Squish!

The three of us reaches Hawks' Agency. Toya looking worst for wear "You two are going to be the death of me." he mutters. "It couldn't have been that bad." I say to him as Frost and Flare dispers. "You just aren't use to flying." Hawks adds. 

Then there is a call about a mall fire, nearly stopping my heart as they mention a kid still in the mall. "Kiki on her way." I say, summoning Frost and flying toward the smoke. "Kiki!!" Hawks yells, but I ignore. Toya knows why I am going to the fire, and it's not just because I am a hero.

As I reach the fire I notice Shoyo's mom crying by an officer. No- "I'm going in." I tell the Pros that are here. "Are you crazy?!" one asks me. "Yup." I reply taking out a mask and wetting it before running in. "Frost, find him." I tell my dragon as I cover my mouth and nose with the damp cloth. "SHOYO!" I call, hoping he can hear me "SHOYO!" 

This is the worst game of Marco Polo. "Azula-san." I hear a small voice cough as Frost returns to me. 

"Shoyo." I say, reaching the boy. I take the mask off and tell him to put it on as I remove my shirt. "I got the boy, he's fine." I say over the radio placing my shirt around. "Thank you for saving me Azula-san." he says as I pick him up. I start cooling the air around us, "That's what a hero do." I smile at him "Now hold on tight." 

I start navigating my way out of the burning building. The flames licking my legs, but I probably will get only first degree burns. 

Cracks are heard through the building, not good. I continue running toward the exit, coughing due to the smoke and running. Almost there. I think to myself. A louder crack is heard, "Frost!" the dragon answers my call and take Shoyo from my arms as the ceiling begins to collapse. 

"AZULA-SAN!!" Shoyo cries as Frost takes him to safety. I have to find another way out. 

I start making my way up to the second floor, the smoke getting denser and denser along with it being harder to keep my body cool "Kiki, where are you?" Oh, hi Iida. "Second floor, I had to find another way out." I reply to my classmate. "I'm coming in to get you." he says, "In a suit of armor?" I ask him "Ingenium, come in here and you are cooked. Not to mention your engines will overheat. cough cough I am almost to an exit." I say, seeing the door "Make sure they have O2 on standby."

"Alright," my class rep submits "make sure you get out of there alive. I don't think your brothers will forgive me if you don't." 

"You got it." I bang my shoulder against the metal door, singeing my arm on contract. But luckily the door opens and I run out in to less smokey air, gods my throat burns. "Kiki!" it's Iida, he rushes over and prevents me from collapsing. "Is the kid okay?" I ask between coughs as he takes me to the ambulance that is waiting "Yes he is. But what you did was irrational, yet again." the armored boy says, "Says the one who almost ran in wearing an oven." I argue. I sit down on a gurney. "Kiki-san." a smaller voice says. I look over to see Shoyo, still holding my shirt, and his mother next to him "Yes?" I smile, "Thank you for saving me." he smiles before handing me my shirt. "Thank your support." I say to him.

"Kiki!" I hear Toya yell as Shoyo and his mother walks away. An EMT hands me an Oxygen mask that I hold to my nose and mouth. "Hello Toya." Iida says to my brother, "You, young lady, are in so much trouble." the latter growls at me, kind of ignoring our classmate. I give a shrug, the best I can with my shoulder being wrapped up. "At least the kid is safe." Toya mumbles.

"Yeah." I reply as Iida goes off to see if there is anything he can do. "So is Hawks coming?" I ask Toya who sits down next to me, my shoulder and legs wrapped up. "Maybe. He had to take a call." Toya replies.

I rest my head on his shoulder, trying to warm back up "Cold?"

"Only a little." I reply, the air around us warms up a little. the air around us begins to warm up a little.

After a while, we go back to Hawks's agency. "You, Azula, are crazy." Hawks informs me after I was called to his office, as if I didn't already know this.

"I've done crazier." I remark. "Not surprised. Do you got plans for New Year's?" he asks. "Spending time with family." I shrug, some pain from my left shoulder "Do you have any plans?" I ask in return.

"Not really, probably work."

"I could see if Takami can come over to ring in the New Year." I casually say "I am sure Mom will be fine with it."

