Lucy clenched to Natsu as he held her in his chest. She still held her mouth with one hand, still feeling the twinge in her stomach. But she'd fallen asleep soon after. He sighed, getting up and lifting her onto his back.
He grabbed the broom and went out of the supplies room.
" Sorry getting the broom took so long. "he said as he came in, handing the broom to Mira.
" oh, I had almost forgotten about the mug. "she said, taking the broom.
" What happened to Lucy? "Juvia asked, seeing she was asleep on his back, but was strange, is her tears were still fresh, streaming down her face.
" Her mother came for a visit. "Natsu stated, bluntly. Only Erza had gotten what he meant, since she knew everything and nothing could be hidden from her.
" What do you mean by that, Natsu? "Lisanna asked.
" Acute... Stress... Disorder... "Erza spelt out.
" I'm going to go bring her home. "Natsu stated.
" Be careful. "Gray said, Natsu nodded and walked out.

" mmm... "Lucy groaned, holding her head as she sat up. She looked around seeing she was in a bedroom, but not hers. It was a familiar one-
" You're awake. "Natsu said, coming in as he pulled on a shirt.
" What happened? "she asked as she stood up. She stumbled, Natsu catching her.
" It was your mother... again.. "
Lucy nodded, hanging her head. Natsu made his way to her, sitting next to his beloved (more like betrothed 😘).
He wrapped his arms around her, pulling her down onto the bed with him.
" my Luce~"he cooed, cutesy. Lucy smiled lightly, looking to him. She leaned, kissing his chin. "" I know what will make you happy. "
Lucy stared at him.
" Erza offered we all go to a hot spring that's up in the mountains. A friend Minerva runs it and gave Erza a reservation. "he said." So far all I know is going is Levy, Juvia, Gray, Lisanna, Jellal, Erza, and us if you want to. "
" It'll be fun. "Lucy smiled.
Natsu pulled her to him, keeping her warm and safe." Lucy, can I ask a favor? "he asked, holding her tighter as he covered his face in her hair. Not really wanting her to see him for the moment.
" Of course. "she nodded, touching his arm gently. He staid silent, taking the time to ask her." Natsu... are you alright? You've been acting strange lately. "
He let her go, backing up a bit to see her. Her eyes saddened, seeing his be so calm." Natsu... "she sighed his name, looking down." If there's anything wrong... please tell me... Don't shove everything in a bottle. I beg of you... "
He staid silent, looking down as well. Unable to look at her.

" It's Zeref... "he stated making her gasp and look up at him. He hid his onyx eyes from her sight." I haven't gotten over his death. I'm not sure I ever-"
" How much sleep have you gotten, Natsu? "Lucy asked, her hands grazing his cheek. He gasped, not expecting her to come close." These things stay. It's called a memory, and you won't ever forget it even if you want to. It may be hard, you may have nightmares, and it may take a whole lifetime to get over it... but... as long as you don't forget who they were and what they were like, that's what is important. "
He nodded. She leaned forward, taking his head into her arms. Letting his head rest upon her shoulder. She stroked his hair, comforting him.
