Aidens POV

Dammit ! Dammit! Dammit!

The door couldn't hold longer so it shut and locked us in here.

"Aiden I'll tell you from now when that door open you better be ready!" Bentley said. Making me curse in my head.

"Everyone move in!" These men were definitely needed right now.

It was silent for a moment . All we could hear was the gun shots going off .

"Aiden-" I pointed the gun at her "Say another word and I'll shoot"

She looked me in my eyes and she shook her head "no you wouldn't"

I was tempted to do it myself but my heart wasn't like that anymore.

"You were suppose to be dead. In my mind you were and even now you still are" in a cold tone I spoke to her.

"Aiden I'm so -"

"Shut it. Maybe he won't but I will" Bryan said in the oh so most heartless tone.

I ignored her because someone had unlocked the door . So we got in position ready to fire .

The door opened and a squad of security stood there and so the war began.

While shooting I realize the men from outside were there helping as well. So our work wasn't much.

I grabbed Her by the upper arm and pulled her along.

"I've thought about you a lot you know, you know you can't be mad at me"

I wanted to laugh at her . She really thought that we still have that connection.

"I'm not even mad. I don't care."
I could see the hurt reflect on her face.

"You know when the accident happen I was abducted . I was woke up in a house with a bunch of wires connected to me."

I ignored her but kinda still listening to her.
"I tried to come back but they wouldn't let me. Then I see he was plotting to come for you . Plotting to kill your wife. I thought why not play along atleast I'd get to come home to you"

"You lied"

Confused I try not to but I looked at her like she was crazy.

"You said you didn't love me. You lied"
I shot some security who was in our way and continued pushing.

I ignored her and shook my head. "You still love me. You're lying!" She threw herself on me. I didn't mean to but I pushed her back a lil roughly.

"Stop it! Okay?! I don't want you . I don't love you like before anymore. One woman gets all this love . That's my wife . You understand ?"

"Whether you do or not . Don't ever try that again or I'll just blow this plan by throwing you out there"
I said seriously. She was pissin me off. Why you throwing yourself at me?
All these years thinking she was dead and now here she is .

I have a good life goin on here and I don't need her messing things up for me.

Anjelica POV
This was not going as planned.
I didn't know what to do with this tech guy honestly.

But I had to go in. We had to go in. I hate being a bodyguard when there's a mission that's need to be accomplished. I don't like looking back to see if someone's okay all the times. It's stressful .
And the mission requires my full attention.

"Alright Baby , you ready ?"  There was a couple guys we had to take out and then we can run out this building.

He looked my way and nodded. We both got up while hearing gun shots and took the last men down.

"Alright Bentley lets go" I called him out while he was coming down I went to peck Jeremy "be safe alright, I can't lose you right now" I caressed his face a bit. He touched my hand "I can't make no promises" which made me wanna tear up. He pulled my face up to peck me one last time before we left.

"Alright guys lets go" Bentley said .

And we rushed out. I don't like that he's talking like that. I really wanna cry cause he's scaring me. This is definitely not the time.

We were out the place and hiding behind the cars. But guess what ? Queue the eye roll . In the car in front people were inside aaaaaand they saw us.

Since Jeremy was close he kicked the gun out his hand and started fighting him . Meanwhile I shot the rest that attempted to fight him.

When Jeremy was done with him , we ran across the lawn while the team were shooting the rest on the opposing team.

While entering there was a war zone going and I just knew it.

"Umm guys he's here and he's got car after car coming in , if we don't hurry this is gonna become a huge blood bath.

"Call in the rest" Aiden said.

"Copy"

"Jason, you heard the man send in the rest"

"Already on it"

Securities were coming again and we started shooting till we were out of bullets and needed to run and hide so we can refill.

"Damn , how much security does he have?!" Bentley freaked out.

"He's Russian , a lot!" I replied.

"Anje , you need extras ? " he offered me more bullets . " No it's okay"

"You know what ?" He smiled at me "what?" Confused a bit. " you're doing a pretty good job out here" making me blush because of his stupid grin. " thanks"

"C'mere , you deserves a kiss" he smirked at me "boooyyy"

"Really right now ?!" Bentley yelled
Jeremy ignored him and pulled me in for a short sweet kiss. I heard him scoff like he was oh so disgusted. Hater.
He pulled away from me and smiled.
"Aiden needs me okay?" He placed my hair behind my ear.

"But what about me i need you .. I can't do this by myself"

"All my life I've seen you do a lot of things great even by yourself. Even protecting Bentley right is you doin a great job. I believe in you okay ? You can do this" eyes filled with water i nodded "I'll see you when it's over." He kissed my forehead and turned the corner and disappeared.

