-1 Week Later-

Kayla's POV

I groan and I lay my head somewhere else trying to block out the sunlight.

"Kayla."

I groan more and I block my eyes from the sunlight.

"Come on its time to get up you've been asleep for a week." I hear a women say.

"Noooo I want to keep sleeping I'm comfortable." I say moving around a little.

"Pink fluffy chickens are attacking."

I bolt up in a defensive position. "Where." I say looking around the room warily.

I hear someone groan behind me.

"Where is she." I hear him say and I turn around. "Where's Kayla is she ok." He says sitting up.

"Yeah I'm fine even though I want to keep sleeping." I say pouting.

"You always want to sleep." Naruto says rubbing his eyes.

"Yeah because in the dream world I can make it all my own and escape the life called Reality." I say emphasizing reality.

"We should get up though I'm starving." Naruto says and on cue our stomachs rumble.

I laugh nervously and we get up and change into some clothes. I change into a black short sleeve shirt with black shorts and a fishnet long sleeve under my short sleeve shirt. I put on my black ninja sandals and Naruto well he changes into what he always wears and we walk down stairs and we order some food and we eat and eat until we are full.

"You know Naruto, some one in the rookie nine has a crush on you and she's a friend of mine actually a good friend almost like a sister." I say with a grin.

"WHO IS IT SAKURA." He yells at me.

"Your so dense." I say banging my head on the table. "Its Hinata you moron." I say to him and he looks at me weirdly.

"Hinata no she couldn't have a crush on me." Naruto says.

"So dense so freaking dense. Sorry Hinata I tried to tell him for you." I mutter and I keep banging my head on the table.

"Kayla come here."

I groan and I stand up and I walk over. "Yes Shizune?" I ask.

"How are you even alive?" She asks me.

"Uhh well my Mom and Dad-" 

"That's not what I meant I mean you have sever damage to your gut you shouldn't be alive." Shizune says.

I think for a minute. "I was staying alive because people need me to I have no choice really." I say to her with a thoughtful look.

"Which people?" Tsunde asks.

"Well for starters Naruto and then Konohomaru the kids of the village. The other genin, some Jounin, and some Chunin. The villagers they need someone to rely on to help them build and help babysit their kids and help with a lot of other things. Moegi, Udon. A lot of people need help in the village not to mention the paperwork in the Hokage office is staking up and even though I know how to do it incase Dad died and we had to look for a Hokage I was supposed to take care of it and damn my role is kind of important I never really thought about it until now." I say to them with a small smile then a realization hits me. "SHIT I WAS SUPPOSED TO DO THE PAPERWORK." I yell running back up stairs grabbing all my stuff sealing it in a scroll and I set it inside my pouch and I run out of the hotel and I flash step to the Hokages office scaring Shikaku and Yoshino.

"HOLY MOTHER OF-" they say before I cut them off.

"Move I need to get this done I can't believe I forgot I was supposed to do this." I say running over to the desk and sorting out the papers them getting to work on them.

"Kayla I was gonna do it since you weren't here." Shikaku says lazily.

"It was my responsibility I shouldn't have left but then again I had to go since Jiraiya and Naruto suckered me into it." I say while filling out papers as fast as light.

"What do you mean suckered into it?" Yoshino asks.

"Jiraiya wanted Naruto to go and since I didn't want to leave Naruto alone with that pervert I had to go and by the time we found Tsunde, Orochimaru tried making a deal with her ending up in a battle with me fighting Kabuto with me winning with a new jutsu I created and then Orochimaru left with Kabuto saying he would be back for me and then I passed out due to chakra depletion from healing Naruto and from getting kicked in the gut to many times damaging it and then Tsunde healed it I left this morning cause I was asleep for a whole week due to that and yeah there's a short summary of what happened they should be back in a few days." I say to them and their eyes widen. "I hate those snakes I would have killed them if I wasn't occupied with Naruto and he nearly died as well to." I say to them looking up.

"Are you two ok?" Yoshino asks.

"I'm fine so is Naruto the nine tails healed what I couldn't and Tsunde healed me." I say to them while staring at the papers. "I hate paperwork I feel bad for Naruto already." I say and my hand cramps. "Shit." I say holding my hand.

