Surprise, guys! Yaaay!!!!

Raabia was conscious choosing her nightwear, she wore lavender satin nightshirt and PJ. She quickly ran her fingers through her curls and flipped it from behind. She tied a bun on the top of her head and smiled nervously at her reflection.

KNOCK, KNOCK

Raabia literally hopped towards the door. Saad smiled at her. He carried with him a blue and white duvet and a pillow. Raabia stepped aside letting him in. She noted he has changed into his nightwear as well - sky blue shirt and white Bermuda boxers.

'Your mattress is softer than mine.' Saad exclaimed sitting on the left side of the bed. That is where Raabia always sleeps but she doesn't protest. She simply nodded and moved to the right side of the bed. Saad watched her pull the duvet and pillow towards her side. Feeling his gaze on her, Raabia looked up and Saad quickly looked away. Having caught his gaze, Raabia smiled.

Raabia felt jittery as she lay on her side, she turned her back towards Saad as she felt shy to meet his gaze. Saad is little disappointed as he had wanted to see her face before drifting off to sleep. Raabia turned only when she heard him snore lightly. She faced him and admired his face. She had never really taken the time to look at him closely, there is something about him that made her fall in love with him.

Love. Yes, she loves him. Raabia felt her heartbeat increase as the realization dawned on her but she was also not sure how to confess to him or if she should confess to him.

What if he rejects her? Just tonight they have mutually decided to be a normal couple and if she confesses to him it will be fast. Raabia decided to take things slow.

She moved her hand and caressed his rugged jawline with the tip of her fingers, her eyes glued to his handsome face. A dreamy smile on her lips. He stirred little in his sleep and she quickly retracted her hand. He turned around.

Raabia's eyes widened as he placed his arm on her hips. A second later, she relaxed liking the heavy weight of his arm on her. She tugged her hands under her cheek and kept admiring him until she fell asleep.

In the next few weeks, Saad and Raabia were amazed to find out that they had a lot in common. Baigan being their common favorite had blown away Saad. Raabia had grinned at him; she knew it way before him.

But as the days passed, Raabia grew restless. She wanted to confess her feelings but every time she kept dropping the idea fearing she might be going too fast.

She had managed to confess her feelings to only Sebastian; he had actually guessed it by seeing obvious and visible changes in his friend. At first, he was wide-eyed knowing Raabia, of all people, is in love. His Rabbit is in love.

'Wow!' He had exclaimed in the restaurant while they had lunch. Raabia was blushing profusely and masked it by pretending to be annoyed, but she was terrible at hiding it.

One day, Sebastian noted Raabia was blushing more than usual.

'What's up.' He placed his arm on top of her cubicle. Raabia looked up from her computer and stared at him.

'Nothing, I am working.' She looked down and picked up her notepad. Sebastian watched her scribble something. Raabia pushed her cat-eyed glasses up and tried concentrating on her work. She frowned feeling his gaze on her and looked up. He raised his eyebrows and Raabia sighed looking away.

'Saad has booked tickets for a movie tonight and I am-' Raabia felt shy to complete and so her friend did the honors, - 'Nervous?'

Raabia looked at him for a second before nodding, - 'Yes.' She replied in a small voice.

Raabia relaxed little when Sebastian assured her that he will speak with Rosy and she will help her, train her to be precise. But Raabia dropped the idea. She didn't want to waste time with Rosy.

After office hours, Raabia hurried home and is relieved on not finding Saad home yet. She took more than ten minutes to decide what to wear, she mostly has tomboyish clothes. But they are going to a movie and nothing formal so casual should too, but they are going to a movie for the first time so the dress should be special, shouldn't it? Raabia is terribly confused. She is new to all this and hence more confused.

Finally, she chose a blue printed cold shoulder romper that ended on her mid-thigh. Raabia quickly showered and changed into her clothes. She looked apprehensively at her reflection. It is about to be nine and Saad will be coming any minute now, so it will be waste of time to select another dress.

She blow-dried hair and combed it with her fingers. She tied her hair in a half bun but wasn't happy and so undid it quickly.

Saad climbed down the cab and hurried into the apartment. He pressed the intercom and entered. He fidgeted with his fingers and tapped his feet impatiently watching the LED displaying the floor number. He didn't wait for the elevator to open completely and squeezed his way out.

He glanced at his watch and mentally cursed his boss for keeping him half an hour late. He ran his fingers through his hair with his fingers and rang the door-bell. His heartbeat increasing slightly with each passing second. He is eager to see Raabia. Soon, the door opened and she stepped in front of him.

Saad looked at her from top to bottom, she is looking simple yet stunning in a romper and white sneakers. Her curls open and messy. He gazed into her Kohl adorned dark eyes briefly before moving his gaze to her thin lips, she had applied only a little of nude lip gloss.

'Hey.' She greeted him. Raabia fidgeted nervously with her two-layered thin chain.

'Sorry, I am late.'- Saad quickly kissed her cheek and entered, - 'The bast-boss delayed me.'

Raabia smiled touching her cheek. It has become a ritual now for Saad to kiss her when he returns and she is loving the sweet quick pecks.

Normal couple!

'Give me two minutes, I will get ready.' Saad dropped his laptop bag on the sofa and hurried into the room; their bedroom.

Raabia sat on the sofa and waited patiently for him to come. Soon, Saad came out dressed in V-neck pastel pink Tee and white Denim matched with loafers.

Raabia likes it when he wears V-neck Tee; he has many of them. In these shirts, she gets a good view of the mole she secretly stares at, for some reason it attracts her more towards him.

'Come.'

Raabia moved her gaze away from the mole peeking from underneath the neckline and forced a smile at him. Saad insisted they took a cab but Raabia insisted she drive them there. He wanted it to be a surprise but since she was being adamant, he gave up. Raabia raised her eyebrow hearing the name of the movie; typical cheesy romance which neither of them likes.

'Just because I am a girl doesn't mean I have to enjoy such movies?' She commented as they drove to their destination.

Saad shrugged. 'I thought that is what normal couple watch.' He defended himself. Raabia smiled shaking her head.

How cute? - She thought