In shock a bit . Now I really wanted to cry. Talk about the extra pressure. I brought my head back to suck back in my tears.
I cocked my gun back and got ready to wage war. I hand Bentley one of the guns "you know how to use this right ?"

He looked at me in shock. "Hold it firmly and shoot at the opposers. It's easy"  I turned to walk in front of him and the way clear.

When I looked back to check him , he was trembling and running from the dead bodies" Ew Ew Ew Eeew" I rolled my eyes. Such a girl.

"Jeremy's got the package, we need everyone at the center immediately" Aiden said

"Copy that"

Walking ..one of these security guards just pulled out of nowhere and slammed the gun out my hand and attempt to punch me but I ducked it and I punched him in the face following a kick to the face.

"Bentley! Shoot!" He stood there watching me eyes wide as saucers.

Damn it!
He successfully landed a punch to my jaw.
"Bentley !!"
Finally he shot him. He looked surprised til seconds later he snapped out of it . He rushed towards me to help me up. "You okay?" I picked up my gun. "Yeah I am"

"One hell of a punch tho"I rubbed my jaw , he even busted my lip.

"Pretty good for a first try"
I gave him props "think you can be a little faster next time ?"

"Well it was my first time so I'm not sure"
I chuckled.

When we reach the center I felt like this was world war 3 and I'm not even playing.

Everyone was either fighting or shooting.

"Package secured" Jeremy said. Hearing his voice put me at ease. Made my heart skip a beat.

I could see Aiden from here and he was busy fighting as well. I guess the guy he was fighting was Kings minions . I didn't even realize how built they were. I decided to go up stairs and shoot from there.

"Bentley come on!" 
Before we even got there security were blocking us again. I shot him before I could again one of them had the AUDACITY to tackle me .. SIR!!

When he attempt to get up I punched and I used my legs to put him in a headlock. While doin so I grab my gun and shot the guy close to Bentley . Before I could shoot the man I was fighting he was out already .

Then I never actually saw this happen but someone threw a bomb and the explosion blew us back.

"Damn" "groaning in pain. My leg was in so much pain , there was blood gushing out.

I looked around to see if Bentley was okay. "Bentley ?" I shook him . "Bentley ?" I shook him again. He started groaning. "Damn , my back"

When I looked back . There he stood. King.

Everyone was recovering and getting back up but this time the place was so quiet.

Just waiting to see what's next .

"Did you really think you can come up against me ?" He stepped forward .

I was scared . I was really scared.
The tone of his voice gave me chills and not the good kind either.

"Aren't you suppose to be grieving ?" He pretended to think. "Your wife died no ?"

"I heard, that's  a terrible thing to hear"
He chuckled .

"Care to explain why now you're deciding to seek revenge ?" Aiden responded.

"Now? I've always been seeking revenge. This is not even just about that stupid girl."

He walked around Aiden " you took everything from me!"

Aiden looked confused but didn't really show it. "When I was young my parents put me up for adoption. I thought I was doing well but they saw so much favor in this marvelous "handsome" young man would make great for their company's face and they way he behaves like a business. Just because I was into others things they threw me out and took you in. They never even looked for me or checked up on me. They were occupied molding you into the business ceo that I was ought to be!"

" and I was gonna take your life at first. But that's too easy. I want you to suffer first. Then I see you have a wife and I figured hey why not ?
When you stopped cheating you started valuing her which meant I could now take her from you. I tried to at first but that didn't work. So I had to do it another way, then I almost died because of your team and my best friend she died."

"I dealt with all that because of you ...and you get to be happy ?" He shook his head angry .

"Had to make you suffer somehow and finally I got the deed done"

"You're wife's out of the picture and I can keep taking from you until it's your turn to die but I rather not waste time or bullets" he stood in front of him again.

He pulled out his gun and when he did , the men on the outer courts did too . Our team pointing towards King and Kings men towards us.

Just then more men from us came in so they were outnumbered. Aiden was smirking the whole time. Even though they were outnumbered the gun was still in his face. It was no reason to smiling . At all.

The two men that were standing behind King were wearing masks and were pointing towards us.

Then all of a sudden the two men behind him made a distance between them selves to let a female guard step up and she pointed the gun towards King.

Which had me totally confused.
She took it off the safety . "Tell your men to stand down"

I had to be going crazy!!
My mind was definitely playing games with me .
Then the 3 of them took their masks off.

What in the world ....
