Auden's POV

In an early morning, my husband is being sweet as cotton candy. He started kissing me all over my face when I refuse to budge. He tickles me so I started to giggle. 

I pushed his face away because it was starting to get annoying! My back still hurts from the other night's activity...

I woke up anyway because I know he wouldn't stop. I glared at him, pouting "Good morning Honey, how's your sleep" he questions while looking worried. My heart flutters, it was floating all over the room.

"Yes" I answered and I stand up, doing some stretch. My stomach grumbled earning a chuckle from Avery. "I'm hungry honey. I and your son are hungry! Feed us!" I command stomping my feet.

"I cooked your favorite set breakfast."

"Oh my gosh really! Can you add my favorite dessert?" I whispered swaying my foot from left to right. I did a puppy eyes while doing the UwU hands. "Please! My favorite Ice-cream cake... with French fries" I requested.

He rolled his eyes giving me his surrender huffed. "Okay you little puppy of mine, you know I can't ignore you being so adorkable." he squishes my cheeks so I slap it away because I was getting hurt. "I'll get your favorite Ice-cream cake and French fries, in one condition"

"Fine, what is it?" I asked giving up. I'm weak when it comes to my food!

He grinned leaning towards me. He brushes his soft delectable lips in mine. Without further ado, my wolf begins to get horny. I hooked my arms in his nape. Pulling him closing the gap, he cupped my cheeks to deepen the kiss. He caressed my butt cheeks making me moan.

I muffled my voice when I heard running steps coming our way. I pushed him before the door opened my sons entered having their happy smiles. Huxley my oldest big baby running towards me, hugging me to the floor. I grunted from the slight pain.

Avery run and picked Huxley up. I tried to stand up, I flinched. It was worse than I expected.

"Whoa!"

I'm now carried in the bride style of my husband. His steps were fast at the same time trying to make my back worse. We arrived at the pack hospital. We were welcomed by the pack doctors.

"What happened to Luna Auden?" Dr. Hayda asked.

"Huxley accidentally pushed him on the floor. I want you to check something if there are any complications" he's panicking and I don't like that. I pat his face softly. I wanted to kiss him but I can't because of my back.

"Calm down honey, may I remind you that were inside the hospital."

"When it comes to you getting hurt is the only thing I can't ignore." He growled spreading his pheromones. The effect was unbearable, it was making you kneel and submit just like Dr. Hayda and the other patients. It's different when it comes to me because I'm his mate and if I wasn't pregnant, it will trigger my heat.

This time I slap him hard enough. "Snap out of it Avery Piedmont!" he growled at me. I whimpered. His angry face turns to shock.

"Sh!t I'm sorry honey, I didn't mean to. I was worried about you and the baby" his pheromones started to disperse. He laid me down on the hospital bed. It's familiar, don't you think so.

"Alpha Avery can you step aside for a moment," asked Dr. Hayda getting his stethoscope to check me.

After the check-up, he smiles "Luna your back has a little concussion, just put an ice bag on that spot and it will heal for a few weeks. The baby is alright so there's nothing to worry so I will take my leave" he explains then leaves.

"Daddy is mommy okay?" my younger little boy asked innocently. His eyes glistened, threatens to pour out as he tiptoed his little feet "Huxley says he's sorry and he didn't want to get you hurt." Oh, my baby boys growing up!

"Come here, Luz!" I gestured to him to come close. Avery helps him climb up to my side. He snuggles to my side and looks up giving his puppy look. Guess where that comes from...

"Mommy's alright baby. Now give me my kisses! Mwah," I kissed his cute little cheeks. "Now go, tell your big brother that I'm alright and it's not his fault," I reassured patting him at the head before he goes to his brother.

"Are you alright?"

"I'm okay! NOW GIVE ME MY FOODS!" I demand pointing my finger at him. "Gimme my Ice-cream cake and French fries" I uttered using my charms.

"I already told someone to bring your breakfast here" his voice soft with affection.

Nani! No, I don't want to eat in the hospital. I don't like being hospitalized because of the strange scent coming from here!

"Did you forget that were connected?" he said in a flirtatious way. "Let's go to the dining hall then. Will you please hold my hand your majesty" he offered his hand kneeling.

I giggled then I turned my facial expression into a serious one. "Charm I'm sure" I replied enthusiastically. He sighed in defeat and carried me.

Am I being too hard on him? I demand a lot from him lately. He must be tired of me.

He pauses for a moment then stares at me intensely "Honey, don't you ever say that I'm tired of you. I can't even say the word tired because of you."

"But I always order you around? I make you do things that you didn't even like" I cried being the emotional me again "I bet you just pent it all up"

"Yes I'll admit that I'm tired"

"See! I told you! You don't love me anymore" I pointed at him.

He interrupted me when I felt his lips. Kissing me passionately and I was being carried away, forgetting my doubts.

"I'm tired because I'm worried about you. It was amusing. Remember when you called me in the middle of a meeting with the other packs to bring twin mangoes."

I remember now, that at that time I was in a mood to ruin things just like this one.