"I don't think Takami wouldn't mind either." Keigo say, following my lead. "Of course we shouldn't tell Toya, it would be fun to surprise him."

"And prevents us from being killed right away."

"He wouldn't kill us. Trust me," I tell Takami "with the amount of death threats I gotten from him, I should've died at least a dozen times!"

"Fair point." Hawks says. We talk into the evening until I have to go back to Dad's agency. I am so going to be killed by Bakugo.

I walk into the agency, slightly limping due to my calves being burned then wrapped tightly. The elevator is empty as I enter it to go up to the office, I still have some papers to fill out before New Year's. "Azula." my father greets me as I exit the elevator, him entering "Hi Dad." I smile, hiding my limp as I go to my desk.

"Hey Sis." Sho greets me, looking up from his phone. "Hey Sho." I sit down at my desk, relieved to get off my feet and, in turn, my legs. "How was Hawks's Agency?" he asks me as I grab the papers. "Fast pace at times. Not that I mind much." I add. 

"And Toya?" 

"Had plenty of opportunities to annoy him. With Hawks's okay." I answer him filling out the papers.

"Sounds fun." my little brother smiles at me, "Very." I finish the paper and lean back in my chair "Shouldn't you be in bed or something?" I ask, Shoto shrugs "Waiting for you to come back."

"Thanks little bro." I stand up, my legs shaking slightly but I will be fine "Shall we go then so our boyfriends won't carry us to bed."

"Might be smart."

I get up and follow my brother to the elevator, limping just as before. "Are you alright Azula?" he asks, turning to look at me, "Yeah." I reply, smiling as I stand next to him. "Something happened while you were out." Sho folds his arms and gives me a knowing look, "Ran into a fire, my calves got most of it." I sigh. I have my shorts in slack mode from my trip here. "Was someone in there?" he asks, pushing the elevator summoning button, "Yeah, you know that little child that Tenshi fell asleep on? He was in there. Got him out safely." I tell him as the the doors open. Apparently Dad did not go down yet. "Welcome back Dad." I smile, walking in with Sho. 

Oh man, I am going to have to sleep on my stomach tonight or the back it my calves will hurt worse than hell. The ride down was quiet, awkward and painful on my legs. 

We arrive to the sleeping quarters, where Sho and I get off. "See ya tomorrow Dad." I wave as the elevator doors closed. Now I can limp properly, "Do you need help?" Shoto asks me, I shake my head "Don't think so." 

"You sure?"

"I'm sure. Just be on standby." 

We walk down the hallway toward our rooms, "Shit, my legs are shaking too much." I tell my brother who immediately wraps his arm around my waist, "Lean on me then, give them a bit of a break." Sho responds. Thank goodness he is on my right our else my burnt shoulder would kill me too as I wrap my arm around his shoulders.

"You know," Shoto says "you should be more careful Sis."

"Hard to when danger is in the job description Brother." I reply "But I will try."

"All I'm asking for." he smiles at me as we reach my room. "Next one over." I tell him, we go over to Izuku's room without any further words.

"Night Azula." he says as I check the door, it's unlocked "Night Shoto." I respond opening the door.

I sigh upon seeing my sleeping boyfriend. I shut the door softly and make my way to the bed. Placing a peck on Izuku's forehead, I change into my sweat pants and tank-top before carefully getting under the covers with him.

"Hi." Izu yawns as I lay my head on his chest. "Did I wake you?" I ask him, he shakes his head "Love you." Izu tells, kissing the top of my head. "Love you too."

Later

I sit up after waking up from a bad dream/flashback. It was the same on I use to get as a kid [See chapter ten], probably because of the fire. 

I subconsciously rub my eye thankfully I am not crying this time around. I get up and get me my water bottle to take a swig.

I glance at Izuku who is still sleeping peacefully. What am I going to do? I am lucky for the break I got from the Front for New Year's, but with after? I still have work then school not long after the New Year.

I lay back down, this time on my side, facing Izuku and off my left shoulder. Wrapping my arms around him, I press my face into his chest "I love you so much." I whisper, tears trying to appear but they don't as I fall back to sleep.

Well, that chapter was unexpected. I don't know how long I have been waiting to have either Shoto or Bakugo say that they are gay as Sho did in this chapter.
