LOCATION: Hollow Manor, Bennington, VT

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Hollow Manor is one of the most active sites in Vermont when it comes to manifestations of the supernatural. The most famous ghosts are those of Emmett and Helena Grimwald, the original owners of the manor; Helena is rumored to have been murdered by her husband, who, allegedly, was killed by the townspeople as payback.

A PRIORI EVIDENCE: Flickering lights, particularly on the upper floor. People claim to have witnessed a female figure looking down from the staircase, wearing a long gown. Whispers are often heard in the hallways.