Wait, is this supposed to cheer me up? It's not working at all. "You threaten me that you would leave me with our baby. I panic and had to make an awkward excuse" he continues while laughing from a funny experience.

That made me curious! "What excuse did you make?" I asked, tilting my head.

His ears and cheeks redden and I was on the verge of laughing but I controlled my smile. My honey has an ability to blush, so cute! "I-it's nothing" he stammered.

"Eh! Don't leave me hanging, it's your fault you made me curious" I taunted with determination.

"Okay fine... it was" he hesitated and did a gloomy sigh. I feel bad, that's what my mind says but I have no idea that this would be so entertaining. "You're enjoying this aren't you?"

I shrugged innocently "What do you mean?" I teased.

"You... It was-"

"ALPHA THERE'S A ROUGE FOUND NEAR OUR BORDER!" Jason chimes in, hands in his knees while trying to stabilize his breathing.

"Take him in front of the pack ground." He commands and faces at me "Do you want to come with me?"

...

This is not the time to get horny! "Y-yes- I mean aha sure why not" I fretted, standing up straight and started to walk even though I was limping. He kneels in my front offering me a piggyback ride. "I'm heavy"

"I know," he said with a smugly smile. I smack him at the back of his head. "Ow!"

I did a little wiggle to mock him. "You were asking for it and you deserve that! Now let's go and run faster" I command and he follows obediently. The table has turned... It's been 2 years since rouge trespasses our pack. I just hope that rouge has a valid reason. I hate violence so much and I want my children to experience a peaceful life.

I sat at the center beside my mate while we wait for them. We heard shouting coming our way.

"Let go of me and I'll leave peacefully! Oh heard that? It rhymes!" I covered my face when Avery looked at me. It was stupid to laugh in this situation

"ROUGE! We already warned you unless you had a justifiable reason." Avery shouted menacingly. Wait that rouge looks familiar... is that! No way!

"Aver-"

"Not now Honey, we're in the middle of judgment for this rouge" he scolded giving his warning look and face Fraser...

You heard me!

It's FRASER!

F to the R to the A to the S to the E and R is friggin here in our pack!

It's been 4 years since we last saw each other. I didn't get an opportunity to thank him for saving me and the others. He faced those scary people and helps us. Because of us, he needs to leave the pack. He needs to leave his life there.

"Speak or I'll put you to an eternal sleep!" Avery is being impatient while Fraser was chilling with the warriors who dragged him like they've been friends for years. "Warriors leave him there! I'm sure he's not a fool of escaping this place," he ordered gesturing them to leave. I tried to get his attention but he brushes it off like everything I said is useless. It was annoying!

"Avery!"

Oops!

I did get his attention but not just his. The entire pack members look at me. I did a peace sign. I then face Fraser who was minding his own. He was eating a steak in his seat. What a delicious-looking steak that is.

"Oh! Auden, care for some steak? I heard you were pregnant, congratulations" he offers and raises his fork with steak. I nodded and run towards and take a seat next to him and eat.

YUMMY!

...

Something's wrong here! Where did he get the table and the chairs especially that juicy steak? What am I thinking about leaving my mate's side?

It dawned that I was fooled so easily.

Sitting beside him and joined his breakfast. I was hungry! I didn't get my breakfast yet.

I can feel my mates fuming mad. He was getting possessive again. But...but I'm really hungry!

"Auden Piedmont, come back here this instant!" he shouted my full name angrily. I froze for a moment before standing up walking towards him.

"Dude, are you the alpha? Loosen up boy, you had generous people. You're as strict as our math teacher back when I was in high school. Right, Auden?" he asked. Don't involve me with this, you bastard. "Support me brother" he whispered but I ignored it. He probably did it on purpose. Why am I here again?

I'm hesitating to say thank you to this bastard. He brings the worst in me every time he's bored. I always get in trouble because of him. His face makes me wanna learning boxing.

"Avery, his... his Fraser a friend of mine. Back in my previous pack." I explained. My hands were sweating so much that I could make a pool in it. "He's here to visit me, I think" I lied vaguely due to pressure. You owe me this time Fraser! You made me lie!

He doesn't even look like he's here to visit! His shirt has a torn part in his right shoulder. The jeans he's wearing looks like a short now and he's not wearing any slippers or shoes. What an idiot!

"Why didn't you tell me you had a friend coming over?"

"I... I forgot-"

"Auden, let me take it from here. Your pregnant, so relax" he contemplates. He makes me sit back in my chair and offers a steak.

Sometimes a person makes changes. Even for the most annoying, cunning, bastard of a fox. He just a little slap with a hammer on it. I still remember what he always says when it comes to his confidence

'Whatever you do, always give 100%. Unless you're donating blood.'

"So here's the thing... um, alpha?"

"Avery" he answered.

"What a girly name –I mean a... hahaha" he was cussing himself out, I'm sure of it.

He's dead.

Thinking about it makes me laugh. I looked away cause my mate starts to glare at me."Sorry, that's not what I had in mind" he announces apologetically. He took a sit in the opposite chair of mine.

What a liar.
