I didn't knew when I drifted off to sleep, I woke up to the sound of knocking at the door. Sitting up straight I said, "Come in."
Liza entered the room with a tray of food in her hand. " I hope I didn't woke you up?" She asked smiling.

"Actually you did." I said giving her a sour expression.
"Oops, my bad." She winked at me.
I rolled my eyes at her stupid reply. But it didn't stopped a smile to appear on my face.
"No, it's fine. For how long was I gone?"
"Not much, just two to three hours?" She smirked.

Yup, I don't know how I usually end up sleeping while waiting for something especially​ in bright daylight. May be it's because I hardly sleep at night. All these thoughts running in my head doesn't​ let me close eyes.

"By the way I came to specially wake you up because prince Ruez is eager to see you. He will fetch you for dinner after some time." Liza continued.

Just a mere mention of Ruez's name brought a ticking sensation in my body. This boy effects me so much.

"Seriously did I slept for so long?" I stood from the bed and searched for a clock in the room but found none.
"Why don't you have clocks around?
How do you people catch time?" I asked annoyed.

"We don't catch time, nobody can catch time. Ding." She did a virtual act of hitting a bell. Huhh drama queen.

I narrowed my eyes at her stupid theory.
"Okay, okay don't look at me like you will eat me up! It's scary." I glared with more intensity.
"So the theory is," she finally continued " we don't have simple clocks in Elemento. We have moon clocks which traces the moment of our four moons these moons are at the four Conners of Elemento and a common line joining​ the two at the center defines time. Therefore we have a day constituting of just 20 hours. "
My eyebrows shifted in anticipation to the theory she was offering.
"20 hours in a day? We have 24 hours and in moon." I said.
"So, it's not earth. Remember?" She said.
" Yeah offourse I do." I rolled my eyes.

How can I forget the events of the near last, leaving my mom and sister. Coming into a completely new plant in a completely new galaxy which I had never even hear off? And most importantly meeting Ruez, who happens to be my soul mate. Not to mention that I have power.
I rolled my eyes again at the thoughts going on in my head.

Liza lifted her eye brows at me, "what's with the eye rolling today?"

"Nothing, I am just too tired. I hardly sleep at night." I sighed.
" Oh, I am going to bring some milk for you tonight . I feel it will help you sleep. " She smiled.

" Thanks Liza, I am glad you have milk here." This time I winked at her.

"Now, enough if this chit chat, prince Ruez will come at any moment. Get ready for dinner." Windy said entering inside the room.
I smiled at my second good friend of Elemento.

"Okay then, I am going to go and freshen up." I said and left for the rest room.
I took sometime to freshen up and changed into a simple evening dress from a lot of dress windy brought for me from Ruez's Room.

After a few seconds, Ruez came to fetch me.
He offered his hand and without a word I accepted it. My hand feel at home in his.

After a few seconds of silently walking we entered a long dinning room.
Although I knew there is a lot going in Ruez's head, a lost mother , a sick father, a war coming and on top of it the person who blackmailed me.
I don't like him getting all worried up. But I didn't pushed him. I think he should get his fair amount of time to sort things out.
My eyes zoomed on a big dinning table with enormous food on it which could treat a whole town.
Only four people were sitted across the table including me. Roze sat next to me and Ruez was sited long with Aunt Maira.
Aunt Maira was busy sending dagger at me.

God, what the hell is wrong with this lady?

I got some cheeze salad and some veggies looking like potatoes on my plate. I wanted to have some roasted chicken too but I wasn't sure which bird was that so I just declined the thought.

Eating here with family , felt more silent then eating alone. Back at home me, Awa and mumma used to talk about how our day went. It's the only family time you can take out if your busy schedule.
So I thought , I should initiate some conversation.
"Roze your mother's room is so beautiful." I complemented Roze on her mother's choices​.
Roze was busy digging her fork in her plate to pick up a pea thinking deeply about something. Poor pea.
My question pulled her back from her dream Land.

"Yeah, indeed. Mother's choices were the best." She gave me a sad smile.

"But, don't you dare touch her belongings." Aunt Maira interrupted.

Why this lady has to put her leg in everything?

"Don't you worry auntie opps, lady Maira." I forced a smile. " I am just admiring the way she had decorated her chamber " I mocked the way she talks while I am around.

I was the leader of my college's Drama club. Huh.

She narrowed her eyes on me and concentrated on her food.

Ruez tried to hide in laughter by searching his fork under the table, which I should mention was in his hand and Roze put her hand on her mouth to control her chuckles.

We ate peacefully after that, just when we were about to finish, my mind wandered back to the boy with purple eyes.