"What's wrong." Yoshino asks me.

"Cramp." I summon 14 clones. "You guys help me do this." I point to the paperwork and Yoshino and Shikaku sweat drop as we continue working with our hands going at lightning speed. "Wait was I supposed to give ANBU people missions?" I ask looking over Dads schedule. "I was" I pause. "Damn Shikaku you do that." I say to him.

"Give missions to ANBU?" He asks.

"And other level ninja's the village is weak right now but we can't let the enemy countries know that and make sure you leave some chunin, genin and jonin here that way incase of attack we have some forces to help." I say to him.

"Yes Ma'am." he says and he gathers the missions with Yoshino and he walks into another room with her.

Me and my clones keep working at lightning speed with the piles eventually going down.

"AH FUCK." Me and my clones yell as our hands cramp.

We get back to work minutes later and when night falls someone knocks on the door.

"Come in." I say as I continue to work on the floor.

A few people walk in.

"Yes may I help you?" I say sitting up and smiling at them.

"Kayla?" One of them asks

I sigh. "About a year ago Dad told me that if he ever died and people had to look for the new Hokage I was to be in charge and do everything I was supposed to." I say. "Now Kakashi, Asuma, Kurenai, and Guy why are you here?" I ask them

"Do you have any missions for us?" They ask.

"I put Shikaku in charge of that since the paperwork stacked up while I was gone and Dad never covered missions." I say to them. "He's in the room down the hall on the right at least I think he's still awake." We sweat drop. 

"Also don't you need a team to be on?" Asuma asks.

"I haven't thought that far I've been to busy with finding Tsunde, and helping the village rebuild itself and doing paperwork." I say with a calm expression.

"Kayla." Someone says and walks into the room.

"Itachi why are you here?" I ask him.

"The villagers are complaining about how the kids running around town and destroying things and people are complaining about the lack of help and the towns people outside the walls are complaining about bandits being to loud." He says to me.

I groan and I hit my head on the floor. "That's it the kids are going to be designated to the academy and the park that way they stay out of construction and they don't get in the way to destroy things. I want some ANBU to help with building the town and helping the villagers with whatever they need, and the Bandits you and me Itachi will take care of them so that way we can finally have a bit of peace and quiet." I say getting up and putting Dad's jacket on and my ninja weapons pouch on my leg.

"Are you sure Kayla?" Itachi asks me.

"Yes I am just as long as no one pisses me off nothing will get damaged." I say to him. "You 4 go help the village and keep the kids where I said Kakashi you deal with the kids they like your gravity defying hair for some reason, Guy and Asuma you help the villagers rebuild and Kurenai you help Kakashi incase the kids try pulling his hair out and try keeping him sane as best as possible." I say to them.

Kakashi's eyes widen really big. "I have to deal with the kids?" He asks me.

"Yes Kakashi now I would suggest you 4 get to work before those kids do any more damage and the villagers will stop complaining I had like 40 villagers come in here earlier all at once complaining and it hurt my head." I say to them.

"Yes Ma'am." They say and they disappear in a poof.

"Lets go Kayla." Itachi says to me and we run out of the village and we make quick work with the bandits and we run back.

I stand in my office with a expression that no one can read.

a few villagers come in bickering. "KAYLA." 

I breath in and out. "Ok you know what I don't know how Dad did this all day." I mutter under my breath. "OK SHUT THE HELL UP." I yell at them using my chains to pull them apart.

"Which one is right?" They ask me angry.

"What the hell is going on and one of you better tell me before I lose it." I tell them with a calm tone.

"We started fighting about which of our houses were better we want to prove who's house is better." They all say glaring at each other.

My eye twitches and we walk to their houses. "They look the same and you know what my answer is I think they all look good therefore you can stop bickering and be happy that your houses look amazing." I say to them.

"KAYLA." 

I groan and I walk back to Dad's office and I look at all the complaining villagers. My eye twitches in annoyance.

They keep complaining and I walk in front of them. "SHUT THE FUCK UP NOW." I yell and they all shut up. "I don't give a fucking crap that your villagers right now. At the moment your being annoying with all the complaining, how about you do things for yourself for a while instead of relying on ninja because we are spread thin with out ninja and I have to keep acting as a temporary Hokage until the new one gets here so if you don't want to annoy me further and make me pissed I would suggest you quit the complaining and do something about it."

