Hunger was all he felt. A mind blowing sensation telling orochimaru that what he need to eat. He knew that all that would satisfy such a feeling would be the consumption of his mate. Like a species of spider, he was to eat away at his mate.
But who was his mate?

Kakashi was new, very new, to the relationship thing, and he was unsure what to do. Soon after he was back at full health, Orochimaru told him the good news.

"I'M GONNA BE A DADDY!" Kakashi exclaimed while Orochimaru lovingly held his stomach.

The boy once labeled as loveless and heartless now had a family, and he wasn't about to give it up. Kakashi swore he would protect his lover and his child with his life, and he meant it too.

Late one night, Orochimaru still having not let out about his condition, was lying on his and Kakashi's shared bed with an eight month pregnant abdomen with triplets. It was a sound night for the sound village, but Orochimaru could tell something was off. He felt it in the air. Next thing he knows a full fledged attack was launched on the village of sound. Orochimaru could hear the intruders downstairs, but problem was, Kakashi was gone.

On Kakashi's end, people attacked from all around wearing several different headbands. Kakashi now wore his hair hidden with his own sound village headband to top it off. The first thought that came to mind was 'I have to get to my family.'

Orochimaru was struggling. People all around him wearing Leaf Village headbands were pinning him to the ground. He tried but failed to escape the surrounding ninjas.

He heard one ninja whisper to the other, "Suspicions were correct, eliminate him and the children."

Orochimaru's heart dropped. One female ninja raised her kunai. The kunai came down, piercing into the flesh of his abdomen.

Almost.

Another kunai has been thrown and caused the one aimed at Orochimaru to slice the throat of the female ninja.

Soon enough, all the ninjas in that room were dead and the only ones that lay alive are Kakashi, Orochimaru, and their three children residing in Orochimaru.

"It's okay, it's going to be okay," Kakashi whispered through the pregnant man's sobs.

To be honest, he was just as if not more shaken up than his lover was. The thought of losing their children killed him.

The sound village ninja's survived through the attack and killed all or almost all of the ninja invaders.

Because of the stress put on the body of the pregnant man, his children decided to make an early visit.

After they were born, kakashi and Orochimaru could be seen in their room, bloody and surrounded by dead bodies with three infants between them.

Orochimaru had found his mate and his family, and his hunger for happiness was cured.
