A/N: The name Thala is derived from thalassophobia, which is the fear of large bodies of water

Type: Class M planet

Terrain types: Planet is primarily ocean, with the rest of the non oceanic space ranging from small island chains to larger continents

Primary method of LTS(land to space) transport: space elevators

Elevator placement: One is anchored on each pole, with there being four others being placed an equal distance apart on the equator

Major orbital facilities: 

So basically, if you take three halo rings, remove the universe destroying aspect, and mount them on the space elevator shafts, you have the orbital rings