"Yes Ma'am" they run out terrified.

I flop in Dad's old chair and I sigh. 

"KAYLA." 

I groan. "SHUT UP I NEED SOME PEACE SO I DONT DESTROY THE VILLAGE DUE TO MY ANGER ISSUES." I yell down the hall.

"WE NEED YOU AT THE MOMENT SOME ONE IS AT THE GATE." Shikaku yells back at me.

I walk out ad to the gate and I see someone weird with a black coat and red clouds on it. "ahh how good of you to come make me pissed today." I say to them sarcastically.

"Well looks like I came on a bad day." The person says.

"No fucking shit." I say creating rasangan needles out of my chakra and putting a drop of poison in them behind my back. "Now mind telling me who you are before I get pissed" I say to them with a sickly sweet tone.

"I think you are pissed." The person says.

"Not yet but your testing my patience." I say to him.

"My name is Deidara." He says taking his hat off.

I step back a little as I realize who he is. "Well shit. I'VE HAD ENOUGH BULLCRAP TODAY." I yell angry as my chains come from my back and as they go I connect long Chakra sebon with poison in them and I make them go towards Deidara and he tries dodging but my sebon get him and I he falls to the ground paralyzed. "Was that my paralysis sebon?" I silently ask myself. "Huh I thought I put my poison sebon on there." I say and he glares at me. "Na ah don't I don't feel like having to deal with your bullshit today so why don't I send you back where you came from." I say with a smile as I inject some minor poison in him and I punch him back to Iwagakure.

"KAYLA."

"UGHH" I groan and I walk back to my office and I see Jounin and Chunin here. "How did Dad deal with this." I mutter under my breath and I walk to my desk. "Ok what's wrong now?" I ask 

"We have no missions." They say and I hit my head on Dad's desk and they look at me.

"Go help the villagers then because I sure as hell can't right now." I say looking at them and they poof away without another word.

"KAYLA." 

"WHAT NOW." I yell finally pissed.

"WE NEED HELP WITH THE VILLAGE KIDS KURENAI AND KAKASHI HAVE BEEN TAKEN DOWN." 

"FINE FINE I'M COMING JUST STOP CALLING MY NAME AFTER I FINISH SOMETHING FOR LIKE FIVE MINUTES SO I CAN CALM DOWN." I yell at Shikaku and I walk into the Academy and I see Kakashi and Kurenai on the ground twitching and I sigh. 

"KAYLA." The kids yell and they hug me.

I sigh and I smile at them. "So any new adventures today?" I ask them.

"Yeah we are playing Ninja and we beat the real ninja here." they say grinning.

I look at Kakashi and Kurenai then back at the kids. "Seems like you kids are better at being ninja than Kakashi and Kurenai." I say with a grin and I ruffle their hair. "Why don't you guys play something else." I look up. "Actually its way past your bed time." I say to them.

"BUT WE DONT WANT TO GO TO BED." They yell at me pouting.

"I wouldn't make her mad right now." Itachi says coming up behind me.

"You kids need your sleep so you can play more tomorrow." I say to them.

"Fine." they grumble.

"Good now go back home and tomorrow I want you guys to just stay here at the academy with Iruka and Ebisu so you guys don't get into trouble." I say to them and they run back home. I sigh and I sit on the swing exhausted. "Itachi why are you here shouldn't you be at home asleep as well?" I ask him.

"Normally yes I would be but I came to check up on you making sure you were getting sleep." He says to me.

"How did Dad manage being Hokage and dealing with me, Naruto, Mom, and the villagers." I mutter.

"He somehow managed but he smiled just like you did back there with those kids. Sometimes I wonder how you deal with kids and on top of that deal with all the harsh treatment from the villagers, you always smiled and just kept walking like nothing happened." Itachi says to me.

"I don't know either." I say with a small smile. "You should get to bed I have paperwork to finish and another long day tomorrow." I say to him.

"Fine but you better get some sleep tonight." Itachi says and disappears in a poof

"I can sure as hell try." I mutter and I walk back to the Hokage office and I finish the papers and I fall asleep with my head on the desk and my arms as a pillow.
