Science class, 4th period.

"Ok class, so the electron here is overflowing with electricity, if it were to come in tact..." The Man who the class new as Mr. Taldwick, their science teacher stopped for a minute.

The class paused.

A girl with blue eyes and brown hair spurred: "Uhmm... Mr. Taldwick?" She giggled.

"OH! Of course, Talia.. Sorry, class. I was just thinking about it. It's totally gonna win the Tech Con this year. Right guys?"

"Right!" Everyone cheered, the class next door could clearly hear them.

Josh Davis P.O.V

'This is gonna wipe the floor with every other classes inventions this year at tech con! I can't wait!"

Everybody was looking at me. I had squealed in excitement.. TOTALLY embarrassing. Like I wasn't TOTALLY embarrassed every other day. I look at Matt, next to me. At least I didnt have no friends. Me and Matt have had to have known each other for at least 10 years now, considering it's freshman year. But, I should stop zoning out and do something.

"MHM!" I cleared my throat, fixed my Black hair, and adjusted my glasses, as I laughed laughed awkwardly.

Matt smiled in second-hand embarrassment, sweating.

The class went on, and I continued to be amazed at how much energy was stored up in a watch. Tech Con was something our school did, all classes worked on something to bring, they present, explain, inevitably get bested by us this year. I smiled, not paying attention to anything the teacher was saying. Soon, the bell rang. The class stood up and was getting ready to go to the next period, while we were walking to our lockers, Matt came up to me.

"Yo, Josh!" He ran up to me with a smile.

"Hey Matt." I said back, now we were walking and talking.

"Is that it?" Matt asked sarcastically.

"Oh, well excuse me." I laughed.

"Ok.. So, Have you heard about Emma's party? Dude, this could be our chance to get in with the cool guys!"

I looked at him and smiled.

"Wait.. You mean Like Jackson? THE Emma Jackson? Like, Plastic Cheerleader queen bee Emma Jackson?"

He nodded. "Her Dad is the Principal, he has a pool and everything! Her house is huge!"

"Really? This is gonna be awesome! An- Wait how do you know what her house looks like?"

His eyes widened and he sniffled like he was trying to hold back a nose bleed.

"No reason...."

"So you broke into her house, stole her panties, and now-"...... I shook my head and laughed.

"Wh- What is it?" He asked.

"No it's just.. You do things like thing every day."

"Like that time I got a condom stuck to my face?" He laughed, so did I.

"You would know EVERYTHING, about condoms and faces."

"Don't act like you don't have moments like that!"

"Well, You're right." I agreed.

"So what did you think of the experiment?" I asked.

"Totally cool. All that power stored up in a watch could kill you.. Or give you.... SUPERNATURAL ABILITIES!"

We both laughed.

"Don't be so sure." I told him.

"Then why don't you put your money where your mouth is?" He smiled.

"What?" I asked on confusion.

"A bet. If you can sneak into the school, and mess with the watch, then come back, hmmmm...  Let's say 30 bucks."

"Why me?!"

He looked.

"You're the one that said I get myself into enough situations. Figured it was you're turn."

He had me there.

"F- Fine." I said.
