"Hey guys!" Hoseok exclaimed, practically bouncing up to the duo standing at Yoongi's locker while the eldest put his books in his backpack.

Jeongguk nodded and waved in greeting.

"Give me ten seconds," Yoongi mumbled, his words muffled by the paper he was holding in his mouth.

Soon the three were leaving the school building and making their way to the restaurant. It didn't take too long, thankfully, since the place was only a few blocks away from their high school.

They slid into their usual booth, tossing their backpacks on the empty booth beside them.

The owner, Mr. Choi, came over to them.

"You boys want the usual?" He questioned, not even bothering to pull out his notepad to write their order down.

"Yes sir!" Hoseok confirmed with a smile.

"Same drinks too?"

The three boys all nodded.

"Okay. Coming right up, you three." Mr. Choi smiled at them kindly before returning to the kitchen area to get their drinks and start on their order.

Hoseok looked around the restaurant, thinking of all of the different memories that they had made there throughout the years.

"Hey, you guys remember the one time we were here and Taehyung ate a whole large pizza by himself?" He chuckled. "I still can't believe he didn't hurl everywhere."

Jeongguk physically froze, looking at Hoseok with a furious look in his eyes.

"You know we don't talk about him," he growled.

"Dude, calm down. I'm just thinking about all of the fun times we had here. So what if I mention him? He was a part of all of this too," Hoseok responded, his eyebrows furrowed. "I'm not just going to leave him out of things that he was obviously here for because he passed away."

"Shut. Up."

"Jeongguk, calm down," Yoongi murmured into the boy's ear.

"No. Taehyung was my friend too and I'll talk about him if I want to." Hoseok wasn't usually one for conflict, but he felt as if he had a pretty solid point.

"He was only your friend because I introduced you to him." Jeongguk rolled his eyes, already fed up with Hoseok.

Hoseok threw his arms up.

"So? That doesn't change anything that I'm saying. I should be allowed to talk about him because he was my friend and I had a lot of fun times with him. Just because he's dead doesn't mean we can't talk about him."

"I'm leaving," the youngest huffed.

Jeongguk stood up from the booth, grabbing his backpack and angrily slinging it over his shoulder.

"Enjoy your pizza, asshole," he spat, glaring harshly at Hoseok before storming out of the restaurant.

"What's up his ass?" Hoseok scoffed, rolling his eyes at how dramatic Jeongguk was being. "Whatever. I'm going to enjoy my food and time here. He'll get over it."

"I.. I think I'm gonna go follow him, Seok. I would love to stay here with you and have pizza, but he needs me right now," Yoongi stated, getting up from the booth and reaching for his backpack.

"I'm your friend too, you know.."

"I know, Hoseok. It's just.. I've relied on Jeongguk a lot lately. I want him to know and feel like he can rely on me too. I really am sorry, Seok. I'll make it up to you, I promise."

Yoongi slid his backpack onto his shoulders and left the restaurant, jogging to catch up with Jeongguk.

"And then there was one," Hoseok sighed, resting his chin on his hand.
