'The typical wedding'

I continue walking till I reached the church's door. I feel really nervous right now. I hope that everything will go well and smoothly. I went and takes 3 steps up the stairs and waited patiently for the door to opened.

(I just want to say that I don't know anything about how a wedding goes. So I just went on google and did some research. I don't know if it's right but I tried lmao.)

The door opened and to reveal many people, some I know and some I don't. I walked inside the church slowly. After I walked inside of it completely, the door closed as my mum and dad came and walked with me to the altar.

I looked at my front and start focusing on Jimin who is waiting patiently for me at the altar while standing. I got nearer and nearer at him and finally he took my hand.

I saw my dad told him something and he just nodded while smiling slightly at me. We walked up near the priest and the ceremony started.

"Good morning everyone." The priest started.

"Good morning father." All of us said.

"Welcome and thank you for joining us today as we celebrate the marriage of Jimin and Chaeyoung." The priest greeted and we just smiled.

"Dearly beloved, we have come together in the presence of God to witness and bless the joining together of Jimin and Chaeyoung in Holy Matrimony. The bond and covenant of marriage was established by God in creation, and our Lord Jesus Christ adorned this manner of life by His presence and first miracle at the wedding in Cana of Galilee. It signifies to us the mystery of the union between Christ and His Church, and Holy Scripture commends it to be honored among all people.

The union of husband and wife is intended by God for their mutual joy; for the help and comfort given each other in prosperity and adversity; and, when it is God's will, for the procreation of children and their nurture in the knowledge and love of the Lord. Therefore marriage is not to be entered into unadvisedly or lightly, but reverently, deliberately, and in accordance with the purposes for which it was instituted by God." The priest said that introductory prayer.

Then the priest looked at the crowd and said, "Into this union Chaeyoung and Jimin now come to be joined. If any of you can show just cause why they may not be lawfully wed, speak now, or else forever hold your peace."

We went silence and waited for someone to interrupt the wedding. I just hope that Nayeon wouldn't show up right now. *sighs* The priest put his attention back on us and smiled meaning that the ceremony will continue without any interruption.

"I charge you both, here in the presence of God and the witness of this company, that if either of you know any reason why you may not be married lawfully and in accordance with God's Word, do now confess it." He told Jimin and I.

Then he turned to look at me and said, "Chaeyoung, will you have this man to be your husband; to live together with him in the covenant of marriage? Will you love him, comfort him, honor and keep him, in sickness and in health; and, forsaking all others, be faithful unto him as long as you both shall live?"

I nodded my head and said, "I will."

He then now looked at Jimin and said, "Jimin, will you have this woman to be your wife; to live together with her in the covenant of marriage? Will you love her, comfort her, honor and keep her, in sickness and in health; and, forsaking all others, be faithful unto her as long as you both shall live?"

He nodded his head and looked at me, "I will." He said.

The priest now looked at the crowd and said, "Will all of you witnessing these promises do all in your power to uphold these two persons in their marriage?"

"We will."

"Who gives this woman to be married to this man?" The priest asked the crowd.

"She gives herself, with the blessing of her mother and father." My dad answered and some weird songs started playing.

Well I guess it's now the time for the vows.

Jimin faces me and took my right hand then said, "In the name of God, I, Park Jimin, take you, Park Chaeyoung, to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until we are parted by death. This is my solemn vow." He smiled then let go of my hand.

I now took his right hand and said, "In the name of God, I, Park Chaeyoung, take you, Park Jimin, to be my husband, to have and to hold form this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, until we are parted by death. This is my solemn vow." I smiled then let go of his hand.

"Bless, O Lord, these rings as a symbol of the vows by which this man and this woman have bound themselves to each other; through Jesus Christ our Lord." The priest asked for the lord's blessing.

"Amen." We all said.

Jimin then places the ring on my left ring finger and said, "I give you this ring as a symbol of my love, and with all that I am, and all that I have, I honor you, in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit."

I took his hand and places the ring on his left ring finger then copied what he said before, "I give you this ring as a symbol of my love, and with all that I am, and all that I have, I honor you, in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit."

"Now that Chaeyoung and Jimin have given themselves to each other by solemn vows, with the joining of hands and the giving and receiving of rings, I pronounce that they are husband and wife, in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Those whom God has joined together, let no one put asunder." The priest said while holding both Jimin and I's right hand.

"Amen." We all said.

"Let us stand and pray together the words our Savior taught us."

"Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy Name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil, for thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, forever. Amen." We all prayed together.

The priest asked us Jimin and I to kneel and said, "God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit, bless, preserve and keep you; the Lord mercifully with his favor look upon you, and fill you with all spiritual benediction and grace; that you may faithfully live together in this life, and in the age to come have life everlasting. Amen." Then we stands up again.

"The peace of the Lord be with you always." He told everyone.

"And also with you." All of us replied.

Omg this is it. The part that I'm so nervous for. Calm down Chaeyoung. *breath in and out slowly*

"Chaeyoung and Jimin, having witnessed your vows of love to one another, it is my joy to present you to all gathered here as husband and wife," He paused the smiled at Jimin,

"You may kiss the bride."

The people in the back took out all the phones and cameras and started preparing on what's coming. Jimin looked at me sincerely then put the headdress I'm wearing over my head.

He grabbed my face gently and kissed me passionately.

I went and put my hands around his neck and go on for another kiss.

The crowd cheered and some of them are even whistling. I guess the one who's whistling are the boys and the one who's squealing are the girls.

We pulled away from each other and started walking down the aisle. Our parents and friends started swooning over us and congratulating us as we walk out the church holding hands.

"Chaeyoung, Jimin, All of us will go to the reception venue first while you guys stay here for the photos okay?" My mum told us and we just nodded.

"How are you feeling baby?" Jimin asked me.

"I feel alright. I don't know, I'm just really happy." I told him and he smiled.

"Well, you look really beautiful on that right now." He complimented me.

"So I don't look beautiful before??"

"No, no! I don't mean it like that! You're always beautiful in my eyes."

"Awe thank you. Anyways, you too hubby." I winked at him and he just went to peck my lips.

We looked at each and laughed. We started heading where our photographer is and start taking pictures.