Without thinking I said while eating, "who is that purple boy, in the pictures on your mother's wall?" Thinking it to be just a normal question.
All three of them stopped and stared at me for a while.

" I know you were going to ask us about it, now or later." Roze said.

"But we don't talk about it Ayra, you should know this." Ruez interrupted her.
"And I thought I was like family. " I said to myself feeling myself . " I can understand I am new here and I should not ask something I should not be knowing. I am sorry."

"Yes, you are write , we hardly know you and all we know about you is that you are Ruez's soulmate , that isn't enough to be a family member." This time Aunt Maira said each word delightfully and gave me a cunning smile.

"Enough of this." Ruez hit the table hand sending half of the contents of the table in air for a few seconds.
"Aunt Maira, she is family since she got her first foot in this palace. And I will not tolerate it if you will disrespect my mate and my future wife like this."

I stared at him open mouthed. My heart did a summer Sault when he said the word "wife" .

Aunt Maira didnt said a word and left without completing her meal.

"Ruez , I think you should stop her, my mother says one shouldn't​ leave his food unfinished." Although my heart was blooming with pride when my mate defended me and took my side but the other part of me doesn't wanted him to have grudges with his aunt because of me.

"Let her go Ayra. I don't know why she is always acting like she is our real aunt, interrupting and telling us what to do like she actually cares. When we all know that she is here just because of money. " Roze blurred out.

Aunt Maira is not their real aunt?

This took me in a state of shock for a few seconds.
" But I thought aunt Maira is the real sister of Queen Esma." I asked confused.

"Not at all, they don't have a single similarity. My mother is an intelligent lady always full of love for everyone. She have never opened her hand in front of anyone to take something , she has always gave and spread happiness around. And this lady, huh she have stolen what isn't hers." Roze's face was red in anger while she talked.

"Roze calm down, we are not allowed to talk about her like this. Father won't be pleased." Ruez said while nodding towards his sister.

"Father is the only reason , I haven't locked her up in dungen brother." Roze digged her fork in the table with full force and the water in her glass started rise above.

"Roze calm down we don't want a flood in the house like last time." Ruez smiled to his sister.

This brought a smile on her face too, like remembering a decent memory.

" But if she will play this , I-hate-Ayra card I will make her drown in the flood created by me." She said looking at me.

This brought a feeling of belongingness in my heart.

"Thank you Roze." I said putting my hand on hers.
She stood up a d hugged me tight.
"You are my only sister Ayra and I love you more than my brother. " She winked at Ruez.

"I will remember this on your birthday ." Ruez said laughing.

"Okay let's go and sleep now , good night would to be sister in law." Roze winked at me and left me blushing.

A hand settled in my waist and I jumped a little. Ruez took me in his arms in bridal style.
"What is.." I felt a sudden pull and my whole body felt like I was flying and with in a blink I was in front of my room.
I jumped out if his arms, "how did you do that?"
I half shouted and half asked.
"Get used to it Ayra." He whispered and kissed my check.

"It's time we go to sleep." Ruez and whispered in my ear. My whole body tensed against his.

When did he brought me here? And sleep together?

My voice got stuck-up​ in my throat but somehow o managed to say,
"We, we are..still not..married." I am sure my face was full-on red by now and my legs were like jellies under me.
I chuckle escaped his mouth and he looked amused.

Did I say something wrong?

"We are going to sleep in different rooms Ayra.Dirty mind." He laughed.

A whole bucket of water fell on my head. Why can't this Earth open now and burry me inside it?
If I was red before, now I felt like a tomato ready to brust.

"Haha, you go and sleep now." Ruez said and he took a step towards me and tired to steal a kiss at my check. To avoid it I turned my face hastily. I don't know how his lips ended on mine.

My eyes became saucers and he backed away.

"Hmmm, I should go." He walked but in place of walking towards his room he went in my room and locked it.

I stood there like a statue not knowing what to do.

Did he just kissed me on my lips? And now he went in my room and locked it away?

After a few seconds , he opened the door and came out.
"This is your room." He said like this was his biggest discovery so far.

"Okay, good night." He took a few steps in the other direction which a was sure was not towards his room. He stopped mid track and slapped his forehead.
Although I was standing there like a iron pillar and my head was under a sleeping spell but this brought a smile on my face and I laughed out loud.

"Your room is there." I said laughing.
"Haha, I know right. Thanks." We laughed along for a few minutes.

He came towards me and before I knew his lips were on mine. I took a deep breath and closed my eyes feeling beyond shock. Before I could open my eyes he was gone.

I stood there too shocked to take a step.

Did it actually happened?
