy the moment.

Sameer: bhai aap log apne chote bhai ko bhul rahe ho.

He already came near them,

karan: thu bhulne dega kya......aa gaya na.

sameer pouts,

Rishab: aaja.

The trio hug each other living the brothers moment leaving their father behind,

Mahesh: ab aap mujhe bhul gaye ho? Kya log hein.....kisiko mere parwah hi nai hein!

He turns annoyed while the three look at him and runs to hug him from behind,

Three: We love you dad/chachu!

Mahesh melts instantly,

Mahesh: I love u too mera bachha's!

They hug after a long time.........this time truly and happily.They feel very light as they now know they are and will be with each other no matter what.Nothing can separate them and they wait for the next sun rise to shine brightly on their home and in their lives........ Again.
