Well, not many people know but I am actually a traveler, I love to visit every part of my country - Viet Nam, especially historical place. I have traveled a lot, but the best destination from my perspective absolutely must be Ho Chi Minh mausoleum. 

The reason why the mausoleum was built is to commemorate the death of Ho Chi Minh or you can call him in a respectable and close way - Uncle Ho - a wonderful president of Viet Nam, the men who prevented invaders from killing Vietnamese, possessing our country.

The mausoleum was built in 1973 in Ha Noi - the capital of Viet Nam. You may wonder why it was Ha Noi, right? Well, many Vietnamese said that it was a way to show their loves to Uncle Ho, you know, we let him laid and slept in the heart of Viet Nam.

So many visitors go to visit this mausoleum every event of a year. Like, every time I visit this place, I must wait for about 5 hours, I know, it is insane, don't you think? At first, I was so tired but then I find it luckily for me because while waiting to my turn, I have time to observe this holy place closer and slower. Ho Chi Minh mausoleum has a special outlook.  It was protected by many guards, like, for every five steps, you will see a solider. There are many trees so that it is always cool outside even in summer but it turns freezing when you come closer to the tomb, make sure you bring along a thick coat! What makes Uncle Ho mausoleum unique is that it is so clear here. It is impossible to see even just a rubble or a plastic bag in this place.

In conclusion, if you want to visit some historic places in Viet Nam and don't know where to go, I recommend Ho Chi Minh to be in the top of your list. Such an interesting and meaningful place that you should definitely and take a look! You may just wait for 5 hours like me, but you know what? It's worth for sure.
