Suzaku POV

This is all my fault I should have left to find her. Why didn't I just do that instead of this?

"Zero you can take off that mask we all know it's you Suzaku," Gino said

I removed my masked and to many, they seemed surprised I was alive. But those who knew me figured I was Zero.

"Suzaku you have to make things right with her."

Leila POV

When she left I followed behind her. I don't want her to feel that way with us. I know that the memories we made with her mean something to her. I got to her office and saw her looking out the window.

"It's amazing, isn't it? How the world is so beautiful with no worry."

"(F/n) you know you can talk to me. What goes in your mind and about how you feel. You can talk to me about anything and I would still be here for you."

"That's a lie once you have what you want I'll be left behind just like everyone else did."

"Why? Why do you think I would do that?"

"My parents died saving Japanese all the time. They said that they would never leave me alone. In the end, they died along with my whole family. I'm the last of the (L/n) family."

"But that was caused by war."

"No it's wasn't it was betrayal from one of the four houses of Kyoto. They saw it was a disgrace for my mother to marry my father a Britannian at that."

"But how did you know about all this if you were a child?"

"Easy when you have an uncle that serves their military and a teacher as well." All of a sudden the door slammed open with Zero panting.

"(F/n) I'm so sorry I didn't know how you felt. I was only trying to make a world where you didn't need to kill or be hurt by others. I just wanted to make you happy. I'm so sorry (F/n)."

Your POV

After Suzaku try to apologize you finally looked at him. He had his head down.

"Is that all you can say? You expect me to forgive you after breaking not one but two promises. Do expect me to forgive and forget these five painful years like that. Do you know how many nights I have cried because of you and Lelouch? No, you don't." You said to him.

"I know that your mad and you should be. But everything I did was so I can make you happy. To create a better world for us to live in." He said as he started to walk towards you. Instead, when he was arm's length you gave him a major beat down that you know he won't forget.

"What the Hell do you mean by being mad I'm furious. You lied to me and made me cry. There is no way I would ever forget that. I wasted my time crying for you hoping that it was a prank. But instead, I got nothing but cold hard truth. And you expect me to take this and move on. Not when I'm this piss off (F/n) (L/n) is not some you can play around with." You said as you finished beating him up. Some bruises on his face started to show.

"It makes me even angrier that you're not resisting."

"I won't resist the punishment I deserver. Because I was the one who cause it."

"I hate you." You said as you walked out of the room and walked towards your room.

'Suzaku I hate you so much but I still love you.' You began to feel your mind wander. When you got to your room you locked the door and head to bed. You immediately went to sleep once your head hit the pillow.

Gino POV

"Well, she sure knows how to give a punch," Kallen said as we arrive at Suzaku's side.

"So now what are you going to give up on her? Or are you going to fix this mess you and Lelouch made?" C.C asked as Suzaku still on the floor looked up to us.

"I don't know she hates me."

"Man you are useless. She may be mad but she still loves you." One of the girls from the army said as she looked in the office.

"Ayano," Leila said.

"She is correct her heart still has love," C.C said.

"And you know this how?" Kallen asked.

"I just know it's her reason she been fighting herself. You wouldn't understand it much."

"Anyway, there's been too many events happening one after another. Let's get a good night's rest and maybe tomorrow things may be different." Leila said as everyone left one by one.

"Suzaku if you love her then prove it to her. And I don't mean that way I mean find a way to show her you truly care." C.C said to Suzaku as he looked at her.

'Easy said than done. He's going to need a miracle to win her again.' I thought as began to walk to my room.

"This might be more difficult than fighting a war." I thought out loud.

'I just hope they can find a way to solve their problems. Without dragging everyone else into it'
